I can't help thinking that if she uses the word gay as something negative because she had a hard time with a boy it's really bad. I don't like it!

I know. A lot of people do it though. I dont think she thinks of gay people when she uses the word 'gay'. It's like when people say 'f*ck', they don't think of sex, do they? Im not explaining this very well..

It's still a bad habit though.

When you listen to the lyrics of "UR's so gay" it's quite obvious that it is about a straight girl's crush on a boy which she finds out is gay. The disappointment which she turns in to critics and is trying to make jokes about.

It can be quite heartbreaking....

That's not what she said it was about though.. My sister is a huuuge fan, and I remember something about her mentioning it. Ill look it up..
