  1. Over my shoulder, running away,

feels like I'm falling, losing my day.

Cold and dry, cold and dry.

    Fog out my daylight, torture my night;

feels like I'm falling far out of sight.

    Cold, drunk, tired, lost.

The words are then repeated in the second half of the song except that in verse 1 the book says losing my way instead of day, and in the second verse instead of cold, drunk, tired, lost, it says cold, drunk, cold and drunk.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I might have a crack at it now! :)

    Sleep well. x

  2. I have the words as they are in the sheet music book. Herein lay my trouble, I was trying to not be obviously turning pages whilst recording and therefore messed up. I'm not 100% convinced that the words in this book are correct but I'll type them out for you. Give me a couple of minutes.

Oh my gosh!! Thank you! :]]]]]]]]]]]]

  3. Well, been listening to the rest of you, and decided I'd do some too. Spent yesterday having huge fun recording. I've done seven songs.....

I'm not a professional singer as you'll be able to tell the minute you hear me start singing. I'm an alto, so will never be doing Love Today or Relax cos they are just too high.

Also, please excuse wrong notes, words, and my toddler daughter who had a few impromptu appearances in some of the songs in the way of squeals, thumps and calling out. I crack up laughing at the end of one of them cos she got herself stuck trying to get down from the chair. I also missed the beginning of a couple of songs thanks to her, but they will just sound more real and human I guess. I couldn't be bothered redoing them. I don't like using my head voice (lazy I know), so those songs with a lot of that I'm not as keen on my performance.

I've never used mediafire before so I hope these work ok. I can take criticism too if you want to pull me apart. Have to go out shortly so will catch up with what people say later.

Nah, not got any planned atm, am going to Paris in Feb for a while so won't really be around which is said.

Having said that I might be going to a non-mika gig. My friend asked me if I wanted to go see the hoosiers and i'm thinking yes...thing is...she's gone off to paris today so I don't know whether we are going! LOL. We're so useless!

  8. I'm afraid all the observers will be gone now though because it is only a sunday paper and the magazine was specifically for that sunday. There are some scans that i did a few pages back though. : ]

The Q Magazine one is really cool too.. QUICK GO BUY IT NOW! XD

It has loads of other cool non-mika related stuff in it as well. So tis really worth the buy! :D
