    after the MIDWAY state were over, we had the intermission and i decided to shmooze again and see if could find Andy hiding anywhere . I met some more friends and got some nice photos of Cali and Sammy. I was getting nervous and excited and shaky and all sorts of strange feelings! I said to Laxmi "I HAVE TO MEET MIKA TONIGHT BEFORE I LEAVE I WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL I HAVE MET HIM. ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT I MEET HIM!" Laxmi is my piano teacher..she is very talented similar to Luke's style and she is a best friend, teacher, coach and spiritual guide. I said " you have to see and meet MIKA. I will not take NO for an answer! ' I am so touched and moved by MIKA that I had to invite her, even if it meant that I went in debt ( I am in debt but I don't care..) , she had to meet MIKA becuase they are very similar beautiful souls full of love. Well the end part of my report will explain why my teacher was meant to be there. The energy was building up in the intermission, You could hear it buildling up, like a buzz, like a roar, like the orpheum was on fire or something. near the end of the intermission , we all headed back and six of us sat together (Cali, Sammy, Stormy Weather, Me.,Ritchie and Laxmi). ..The lights went down and the place went ecsatic like a fire of the most primal force ( or me screaming so loud!:bleh: :bleh: )

     

    Part 4 is going to be written in present tense . I will make all of us part of it together as the now.

    ok so i am back from the best show ever!!!!! omfg!

     

    wow...yes its true the drummer was replaced...but he was last minute and he was a canadian!!!! yayayayay cherise had lost her passport and couldnt come up from seattle!

    however, the show was amazing! he did a freeking amazing job!

     

    wow where to start!!

    i was second row and when the show started i couldnt believe that mika was this close! he looked absolutly awesome and sang beautifuly!

    despite his sore throat...u could tell when he spoke that his voice was not very well...he sang his heart out and he was terrific! brillient!

    the craziest thing of all came at the end of the night...when security allowed these 2 young girls to jump up on the stage with mika!

    then 2 more then 4 more then 8 more then everyone rushed the freakin stage!!!! it was full of people!!! to the point where we couldnt even tell mika was on stage! he disapeared in the see of people!

    confetti canons blew, streamers flew and the ballons where flying! it was a state of complete chaos! people everywhere!! but sooooo much fun!!!!!

     

    i managed to steal a big green balloon!

    unfortunatly, i didnt get to meet him...or get my pic with him! BUT!

    it definatly absolutly with out a doubt was the best show ever!

     

    the crowd was insane and soooo loud (just as loud as a madonna or a spice girl concert! lol) and fun fun fun! he noticed and thanked us for the great big welcome!!!!

    by the way i LOVE the new trak! i cant wait to get it somehow!!!!

     

    well i am off to bed now! i am sure everyone is out having fun at the big mika party!

    but unfortunatly i have to work at 8 in the morning! lol

    Ok, one more quick one and then to bed. I'm not sure I will be able to get on tomorrow.

     

    We waited outside and talked to some more interesting people. I was very very tired but waited with DaMango, who is a very wonderful sweet person. Mika's mom came and served us doughnuts while we were waiting. She is so sweet and very beautiful. DaMango spoke with Yasmine.

     

    Then they took us to a line. Mika wasn't out yet and DaMango was talking to Andy. I told him that I had a text message for him to read, and since I hadn't met him yet he was a bit surprised. I showed him the message from RAK1 via Deb (thanks for that). He laughed at first when he realized that it was from Rose and he made a comment about "you people" you are everywhere and you know everything. But then he read the post and he got this really sweet look on his face. And then he asked if I would do him a favor. Of course I would, and then he said, "Would you please ask Rose to be my valentine?" And he said it sooooooooo sweet that it melted my heart. He had a huge smile on his face and was waiting for an answer from me. So, I told him, that yes, I would pass that message on to Rose (ha ha and to the other 1000 people who might read this). We talked to him somemore. There were 20-25 people waiting for autographs etc and we were the only ones there who knew Andy.

     

    Then John came and told us again what security said. Mika was NOT allowed to speak and we must only talk to him but not ask him questions. NO posed photos and please be quick. I quickly tried to compose my thoughts to fit into these categories. DaMango went before me and I tried to take photos with her camera (not posed) They are the worst photos in the world....Mika's shoulder, DaMango's back. I felt really bad. John told DaMango to hurry on, I think. So, when it was my turn, I was trying to be quick, and say things that Mika didn't have to talk back to. HOWEVER, he did. For example, I gave him some buttons (badges) and explained how Starrats, from the Netherlands had designed these badges specifically for Seattle. He said, "the Netherlands?" and I wanted to tell him to stop talking. I didn't give him time to look at them and he wanted to look at them (he is so sweet). Then I gave him the message about the official valentines coming tomorrow in Vancouver. And he shook his head yes but got this wide eyed look on his face like he wanted to ask more questions. I was ready to be done with it all. So, I thanked him again for coming to Seattle and walked away. He stopped me by telling me "thanks" and then saying "bye" and I turned and said "bye" and then he said it again. It made me laugh....the look on his face was like, "don't go away, I want to talk more" but that is exactly what we weren't supposed to do right?

     

    Anyway, there are quite a few things that I will take away from this concert that I don't think I will ever forget. Certain lines sung by Mika and they way he sang them. Any Other World was especially beautiful tonight. He seemed to really go inside of himself and be feeling something with this song. The people I met, both the MFC and other people, and how gratifying it can be to connect with people, even if it is only for a short period of time. And the look on Mika's face as I walked away from him. I will never forget that look. I wanted to go back and give him a hug, but didn't. But it makes me happy.

    Thanks to everyone who made this experience for me so great. Thanks to Deb for taking my texts and calls. Thanks to everyone for their support and the PMs. I really appreciate it all.

    LOL - no pressure, eh?

     

    Right now I'm mostly worried about getting there, finding the person who I'm supposed to meet (who, by the sounds of it, isn't usually involved in coordinating this!) and getting where I need to be. I'm having mental images of a dark and desolate venue, and the contact whose number I have not picking up her cell phone. All the other MFC LG's at other gigs raved about how helpful Nadia is, so it makes me nervous that she won't be there. It's great that Mika is getting fans involved, but it seems a bit disorganized. Both mandilambi and I had to call her only to be told "oh, I thought I'd called you already!" They also seem to expect that we can just stroll in past security, which doesn't seem to work that way.

     

    Oh, and to add to it, she also told me that because she won't be there, we're going to have to get into the costumes and get ready without any real assistance - ahh! Tossing us to the sharks! :blink:

     

    If I can get there and get where I need to go, I'll be less nervous - well, a different kind of nervous. If it goes according to plan, though, I'll make sure you all get one hell of a report. :punk:

     

    You'll be a great lollipop girl! I'm so happy for you!

    And I can't wait to read your report after tomorrow's show!

    PART 2:

     

    than it was my turn and i didnt want his signature so i just asked for a hug and told him thank you so much for the AMAZING year i had because of him. he was like "awww and held my hand which was great cause i was freezing and his hand was so warm. tho i felt bad for freezing him up.

     

    so i started to walk and than i hear mika screaming "SIVAN! SIVAN! COME HERE! :shocked: i was like :blink: and came over...he was by the car and he said he want andy to film my costume :D what a sweety!

    Also, here's Happy Ending from last night - ohh, those notes near the end! *shivers* He can't be real. Mika is in fact a mirage that we're all seeing. Instead of hallucinating water in the desert, we're hallucinating vocals like his in a desert of manufactured pop. :blush-anim-cl:

    PS: Sorry he's sideways! I was using my mother's camera which has video, which I'd never used before, and I'm used to shooting stills...and my Mac is a thousands of miles away, so I can't turn it around. :tears:
