Hi MFCers!
As some of you have already heard, there is a special opportunity for people who were unable to get tickets for the New Year's Eve symphonic concert in Florence, or for those who decided after it was sold out.
AIRC has put up 4 tickets for December 31st for auction!
AIRC - Italian Association for Cancer Research- has been working to find a cure for cancer for more than 45 years.
Thanks to this kind of funding, they have been able to support innovative projects, spread scientific information and promote a culture of prevention to the general public.
The two auctions -each one for two tickets- are online from today, Dec. 5th until Dec. 13th.

The four seats at auction are in the first sector, Row A, which is the 7th row from stage.
The tickets include a Gala Dinner, which will take place after the show and magnificent New Year's Eve Fireworks, to enjoy at the square in front of the Opera di Firenze at midnight, after the toast to welcome the new year.
The winners will be notified via email, confirmation of the names of the participants (winner + guest) + payment are due by Dec. 15th.
The concert will start at 8pm.
Each Auction includes:
- Two tickets for the concert
- Two Gala Dinners
Travel expenses are not included.

Un annuncio speciale per chi non è riuscito ad aggiudicarsi i biglietti per Firenze, o ha deciso solo dopo il sold out della serata.
L’AIRC ha messo all’asta a scopo benefico due biglietti per il concerto sinfonico sold out del 31 dicembre all’Opera di Firenze.
Per chi non conosce l’associazione che opera dal 1965 in Italia, l’Associazione Italiana per la Ricerca sul Cancro sostiene dal 1965 progetti scientifici innovativi grazie a una raccolta fondi trasparente e costante, diffonde l’informazione scientifica, promuove la cultura della prevenzione nelle case, nelle piazze e nelle scuole. Dalla fondazione a oggi AIRC ha distribuito oltre 1 miliardo e cento milioni di euro per il finanziamento della ricerca oncologica.

Ecco, queste occasioni così speciali sono quelle che mi fanno un po' dire "ma perché me ne sono venuta in Francia???". Poi penso che comunque, anche se fossi stata in Italia, molto probabilmente non sarei riuscita ad esserci e mi consolo.

fortunate voi, ma come tu stessa dici, sono sicura ci saranno altre occasioni, non solo nel 2017, ma in generale negli anni a venireDi tutti i paesi in cui potevi andare, hai scelto quello fortunato, quasi quanto il nostro
.Sono convinta, conoscendo il nostro, che cercherà di fare del suo show un "format" esportabile in altre realtà.
Lui è un seriale, quando porta avanti un progetto, lo piega e sfrutta come può, e in Francia è già tutto pronto sulla carta.
Sarebbe già terreno fertile, e non escludo che sia già in contatto con qualche rete, quella di The Voice, o altro...

Interesting question. I would def. keep the music part of the show. I love music, and not only MIKAs
I love how he involves also wellknown stars, like Sting and Eros - to present their own music, but also close their visit with a duet with him. What I would reduce a bit is the comedian part We all need a good laugh, but it might be a bit too much of it, imo. The time he then saved, I would fill with more serious stuff. Because I think MIKA has so many good thoughts about many of the serious, and sad, things that happens around us, in the real world. I loved his articles in La Repubblica! And I loved when BBC made a doc. about the refugees in Lebanon - where I think MIKA filled his part/role in a great way 
So I would love if he invited politicans and mighty people, to talk about also serious things, as a part of his one man show. I think MIKA cares about people, also those who struggles in life, for whatever reason

Guess I'm used to shows with lots of music because I don't agree... isn't i supposed to be about the music anyway?
My suggestion would be maybe one or two less guests in every show
He's a musician, and I think the show had to be structured in this way, I agree with you.
I was just wondering if he would change this.
And above all I was wondering what to do to avoid zapping and lose audience, if I were the production staff.
I think that the generic audience liked most the other parts, I mean: the taxi parts, the monologues, the Leonardo experience, so I was curious if he would be ready to change the structure, or to follow the audience, or simply because he loved more those parts, too.

Yes, I think you found the right forum, to share your feelings, and be understood about it !
But I also think that because of these TV-shows MIKA will get a lot of new fans I think he's just such a great TV-host! He can handle all kinds of people, and situations - even unexpected - in a very natural and good way. And I can't imagine that there will still be fans, or people who don't know him so well, who'll think that MIKA is not an actor!? 
Imo, these 3 shows are full of proofs that he'a a really good actor, in addition to all his other qualities 
Our golden MIKA is a very special, multitalented man, who keeps on surprising us, in a positive way... Love, love

Don't get angry, but I would reduce the musical parts... it's the kind of thing people find boring (when not dealing with your favourite singer, ofc).

Anche ieri sera è stato un bellissimo spettacolo, non so perché ma io devo riguardarlo tutto almeno due volte, c'è tanta musica e tanto tutto in una volta che non riesco a digerire o cogliere tutta la profondità in una volta sola! I momenti che ho apprezzato di più sono stati il duetto con Gualazzi, insieme sono stati super, un mix di voci e musica perfette! Bellissima Blame it on the girls! Avrei voluto continuassero ancora!
Il dialogo con Zingaretti, che a me piace molto e la reazione genuina e tenera di Mika all'omaggio fatto alla sua canzone. I rulli frulli...che sono vicine alle mie zone e conosco anche un paio di quei ragazzi...emozionante, so cosa ha significato il terremoto in Emilia!
Bellissima la versione di origin of love...quando è iniziata la musica ero già rapita! E anche over my shoulder con dedica alla signora Lia.
Mika era molto più a suo agio e sciolto. Le parti che mi sono piaciute meno e forse non ne avrei sentito la mancanza...sicuramente quelle con la Bellucci e anche con Morgan, secondo me non riuscitissima la parte iniziale! Ma questo è un parere personale!
Contenta di vederlo e saperlo felice per la riuscita di questo nuovo importante progetto! Io lo sostengo fino alla fine!

Ieri sera ero in studio e prima di iniziare a registrare hanno proposto la show che andava in onda in quel momento. Mika è uscito e ha detto che #CasaMika era al primo posto in Italia e al quarto posto nel mondo! Ha ringraziato tutti ed era davvero felice. Quindi, well done guys!!!!!!

I have watched the first half hour or so of this and I am about to cry from laughter and happiness. This is the most beautiful, joyous thing I have seen on TV in...maybe forever? Even objectively, if I pretend to view it from an unbiased perspective, it's so good and so well done and the quality is so high. and Mika! He looks so beautiful and so happy. There's so much joy on offer here. I keep coming back to the word joy. I feel like I am going to watch these shows many, many times. There's so much to appreciate. AHHH I HAVE SO MANY FEELS.
Also, is anyone else getting a sort of slightly-twisted-Mister-Rogers'-Neighborhood vibe
? That's what the whole thing reminds me of, in the best way. A Mister Rogers for the slightly older and slightly more unothodox among us.Ok, one question though: can any italians explain the woman in the pink and black with the poofy black hair? Is she an original character for this or is there some sort of Italian cultural reference to get? I was laughing hysterically at her but I feel like there might be another joke that I'm missing.

And based on twitter, it looks like everyone who watched it loved it, which has got to make Mika happy <3 AND is very good news on the TV business front. But I think that the character points out in a gentle way the transgender theme, how ppl can feel lonely when dealing with the "straight" world, which tends to put "labels" and to confine transvestites, transexual ppl to a sort of ghetto.

Always there, deleting in a moment all my fears.
Great editing, great rhythm, fast, but not frenetic, really good all the connections between the different moments.
You can have the impression of a certain dread to leave empty spaces, the construction is made to leave you breathless (us and him
).But then there are moments where Time stops, Hurts intro for instance.
And if they don’t fail to be the most memorable ones, you realize that he hit the target.

Sempre lì, a farmi rimangiare tutto.
Ottima produzione, montaggio, scenografia.
Bel ritmo, ottimi i raccordi tra un ospite e l'altro.
Si vede un po' il timore di non lasciare spazi vuoti, la costruzione è fatta per lasciarti senza fiato, a noi e a lui.
Ma poi ci sono i momenti in cui il tempo si ferma, l'intro di Hurts, l'applauso con il linguaggio dei segni.
E se riescono ad essere quelli più memorabili, capisci che forse ha fatto davvero centro.
E poi Massimo Bernardini, di TV Talk, che dice sì.
Meraviglioso, Boss, bravo.
E bravi gli autori.
