Nah, the "discussion" is going to cost me a lot of money... grr My dogs bark so often and so loudly they can't even have a nice dinner outside. So I guess I'm looking at getting a shock collar and shocking them when they bark or keeping them inside more (which was his suggestion, along with leaving my windows shut that face the house he is renting..more grr). I can get really hot here in the summer and I have no air conditioning. There is no way in heck I'm not opening all my windows in the summer.

A trainer for the dogs is going to be super expensive too. Crap
