Now, to the other subject. The End radio station is doing their thingy/sound check at around 4:00 p.m. (sounds like) Tried to win tickets today, but I was 3rd of 10 and my hubby was 8. (2 different times) So, I think 3 p.m. should be early enough?? How bout you gals? Especially, if we let someone know we are official MFC, maybe we can get in sound check!?! On the NYC thread, the manager called someone. I don't know any of them well enough, or by first name, to see if they can pass our info on and help us out? Beg, Beg, Beg!

I am planning on going about 3. So my hubby can stay with the kids or we take turns or something..hopefully weather will be upper 30's and NO SNOW!! Love the moisture, but stop for MIKA concert!

P.S. I don't think this is a seated venue, dang! Would help if we wanted to get on stage too!

Back to mommy duty for a bit! lol Soon I will be getting cell numbers, if possible, to keep in touch.

The bad thing about this is I feel 16 again! My mom was visiting and said,"I wish you would get this excited about Christmas!" I am not a stalker, just getting excited with all the fun posts on this site! (Stopping long ramble.)

Ok Char - Which hotel did you decide on? My hubby and I might stay downtown that night, kind of as a Valentines night out. He has to leave town early 2.15.08, and we won't be going out on Valentines. So, just curious??

My hubby designed a "love love" heart too after your design. He made it so you could print in on any color paper and it will be visible to Mika. Not trying to "one-up" you, he is an illustrator by profession and just wanted to help the cause!

Any thoughts?

Of course my name is Jennifer! Not very creative on this site. And, I don't want to mislead anyone, this is my First MIKA concert! Only been to about 6-8 other artists. Mostly after marriage.

BTW!! - 101.9 The End said they will be doing a contest next week for Mika tickets! (Kind of a End Zone performance, but at In the Venue for whomever wins!) So, good to hear they are advertising!

I'm tingling with excitement!

Ok girls, I'm in too! Any hearts you need, tell me size and so on! My husband is already thinking I'm nuts..sort of..not really. But this sounds fun! I also need ideas of what to wear? Realize this will be my FIRST concert! I love reading about all the Canada shows so far!

My husband and I are going, and this is just making me have goosebumps. No illness next Friday...we are also a small venue of 2000 and I don't want to be cancelled.

I've just been reading your entries about the SLC concert. My husband and I are going too! Sorry, we are probably oldies compared to you young ones. We too are excited, me probably more and I wish my kids could come. 9,6,4 are tooooo young! If ANYONE knows where he is staying, not to stalk, my kids would just like to meet him too!
