hey mamsie,
i live in geldern, that´s near kleve it´s in the west of germany. it´s not that far away from belgium, it depends on where you live exactly. i would love to stay for a few days in london, it´s a great chance if you are there anyway.
MAYBE my mum goes with me, but that´s not for sure yet (i think she won´t).
where do you exactly come from?
we live in Flanders between Brussels and Gent. My husband will drive and do business meetings while me and my 2 kids (one known as Yooligan!) will go to the Mika gig. It would be nice to meet you and your mum. But I'm afraid we have only one seat available in the car. This would be an option if your mum wouldn't join you. Otherwise it would be nice if you could warm her to fly together down there. Or go with Eurostar train. Tell her other mums are there ready to meet!!

Wow, in Belgium you cannot leave school for a gig! So, we will have to give another serious reason in able to let the kids leave school! Or they have to be "ill" that day! It is not nice you have to feel guilty because you want to take your kids out of school for the amazing Mika!!

Sarah,
Where exactly in Germany do you live? Far away?
If you are able to come to Belgium, you can drive with us that morning. But we all stay in London untill saturday...
-
What? Are you going to cue at 11.00 AM???? The tickets will only be available at 19.00 PM! We will not be able to come before 5 or 6 PM:thumbdown: . Let's hope will be able to meet in your group!
-
Hey what a good idea! I will keep my eyes open for the little violet book...!
-
How can we meet the 28th? It would be nice to be organised so we all can stand together at the front... a big Mika addicted group!
And can we arrange something after the gig so we can meet Mika?
Last time in Vorst we were not organised but got to see Mika anyway. Though it is nicer when you are one group...

My favorite song?? Any other world: especially when the cello's are playing I got all shivers through my bones!! But nevertheless, I like all Mikasongs. And My interpretation is high on the list. In fact, never had an album where there is absolutely no bad song on it. When I have to clean up the house, Mika makes work a lot ligher and happier!!!

glad to see we will meet lots of you the 28th!
I was not sure for what date the list was
I asked to keep the tickets at the venue for us. I just didnot want te take a risk.
Maybe every foreigner should call them. The people in UK get them home anyway.
-
I called Seetickets and I got comfirmation that my tickets for the 28th are ok, but that they will leave them at the venue. So, no worries anymore...
except... Yooligan wants to go the 26th!!!
Is it true there are not many fans going the 28th?
Who are we gonna meet??
-
Sorry you didn't hear a lot from me.
I allways have like 5 minutes on the computer, than I have to go for work, cooking or... yooligan on the computer!!!!!
-
if you hear something more, please let me know!
You would go to the concert in UK and you come from Germany? Wow, a lot of international fans going there...
-

I hope we can trust seetickets... I am so scared that we won't get them and we payed 4 pounds more!

I am from Belgium. I have 3 kids: 2 boys from 13 and 18 years old and a girl who is 16 years old. All big Mika fans!!
I bought tickets today for their Xmas present.
Of course I will join them - this will be amazing!!
I saw Mika in Brussels and I felt as I was back in time on a Beatles'gig or Queen's gig!!
Never had such a party in my life and I felt like a 16 year old girl again...
So, I am not ashamed of being here in the Mika Fanclub. I am proud of being a member!!!

Hey Niki
I bought 3 tickets this morning and it all seemed ok. They mention that they will send the tickets a week before. I hope this will work. What do you suggest?
Any more Belgian fans going to the gig in London 28 feb?
-
Hey
I got tickets too! We are from Belgium. The Gig in Vorst was soooo amazing! So we are very happy to be able te come over te London to join his extra performance. I guess we will have to be early to be able to stand close to the stage. Hope we will make it as we can only leave for UK at noon...
-
so do I!!! I mean, I feel like a 16 year old girl!!
-
Thanks everyone! You already know I am Yolligan's mum!
Well I am - and very proud of it!! Together we are one BIG Mikafan!

Hello to every Mikafan.
I may be the oldest Mikafan as I am over 40 years old but the feeling I had in Brussels when I joined the concert with my daughter is still here after a week! So I had to join the club:wink2: !! I am a very proud mother of 3 grown up kids who all play music. I enjoy do funny things with them and sing Mikasongs out loud because they keep me feeling so young and give me this happy feeling. Thank you, Mika, for making such an incredibly "feelgood" music. I felt like being at a Beatles or Queen concert. Mika makes music we have been waiting for since the 80's and I have deep respect for him.
I can tell much more, but maybe it is better to talk directly on this forum.
See you all and I hope we will have another Mika concert in Belgium soon...
