  1. At one point of Lollipop Mika was hit by a balloon and he was hit with his mic, but I don’t think it was something serious.

Actually, I think that was one of the funniest moments. :D The guy who shot the balloon at Mika's face was standing directly in front of me (he didn't do it on purpose) and Mika obviously knew it was him. Soon, an opportunity to pay the guy back came in form of a balloon and he had the cutest "In your face, duh!"/"That'll show you!" face I have ever seen. I really feared for my life when the balloon came shooting from the stage.:D

And I loved the jumping on the count of three. Mika really shouldn't do that to women in high heels, though. Thinking of that, my feet still hurt.

  2. Thank you. :)

My name's so German that most people spell it wrong, so be sure to get it right and I'll love you. :biggrin2: It's Franziska. I mostly go by Franzi, though, but it sounds so weird in English (kind of like "frenzy", right?), in my opinion at least.

  3. So, you were there, too? :) Nice to meet you again, then, I guess.

Did anybody have the chance to talk to him afterwards? We couldn't stay long because we had to drive home at some point and my mum doesn't really enjoy driving at night, what with me sitting beside her happily dozing off all the time as well. I wanted to get a booklet signed for my brother, though, and now it is still all blank and virgin. :(

  4. Oh, memememe! I mean, I'm a theater lover as well. :D I'm a total sucker for musicals and I am a member of our acting group at school.

Some of my favourite musicals ever:

    Wicked

    RENT

    Jane Eyre

    Les Misérables

    Ciske de Rat

Actually, I can't decide. I mostly jot down randomly what comes to mind when asked for favourites because I love so many musicals. But I have seen three of the musicals listed (Wicked, Les Misérables & Ciske de Rat) and ended up loving them even more than on the recordings, so these mostly end up on my "favourites" list.

  5. Ha, admit it. You've all been startled out of your wits! :D

Anyway, I just joined and wanted to introduce myself quickly. I'm a German student and I've basically been a fan of Mika's since his first single came out here. I saw him live in Baden Baden on Monday and since then have taken to more or less stalking him on the web (okay, I do that with loads of people, but still). I think he's one of the greatest pop artists of our time and although I mostly just listen to musicals, his music really grabbed my attention.

Things I like to do apart from stalking people and listening to musicals are singing, acting, reading, writing, watching movies, translating fanfiction from English into German - you get the idea. I spend most of my time in front of tv or computer screens. :D I also love horseback riding and have discovered I really like driving although I tend to feel nauseous in the back seat. Oh well, we have gotten to the things that are probably not really interesting for all of you, right?

Anyway, I'm glad to be part of this community now. Hello, all! :)

  6. Mika was great this evening, perhaps not the 110% energie as usual, only 100%. But for me it was fantastic and lovely show.

I totally agree! And I mean, you have to respect that man, playing shows with his "little friend" and a jet lag as well. Seriously, I wouldn't be up for it, so double kudos to him.

Also - thanks for the download links! Arte will show this again on the 23rd of January next year, if I'm not mistaken; don't know if that has been mentioned yet.
