  1. Ahlan wa sahlan bikum ala el lebanese thread :biggrin2:

Well when i was in leb this summer i made some researches on it and i was told that the family was from somewhere near jounieh but im not sure about it though :)

Anyway im glad to see that the lebs community on MFC is growing ! :wink2:

welcome to all of you :biggrin2:

You are a little stalker :naughty: Where is jounieh and how do you write it in Arabic?

    Sherlock is back:naughty:

it's a big family, i've been told that some of them are too from syria & jabal lebnen (bickfaya, broumana...) i know some people who know someone who were living in Paris too....but i dont think he's related....

Somehow we all are related, aren’t we? :bleh:

Is it right that مقطف means harvest? And what abou Zuleika? Something like to slip or float? Anf Joanie, its not an Arabic name?!

  2. Next, De Rode Loper asks about Lebanon, where Mika was born. “What’s your opinion of this country that has suffered so much? Would you do something to help? Have you considered singing in Eurovision, for example?”

“Oh no,” Mika says. “Before, Eurovision was quite interesting. But in the past few years it’s been completely horrible.” He struggles on, elaborating as best he can (“I want nothing to do with politics… the only attention Lebanon gets is for its problems… many amazing things come out of there…”), then retreats to the lifts.

“That was terrible,” he says. “They should have a rule: when you’re tired, don’t even bother trying to answer political questions.”

    :thumb_yello:

  3. Actually, there have been reports he is spending some time out in the Caribbean :)

MIKA is planning an escape to the Caribbean over Christmas. A source close to the 23-Year-old told me "He want to get away to a beach in the middle of nowhere. He's had year and this is his little treat to himself."

I've read that, too, but Mika is 24, isn't he? And i think he said in an interview that he will celebrate Christmas at home??

  4. Thats a great article!

“I read an article in France that said Mika ought to be available on the National Health Service. That your music is that good for people’s wellbeing and happiness.”

:thumb_yello: Good idea, I’ve always thought of that!

Mika should get some sleep... :roftl:

  5. Hi Mikafans!

I discovered Mika in March and have listened his music until now and hope that I will have fun with you and that you will understand my english and that you forgive me my ands for now :bleh:

  6. Eww, Martin's hand looks like it's totally in the wrong place:roftl:

I think they are in the RIGHT place :naughty:

But I have another idea: maybe Mika once fell in love with Billy who couldn’t /didn’t want to return his feelings because he had two kids, a dog and a cautionary wife :bleh:
