I HAVE NO PATIENCE!!!
I am so looking forward to it! I had an idea that we could get a Mika CD each and write a message on the back of them, and our usernames, then send them all to one of us and we could thread them all together with strings, then send it to him!!! 
I dunno- it sounds kinda dumb, but it's just an idea :S
