yes, I was taking part in a volunteering workcamp which started the day after the concert! so I just took advantage from that!

Doing television shows (celebrity things) in Italy and France helps him to sell more albums and gigs/tours in those countries and maybe also to finance promoting his new music in many other countries. He considered his options and chose this one. It's obvious there are new fans who like him only because he is celebrity but a part of new fans are staying for his music. Any way, I can't see as someone who enjoys being "only a celebrity". Surely he is doing his best with the album whenever it's out.

I totally agree with you, he has always said that he makes television in order to keep on making HIS music! and of course, who wouldn't like to have more fans? I know that Italy and France are very small compared to USA or UK, but I think he's just starting with them maybe because he feels more comfortable there, I actually don't know! he may have other plans for the other countries in the future, who knows? I also want to add that for example last year he did the intimate evenings in the US which I would totally prefer than X Factor! I liked to see his pretty face every week but what I like the most is always his music.

I mean, Les Enfoirés takes place on 15-16-17th January and in my opinion he's going to participate as now he's a coach of The Voice in France and the other choaches are going to take part (someone told me), but I don't believe he will be able to go on 17th because he has an interview for an Italian tv show

Hello!! I've been a MFC member for some weeks but I haven't posted anything yet and this is my first message! I'm so happy to be part of this group! I introduce myself a bit:

My name is Elena, I'm 20 and I come from Italy. I study economics at university, I like singing (especially Mika's songs!), travelling and drawing. I've been a huge fan of Mika since almost the beginning but I've started going to his concerts and meeting him since last year because I was too young and my parents don't like going to concerts so they would never take me! I went to his gigs in Padova, Reykjavik as a Polka Dot Choir member, to X Factor audition in Milan and to "Che tempo che fa"! My favourite song of his is Origin of love, I think it's a masterpiece!

I hope to get to know you better (some of Italian members already know me) and to take part in your initiatives/events!
