I have talked to MANY MFCers parents over the past 2 years . . . and KNOCK on WOOD . . . the outcome has always been successful!

IF your parents would like to 'talk' to an MFCer I would be more then happy - and being the Rep for America . . it is only appropriate! I mean Alex's father even let her go to New York with me --- so you SEE I can't be all that bad! Plus - I have kids YOUR age!

BUt ---- if yall are having a final discussion about it tonight -- that means that there is a spark of hope and they are not DEAD set against it, if they are willing to talk to you about it - that is a GREAT thing!

Half the reason for my retirement is not only because of a flatlining computer.

(BELEIVE me, if that was the case, I'd be biking the 41/2 mile trip to the library right now, pj's and all. You'd think the neighboors would be used to me by now?)

But also because, yes, my mom isn't keen on me chatting with strangers...

My mom, dad, and I are going to talk about it and reach the final verdict tonight- so I'll let you know either tonight/tomorrow morning...
