Really? I stopped watching after the first like... hour.

 

He got boring. I was bored with the Jonas Brothers jokes, even though I don't like the lads.

 

It was like he was trying too hard to appeal to the American crowd.

I lasted an hour and a half before I turned it off:naughty:

I was only watching it for Russell anyway. He was not bad, but I can't stand most of the "artists" who were there so I had to say goodbye.

I DID SEE THAT INTERVIEW---- and I totally agree!!!! THAT is one reason I admire Jonathan SO MUCH!!! HE IS AWESOME-NESS And has aged SO WELL.... don't you agree?

Holly, have you ever seen that Oprah episode with Jonathan and Jordan where they discuss panic attacks?? The interview is years old but I only just saw it for the first time on YouTube. I am in total awe of Jonathan for being able to go on stage night after night; he's such an amazing, strong person.

There is NOBODY better suited for that role. Whoever's in charge needs to get going and offer Russell the part.

Hehe. That song has always had a special place in my heart. When I was around 10 years old, my best friend and I would shout "sexy bodAY!" whenever and wherever. BL was our favorite song.

The Feeling is SUCH a great group. Would love love love to hear them live. Their new CD doesn't even have a release date yet (in the US), so I guess I'll be waiting a long while before I get to see them in concert.

I totally agree with your other two recommendations. Coconut Records AND Robert's Solobob stuff is great music to listen to.

The show was amazing. The openers were awesome as well (two bands- Locksley and The Bridges). I think I'll make a thread tomorrow about it.

That's so great! I've heard other people say the same thing, that it was one of the best concerts they've ever been to. I had tickets to see them on June 27, but something got in the way and I couldn't go:thumbdown:

I bought Locksley's CD when I heard they would be touring w/Rooney. For real, I was listening to it twice a day for weeks before I gave it a rest. They are soooo good.

I love Rooney! Mostly everyone I mention them to has never heard of them:sneaky2:
