you may not lose in pounds (kilo's) one week but yiu may have lost in inches !!!!!!!

no matter what be proud of who you are and the fact that you are taking a positive step is a major acheivement in itself as we all know how hard it is to take the first stepxxxx

i am getting dragged back to weight watchers by the mother tomorrow !!!

aim to lose half a stone up to hte 28 th can it be done ????? we will see

hi guys i am emma louise hence the name emmylou i am 24 and orginally from rotherham south yorkshire but i now live in barnsley.

i have a twin brother called james who is two minutes older than me.

i am a staff burse in the emergency department and am on my way to completing my degree in nursing studies with the university of sheffield - its very hard since i have two jobs one full time and have to write a 10.000 word dissertation !!!

i love music i was brought up listening to the beatles and queen. i love all sorts of music spically up beat stuff !!

confession time!!! i absoultuly detested mika at first but after love today i am now a full grown obssessed fan !!!! ha ha and i would not have it any other way!!

i am happly ingle at present but would noit mind a certain someone coming along !!! no kids but i have two babies who keep me busy stan ( known as stanley on a sunday) and honey my two cats - both rescued by me and the loves of my life ha ha - love me love the cats !!!!

i am a proud memeber of the mika fat club and hopefully will be a lollipop girl by th end of the year !!!

oh and i gave rufio an mfc heart last night which he promised to wear a hammersmith xxxx

i have not got weighed today !! could not face it but i am stocked up now on healthy meals and water !!!!!!!!!

never felt so sluggish !!
