    Don't know if there is already a thread about this, but I just thought I'd let you know that there's an interview and a rather lovely picture of mika in The Observer Music Monthly mag. :wub2:

     

    My mum just opened the mag and joked *i wonder if he's in this mag too* cos i'd just made her buy Q Magazine and there he was in the index! avec un picture. Ok so there's two pics. They're v cool.

     

    Um yeah...what fun!

     

    I can scan it a post it later if anyone wants! I'm just about to read the interview now. :roftl:

    Thanks for the explanation. It's a real good idea, letting as much people vote as we can! But are you sure they wanna vote for Grace Kelly?

     

    Lol, I'm sure they will, I pretty much said i'd love them all for ever if they voted for it. Most people who read it are my friends anyway so I'm sure they'll oblige!

     

    ...I can always bribe them! XD

     

    I'm going to do a bit more voting then head to bed cos its waaay late and i'm in a concert tomorrow! *collapses on bed*

    I'm sitting here thinking *Are you guys serious???*.

     

    Its a matter of opinion, but i really liked everything. I seriously loved the background and little changes they do with the wardrobe and makeup. Its so fun and exciting since they can't put everything they want to in the actual performance.... so it kinda makes up for that. It seems like they try to go all out for the Live performances these days, and its really neat to see what they come up with every time.

     

    Anyways, i loved it. I didn't like how short the interview was though. I could tell Mika really wanted to say more about his tobogganing experience. I wanted to hear it to...bummer.

     

    I wanted to hear about the sleigh ride too! *sulks*

     

    Lol. Bless him. I want to gather him up and give him a big hug...*tries to ignore that fact that Mika is actually about twice the size of her* :blush-anim-cl:

    LOVE IT!! So much! Like seriously! :D

     

    When i started out, i went to a teacher who taught classical - i thought it would be a good background for me - and it's given me a lot more power.

     

    But im not really a soprano. Id say im more mezzo-soprano, maybe even Alto.

     

    The only thing is, she would always get on at me for pronouncing my words wrong which, all well and good if you want to be an opera/classical singer because it sounds so beautiful, but for a pop singer its not so important.

     

    I sung a lot of African music as a kid too, because my dad is African, so my background is really diverse.

     

    But i love listening to classical music.

    I also wonder who is voting for LL so much, although apparantely she has a large following on a Digitalspy forum...that's what the Thatters are saying anyway...

     

    We can't really worry about what the others are doing, we have no control over it, we just need to keep up our own voting:punk:

    :) melt just like most of the people who meet Mika after the gig... ^.^ *remembering a friend of mine melting while talking to Mika* :D

     

    He'd probs think I was a total nutter! I wouldn't be able to stop talking...and my knees would buckle...

     

    I'd love to have a photo with him though. :wub2:

    OMGGGGGGGGGGGG! So jealous!!! I'm in France then so can't go! I'd usually be in London at that point as well. Grr. You'll have an amazing time though! :D
