Hmmm.... I'm not going to do a drawing really, but some other 'artwork'. But I'm still waiting for my order to come in! Grmbl...

I think he felt stuck in the middle of what he wants in life, what he wants to do or achieve on the one hand and what his family wants him to do or be on the other hand. And that he's decided to go his own way and do whatever he thought that he had to do, which meant that he had to leave is home en be on his own. I think it's all about finding your own identity in life and be true to it.

To me it's definately about (undisclosed) family issues and resolving these in a loving and caring manner.

Hehehe, great idea... I could have my real embarrassing 'So you wanna be a popstar' moment! Hmmm, count me in... I'll try 'Happy Ending'. But only if it sounds not too bad (don't want to scare anyone away).

Okay, so nothing official then. At least I know now that it wasn't all BS she told me. It makes me curious as hell though!

Oh dear, an 'Oldlings' thread... Now I can't help myself and feel really old! Can I join you lot then? I turned 31 last october, married and have 3 lovely kids...

I think that this photo and the interview in this You Tube clip are taken in his flat so not sure if you are able to tell what make of piano it is from them?

I also think that as half the contents of his flat are in the Happy Ending video that the piano is also his with a few stickers added since!!

I met someone yesterday who claimed she had an album of Mika with studio outtakes on it. According to her, it contains several songs that didn't make the LICM album. I'm really questioning her credibility (due to other things she's claimed in the past), so I'm just asking you: Does anyone know whether it's true that such an album exists?

Feb the 8th... Even I should manage that! Anyhow, I'm still working on the design, but it's coming together now. And then it's up to actually MAKING it. Hmmm, it should really look astonishing (ahum, this room's too small for my ego)...

Well, I think de curls are cute, but the granny curls are just over the top really. It reminds me of my cousin's wedding when she had her hair all curly and unnatural (and I still can't help laughing my face off whenever I see her wedding pictures).

I would like to see his hair short and straight. I think it would draw the attention more to his face. It would really bring out his face and lovely cheekbones!

But hair is about the strangest part of our bodies though. Mine had been straight for over 25 years. Straight and floppy. But now I've passed my 30-s and my hair's decided to get curly. I think my daughters hair is somewhat like Mika's. When I brush her hair straight after bathing/showering, it will remain straight. But when I put some hairlotion in and let it dry by air (no brushing), it is really very curly (almost like granny curls!).

Wow, he'd be mad not wearing it! It is really awesome! Can't you take it into production, cause I'd like one too!

Ah, does it really matter? He just looks fab with or without glasses! His choice of glasses just constantly remind me of Jamai (all Dutchies will know exactly what I mean)...

Just to be curious: which song on LICM do you like best and why? And also: which is the one you like least?

My personal favorite is Grace Kelly, since it is all about being yourself. Something that is just so hard at times, because some people tend to impose their thoughts and beliefs on you. This song reminds of ME and above all of BEING ME. And ofcourse, the sound, the rythm... Great song!
