  1. Hi ! Congrats to the lucky ones who will be there :)

I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I have to ask : is there a way to watch the live streaming outside Belgium ? Like a special link, something to do with a proxy or whatsoever I no nothing about these things :ash: Like for the Napoli gig !

Thanks in advance for the answer and again congrats to the winners, have fun I'm sure it will be amazing as it is a small gig I believe :wub2:

edit : ah sorry I did not see my question had been already asked :s

Never mind. I may have the answer. This is a link, download it on your laptop. It only works with Chrome. It seems (haven't tried it out yet) that you have go to the link of Mobistar, then klik on the icon of this programm, that will apear on the top right sight of your screen. Then you must fill in from which country you want to look. Then you should be able to watch it....

But I'm not that good with computers, it's all information others gave me....

  2. Hello Justine, welcome!

I'm one of the Dutch fans here. Am part of the (that's how Joan, Mika's mum, called us) mothere/daughter team from the Netherlands.

Hope you'll have a lot of fun, or rather, I know you'll have a lot of fun here!

  3. Ok.So I liked the concert!Especially Underwater was amazing and I liked his words after Love Today, too: the honest admission he was out of breath because he had done too much television and not concerts with f..k at the end :naughty: and the sincere exclamation of how much he missed doing concerts/gigs. :original:

There was only one thing that I don't really liked (but obviously he can do what he wants of his songs. It's just that I prefer some of the songs, one in particular, in the original version).Apart from that all very positive.

    I soooo agreee on this!

  4. He is not stupid at all so it's hard to believe his logic ever told him that doing television makes his own music directly better or doesn't affect it all. He surely had other reasons for doing it, financial or getting more publicity for the next album or doing something else for a change or whatever.

It did show that he hasn't been on stage for a while. I loved the concert last night, was sooooo good to see him on stage again :wub2: some songs made me in tears even in the middle of that huge screaming crowd and I was happy he so genuinely seemed to have missed doing shows. It wasn't like there was no break at all though, during some songs he was totally his usual self (totally present and there) but I thought several times that he needs practice and just doing it more - both singing and performing. Looks it's not happening this year but thinking of Montreal gives hope for the future (thank god he announced those concerts!).

Aaaw Nina, think many of us were in tears! So was I!

  5. CRUSHING NEWS : 'No streaming outside of ITALY'

    Bn2r4bDIUAELtKv.jpg

Anyway, MIKA, 'show 'em wot you're made of' -- [i think most already know!]

Won't be able to see it. Stream just for Italy. Very disappointed! :tears::crybaby:

So far International brand Nutella! Italy want's to be part of Europe, but Europe is not a part of Italy, that's for sure!

  6. Yeah, so happy with the results of Eurovison Song Contest! My two home countries first and second!

Was completely overwhelmed by the performance of Conchita! Beautiful song, great voice, great performance. And the Dutchies did us proud too! :dance_man::partytime2:

It's been 40 years since we ended up that high!

  7. Hi, I'm Jolanda, age 52, I live in the Netherlands, only 20 minutes from Amsterdam. I'm married, and have two wunderful daughters of 18 and 21. They both study and still live at home.

I'm a Mika fan from day 1. Seen him at his gigs seferal times, been a Big Girl on stage two times, and met him on more then 1 occasion.

I'm a cakedecorator, and ended up on the 5th place in the Dutch version of The Great British Bake off. Here it was called Heel Holland Bakt.

Oh, and Mika loves my cake! Gave him one when he was close to where I live for a tv show. ;)

Hubby and I are planning to move to Austria in two years! We want to go and live in Carinthia.

  8. Weather today in the Netherlands: + 8 degrees C. and rainy. Even a big thunderstorm at around 5 o'clock. Tomorrow they say there will be a bit sunshine and + 10 degrees. No winter here. Even warning for people with allergies, good change they'll have trouble because some trees are in bloom now, trees that bloom in spring normaly.

  9. Hi, welcome to MFC. And no you're not crazy feeling like a teenager when it comes to Mika. Like several oldlings allready told you, you're not alone in this! I'm 52, happily married, but from day one of Grace Kelly deeply in love with Mika! Don't think I'll ever recover from it! LOL! Think it's a great feeling! Enjoy your time here!

  10. That was really mad....but we were not 4000!!! :naughty:

don't know why they always need to lie about this...to make people and media talk, I guess.

Anyway....what we are witnessing in Italy is amazing: a huge personal success for Mika, a huge amount of troubles for us fans :aah:

Young girls were everywhere, they scream, they cry, they have nervous breakdowns...the whole package we know for celebrities with a pretty face

In the end he was actually lifted by security men and taken to the car...someone who passed by told us he had PANIC in his eyes...hysterical girls were chasing him and running after him.

The queue was poorly managed in the end, but Swatch staff in the shop was really kind and well organized. There was a huge screen outside so we could watch the whole signing before and after going inside.

Mika looked relaxed and rested, very kind and smiling as always...I hope he took advantage of saturday to sleep all day long :naughty:

When it was my turn he hit me five and we chatted a bit, then he thanked me with a huge 'grazie Roberta' for the lasagne I had brought :aah:

YES! Now he's the proud owner of my legendary lasagne. :mf_rosetinted:

don't know what it will be of them...but all seemed very keen in tasting them :naughty:

I met new friends...Margherita (maggie112), We are strong! (hey, stop shivering and trembling behind me next time!!! I'm still feeling you :naughty:), Mikasister and her sweet daughter.

And old friends of course, it's always a pleasure.

About the LE swatches: they were not available in Milan AT ALL. There were collectors in a separate queue and that's all. Not fair in my opinion, all shops should have done the same at the signing sessions. Let's see what's going to happen in London.

I bet your lasagne is as good as the pasta saus of my Italian friends! Won't ask for a recipe. It will only be good with good Italian ingredients! Tried it once with the recipe of my friends, but didn't taste of anything. tasteless tomatoes here I'm afraid.

    But great report! Thank you!

  11. i wonder whether all these people really were there for mika, or whether half of them thought you could get free watches at that swatch store. :teehee: it's weird that it's so many more than at the milan signing last week.

Or buy one or more watches, let them sign by Mika and sell them on Ebay for big money, like last week!
