It's +- sort of quitting, they wont renew my contrat and I want to leave. However they did offer more six months in a new contrat. I explain: This contrat has 3 years, or they would renew it, I would become effective or they didn't renew it. They choose the second. Has my boss has more companies and to avoid effective places, the companies can make new contrats in name of other companies they have. Now I had to weight if it is best to go now or after more six months and I did choose now because the unemployment fund will be greater if calculated from a 3 year contrat rather than a 6 months contrat. True that I don't want to stick myself to the unemployment funds but it will be necessary to study and find something better in a new area apart from administrative =)
