  1. AMAZING GIG! Can't say anything else then that it! Amazing!!!

The queuing was perfect, we even got our own entrance with a sign that had MFC on it!!! Best queuing ever, in my opinion.

Miek and I got at the venue at 1 pm, due to the fact that I had to work in the morning and some slow traffic. But I was number 35 (and was front row in the end) so that was perfect.

Ingie and I wanted to give the Blame it on the Girls Global dance event DVD to Mika and Ingie and Miek were trying to be LG/BG. That was the reason I decided to try again, that together with the fact that I loved being LG so much. But there were too many people applying and the people who hadn't been one before had first rights, which is only fair. Miek (and Biekje and Shady) got to be BG and one young girl was crying so heavily because she couldn't be LG and her friend could, that John fetched a backstage pass for her. Since the people who weren't chosen were standing in a group we got backstage passes too. I managed to console the girl a little, poor thing.

I would have loved to be LG together with Miek but this way I got to see the whole show (finally) and that was really good too!

He f*cked up toy boy completely which was really cute. I filmed it, I was standing right in front of him, my vids are still uploading on youtube.

After the band was gone and the lights went on Kick ass was played, I started dancing my flash mob and some other people were dancing. I heard from Miek, who was backstage, that Mika had been peeking through a curtain to see the response to his new single. Awww :wub2:.

Then we got our backstage meet and greet, a great opportunity for Ingie and me to give the DVD. He genuinely seemed happy with it, we talked quite a while to him. Many many thanks to Tiibet who filmed it. Both Ingie and I were hyper, which is very well visible on the film :naughty:.

Ingie put a clue to the gig in Amsterdam in the DVD (very Alice in Wonderland like, since that will be our dressing theme that gig). He saw it and said: "Is this about the dance in Amsterdam?" We said no. He didn't seem to understand and kept on asking that question, till I said: "No Mika, this is something completely different, the dance has already been danced!" Then he looked at us mysteriously, made a mysterious gesture with his hands and said: "So it is somewhere in the air now." I said: "Yes. And on the DVD. :roftl:

Then he signed stuff, draw some thingies on my rucksack/backpack, leaving me a very happy woman :wub2:.

I really love the Imaginarium tour, it is amazing.

    Will post my vids asap.

  2. Me and my daughter Annemaaike are going to Dusseldorf. We're from Holland actually!

That's great! Then we meet again. Miek and I are going and Ingie and probably Shady and more I think :original:.

I got some nice pictures from Blue (Karin), I am on them, your daugther too (both with fake eyelashes :biggrin2:). If you are interested in having them, could you PM me your email adress?

  3. Guys, there are some ideas about doing a flash mob during the gig in Amsterdam. You can check this thread if you are interested and vote for a song to make the flashmob on:

    http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22399

To be honest, I made one already on Kick ass (it might or might not be used), couldn't help myself after hearing the catchy tune. I have very sore shoulders now from practising it over and over again :roftl:.

  4. I kind of agree with AMP about the glasses though- it's a pity he had to dump them to become a "beautiful swan." Besides, he looked sexier with them on.

I'm glad that David Tennant insisted that his Dr Who often saved the world wearing specs. (Because he'd been called "speccy four-eyes" when he was at school)

Agree. He looks a lot like Fortune with the glasses I think (which isn't a bad thing).

Would he be singing this song during his tour? I have great ideas for a flash mob on this one :teehee:. The song is so catchy, I love it.

  5. Oh :tears: I don't know what to say .... :flowers2: Thank you ... :huglove:

You are welcome. I can drive us to my place after the gig (or afterparty :bleh:) easily, I live 35 minutes from the venue :thumb_yello:

    :roftl:

Here are you clogs .. it is custom you wear them on all of your tour (make sure you push raw meat down them so they dont hurt too much):naughty:

Absolutely! If he can wear kimono's he can wear Muffy clogs :naughty:!

I never read Alice in Wonderland in my childhood, so I had to read it before I could decide what to wear to the concert. I had the two books next to me when I typed all the characters :biggrin2:

:roftl:. I only know the story vaguely so I have no idea which party of the movie was the original story and which part was made up. It is a great movie tho.

  7. Laurel, I insist on you impose on me! Vicky will stay at my place too so we'll have fun :thumb_yello:. And if you've already booked a holiday for it you have to come, there is no other choice :teehee:.

Wow, Wicky, you know a lot about Alice in Wonderland!

    :naughty:

Will be fun to see him all polite and maybe thinking its a local custom:naughty:

Yes! We could pretend it is!

I saw the soft clogs yesterday AMP, but they were children's sizes with Nijntje (Muffy) on them. If only they had them in size 46/47 :roftl:.

  8. waheeey lets all crash at Monie's :roftl: oops sorry, I thought it was an open invite for the whole of MFC :naughty:

Yes, let's do that. I will have to warn my boyfriend tho, he might want to sleep somewhere else that night :roftl:.

Playing cards, there can't be enough of them.

AMP: I love the soft clogs picture, where did you get it from, are they for sale?

I am picking Vicky up from Schiphol this afternoon, shall I buy a bag of miniclogs already so we can all give a pair to Mika in May?

  9. Feel free, I'm not, I fear for my safety!:naughty:

As long as you keep the clogs firmly on your feet nothing can happen :roftl:.

I don't think I can come to Amsterdam ... :( Sorry ... having this week off sick has completely ****ed up my finanaces ... so if I do get a bonus ... I'm gonna need it for bills :aah::tears:

Oh no! Don't you get paid when you are sick? You could stay at my place to avoid hotel costs!

  10. Last year, Mika had a twitter competition. You had to guess where he was flying next. The price was a pair of "delfts blauwe" clogs. Rose won, she never got the clogs. And by the sound of it, Mika is getting more annoyed everytime she asks about them :naughty:

I remember that competition! Did Rose win! Great! Tho a shame that she never got the clogs. We can get her some, but it is not the same, is it :naughty:.

Edit: my b/f suggested we'd do the Global dance event in clogs (the Dutchies that is). Somehow I don't think that's a good idea :naughty:.

  11. Bab must have more willpower than most then, because she said "no" to him (a few times) when he singled her out in Toronto the day before the show in October and asked her if she'd do it :roftl:.

And he asked her more than once, but she kept saying no :lmfao: I really don't think that Mika was expecting that reaction, he seemed pretty surprised and a little bit sheepish :naughty:.

About this gig, I must admit that even I was tempted to do it again on the 1st of March after Mika asked us in the dressing room, but then I remembered that I had a seated ticket for a reason  and I had to go to work on Monday, so I was good and refrained from trying to get out of work early just to repeat the stage adventure that night :blush-anim-cl:

Wow, Bab is a strong woman :thumb_yello:.

At least you got to see the whole show now, I still just have seen the first half :naughty:.

  12. :roftl::roftl:

Ohhh Im going to find myself wandering along the red light district "lost" dressed as the mad hatter

Ja Nee ... Ja Ja Nee Nee

    ok i got it :aah:

    Good! :biggrin2:

Tho I doubt if someone will put something in your bag at Schiphol or if any scarcely dressed woman will come in your direction when you are dressed as the Mad Hatter (in the red light district that is, Ingie and I are quite scarcely dressed in our costumes ourselves :bleh:) :roftl:.

  13. OK ... I'm running out of stuff to say about these shows ...

I loved loved this show more than the first one ... I got to the venue alot later than the Sunday ... about 2.30pm ... Got a number 41 put on my hand ... people were leaving the venue due to filming so we went off to a pub in the mall to have something to eat ... Monie got given her ticket by Agnieszka then .. she'd only been planning to go to one of the London dates .... but Mika batted his eyelashes at her so she succumbed and changed her flight back :lmfao: I'd noticed the night before when we got back to the hotel after the show that Agnieszka was saying she had a spare one ... so that worked out well ... :boing Went back to the venue about 4.00pm ... got given a ticket to go with my number by Susie :huglove :flowers2 Thank you ... cos' by this time Monie had gone off to be a Lollipop Girl again and when they let the early arrivals into the foyer like the day before - you needed to have a ticket as well as a number ... so I would have been stuck outside without it - found a chair in the foyer this time as well ... so was abit more comfortable then before ... I don't do floors ... :wink2

About 6.45pm they allowed us yet again into the area where they sell the merchandise ... but unlike the day before ... they let us into the auditorium before they opened the main doors to the rest of the crowd ... MFC got the whole front row ... :wub2: I ended up next to Silver, Rose and Jazzy ... I think this why this show was so much better .... obviously .... so much eye contact .... I love eye contact ... got some really good video's ... esp Stuck In The Middle .... he looks completely at my camera near the beginning of it ... well ... I'm sure it was ... :teehee: He put on an amazing show ... words fail me really ... I just can't do him justice ... we had him over on our side so so much ... was fecking bliss :swoon: Once the show was over ... I spent a small fortune on Merchandise ... bought 3 t-shirts and finally got hold of one of the Personalised Exercise books ... though they are now £25.00 ... Newcastle got a bargain then :wink2:

Went out to wait for him ... had a book to give him ... but it was a scrum due to some fans who wouldn't move ... you know ... if there's a line .... and people are waiting for him ... don't push in ... and then refuse to move - it sucks ... luckily I was seeing him Brighton and probably Bristol (Bristol still wasn't 100% yet ... I needed to beg work on Tuesday) but I'd have another chance to give him my book ... others ... that was their only chance of seeing him - so he jumped in the car and was gone ... this time we managed to get on the right night bus and made our way back to the hotel ... my head was full of Mika .... yet again .... :aah: What the **** does he do to me :swoon:

My staying for the second gig had nothing to do with Mika batting his eyelashes at me :sneaky2:. Ok, I admit, it had quite a lot to do with it :roftl:. He asked us if who wanted to be BG's and LG's again the next day, right after he had looked into my eyes deeply. I dare any MFCer to say no to him in a situation like that :roftl:. So I changed my flight. It cost me a ridiculous amount of money :blush-anim-cl:. But it was totally worth it.

I am glad you had such a good time Laurel, thank you for being such a sweet roommie, I hope we will be roommies again in the future!

Have you put your films up somewhere already?

  14. Education from my dutch friends .. between peoples names , ja and straat I can get by pretty well:biggrin2:

Ohhh, now we can't gossip about you any more! That's a shame :biggrin2:.

Guys, yesterday Brigitte Kaandorp was at my school (most Dutchies know who she is). She was giving a workshop. Not to us first year students, but to the 2nd years. She was standing in our very small hallway and I was thinking: I know her but who is she....and then just could stop myself from shouting: Oh, it's Brigitte Kaandorp! :naughty:

It is the 2nd Dutch celebrity we had at school, we also had Sanne Wallis de Vries but she doesn't really count since she was a student at our school herself :bleh:.

By the way Fredster: nee (which means no, pronounce it like ney) is also a very important word. If you walk in the red light district and a scarcely dressed woman is coming towards you "Nee!" is what you should say (well, that is up to you actually, you could also say: "Ja." :bleh:). If someone tries to put something in your bag at Schiphol: "Nee!" would be the right thing to say :bleh:. Just proving my point that ja is very important but nee just as much.
