Thanks. And I thought the tickets were cheap. I hate such hidden costs, that's why I never fly with Ryanair. Guess I'll just put my name on the ticket and if I can't go, I'll lose the 33€. Do I understand it right that for a child aged 9 I wouldn't need an extra ticket but it's free if it's my own child? That would at least give me the option to bring my son without having to buy another ticket. Tho it's unlikely I can take him if the gig is on Friday, he has school that day.
Yes, the mail you get when you buy the tickets has a pdf attached and you can notice the ticket has no name on it.
If you read the conditions of sale on the pdf, you will find any information to personalize it. They also say that children up to 9 years old can access for free, provided they're accompanied by parent(s) or tutor.
It's true that when you buy the tickets they ask you to enter your personal information, but that doesn't end up printed on the ticket you receive. I think it is only used to create an account for the buyer. You have to specifically personalize each ticket with the name of the participant.
I think it's not that obvious, anyway.😑
If anyone understood it differently, please correct me.

I bought a ticket, tho I'm not sure yet whether I can go. Deb said on the live that Mika will be performing on Friday, so that definitely makes it harder than if it was the Saturday. I'll see.
I saw an Instagram comment by the festival that you can only change the name on the ticket 20 days for free, and after that it costs money? Does it say that somewhere on the site or in the t&c, and how much would it cost? Maybe one of the Spanish speakers can help?
Same for me. I bought a ticket even though I'm not sure at all that I'm actually going to attend the festival.
Anyway, when you buy your tickets they are "blank" and you need to personalize them by adding the names of the participants. Even if you're the buyer you have to enter your name, because it's not printed on it by default. The platform asks you to enter personal data like full name, birth date and ID card / passport number: all information needed to change the tickets with bracelets in order to enter the festival site. (I guess right at the venue, not sure).
You have 20 days to do this for free. After that, the procedure of parsonalizing/changing names on tickets will cost 20€ (😳).
I have to notice that changing names on ticket is no longer free for many vendors (Ticketone, Ticketmaster, Boxol,....). Recently I had to resell some tickets and it only costed me a symbolic fee (1-3 €). Indeed 20 € for a change is almost as much as the price of the ticket I bought (33 €). But that's it...🤷♀️

Hello everyone 😊
We would like to send a bouquet 💐 to Mika in the name of MFC.
I am organizing this together with Deb and Karin.
I have already contacted a florist in Verona who regularly makes deliveries to the Arena.
https://www.lavienroseverona.it/
We would like to know how many of you intend to join us in order to formulate a budget. There are many types of bouquets with different prices. We'll obviously buy a card with flowers.
I know that some of you have already bought their own flowers to Mika so feel absolutely free to decline this proposal. Of course, we would like to include as many fans as possible😇
Hopefully the bouquet won't be the same😅 Let us know 🤗
Thank you so much!
I'm excited to take part in it too!! 🤩💐💐💐

Well, surprisingly, yes! I think so! I was talking about the tour and saying how it was so soon after London, I really shouldn't go, and my husband said yes, I should! Who am I to argue with that?
So I have gotten myself tickets for Rome... probably won't be able to do other shows, but it will be great to see the end of the tour at least!
Wow!!!! I can't tell you how happy I am to know you'll be in Rome too!!!! We'll meet again! 🥰😍
I got tickets for the Auditorium and really can't wait!!
There's a huge park in the nearby and when I was a little girl I used to go there with my parents and my brother playing, running, riding little ponies... it's not far away from where my grandparents house was, so the whole site holds a place in my heart! Full of memories.
This is why I am really excited thinking about seeing Mika there.
See you in Rome!!

I think it means a 2nd stage, like for the Mika loves Paris gig.
That's it. A satellite stage means a second stage. Nothing to do with the shape, sorry. 😉
I guess he might be inspired by the idea of those different stages (some of them were even mobile stages) the production created for the XFactor finale at the Assago Forum. It's a good, scenographic way that allows the artist to be closer to a faraway part of the audience and reach more people. Also, in a pandemic situation, you cannot have Mika simply going around in the middle of the audience during Big Girl like he used to do during the Revelation... So, the second stage is a perfect solution for everything!! Can't wait!!!

I think the author exaggerated a bit in this article. Watching the show I didn't get the impression Mika was disturbing anything. Placing the central camera right behind the judges' table and pretending to have an unobstructed view was simply illogical. However, if they wanted the perfect shot, they could have placed the camera just a little higher: the stands at the Assago Forum are quite steep, so it would have been easy.
I agree... he must have some problems with Mika, no other explication.- 5

9/20/21 ZOOM RECAP
For those of you who weren't on the MFC Zoom call yesterday, I thought I would just sum up for you what was discussed. (Those of you who were on the call, please let me know if I've forgotten something or gotten it wrong.)
* The MFC Tour Boat is set for Sunday, 24 October 2021. Departure time will be 3 p.m. so if you are attending you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before that. We will be sailing with Vedettes de Paris and departing from the quay located near the foot of the Eiffel Tower. The boat ride will be 1 hour long, and there will be food available for purchase on the quay or on the boat. The boat company should be able to arrange for us to pre-purchase food that will then be brought on the boat to save us time waiting in queue. Details for this are being worked out and will be announced soon.
* A Saturday fan gathering was discussed at length. Some fans have been in touch with a cafe located near the venue, and also the Hotel Mercure, where many fans are staying, to determine whether they have a space where we could hold either a breakfast or lunch. Realizing that many may not want to incur additional expenses, alternatives were discussed, such as finding an open park where we could gather, bringing our own food/drink. This idea depends on good weather, so a "Plan B" (bad weather) option is also necessary.
* Pre-concert drinks somewhere before the Saturday night concert -- near or at the venue?
* A method for staying in touch during the weekend was also discussed. Options include:
-- posting on mikafanclub.com
-- creating a WhatsApp group
-- creating a private group on Instagram
-- creating a special/private Instagram account
-- creating a special Twitter account
I haven't yet decided what the best option is -- maybe we'll need a combination of these, so that no one is left out.
* Other items:
-- It would be nice to have a way to identify each other, as not everyone will have an MFC badge -- name tags/stickers.
-- Decorations for the boat? Not sure whether we will be able to do much, as we are only sailing for 1 hour.
We did not get around to discussing flowers/gift for Mika yet, but we should! I will start another thread for that.
This is what I think my tentative schedule for the weekend will be here -- obviously it is subject to change. If you all have ideas for how I might fill it in, please let me know!

Hi Deb, hi everybody!First of all I want to thank you for all the tremendous work you're doing to organize a dream weekend in Paris that is going to be unforgettable for all of us.Me and my friend @Grazia Simonewill be arriving in Paris by train on Friday 22nd around 4:30PM and we'll be leaving on Monday 25th around 2:30PM from Gare de Lyon.Since it's going to be our very first time in Paris, we've booked a hotel which is quite central and close to the Champs Elysées area. Of course, we'd love to go sightseeing around... (also because, for some personal reasons, I don't think we'll have many other chances to visit Paris in the future). At the same time, we'd love to meet and get to know as many MFCers as possible! But I guess we can socialize during meals or before/after the shows. So, we'd love to join you from time to time, let's say, from dinner on Friday until the aftershow on Sunday (I'm not sure about lunch on Monday, since we have to leave...).But we'll hopefully meet and get to spend some time together!- 3

I've just sent my payment!! 😊

They write in their Covid rules that they can change the seats. So while I definitely agree that they should let you know, and usually also ask, unfortunately they did reserve the right to just change them. I doubt tho that it'd because of Covid restrictions, if they changed it just for Sunday.
I agree, Covid has little to do with all of this. Looks like an excuse.
Anyway, I know you're right, I remember reading about the possibility of a change. But yes, the least is to be informed about it, especially because you don't log on to check the tickets you bought every moment having to find out by chance is irritating. They're handling it poorly, in my opinion.
4 hours ago, krysady said:You can give it to someone else, they said they don't check the names at the entrance
Thank you. I had sold that ticket to a friend of mine for her mum (that's why it's particularly disappointing to me and I'm mortified for the inconvenience), so I had already changed the name on it. But it's annoying seeing the new ticket is somehow "frozen".

I was replaced to Parterre pair - Row D - Seat 28.
But this morning I got a better place from Philharmonie's Resale site - in the Chaises area, Parterre centre - Row DD.
So I will not use the D28.
NaoMika☆
I had a GG row ticket (that I had sold to the mum of a fan) and it was changed to a D row ticket.
I haven't received any email from the Philarmonie, I just accidentally read about this problem from your posts here and went to my account to check.I don't like at all what they did. They might have had problems or whatever, I don't care: if you need to change my ticket for any given reason, you have to let me know at least! And ask me if I'm ok with the change. When we bought our tickets we chose them on the plan, so if they end up being changed it's not the same thing any way, and you have to let me know about the inconvenience and explain to me why you had to change them.
Moreover, the "new" ticket is not printable anymore (that means you can't rename it if you need to give it to another person) and it cannot be put on sale (if you need to resell it).
I'm going to write an email to the Philarmonie and ask for clarification.
You just don't do it like that!

All right, many of us here have posted offers for the Philarmonie concerts. So you can go back a few pages and take a look at our posts if there's something still available that may meet your needs. Then you can directly contact the person via PM. 😉

How long is everyone staying? I'm thinking of having a couple more days to give myself more time to see the sights without feeling rushed. So I would (hopefully) arrive Friday for 5 nights, depart Wednesday. If I can get the extra 2 days off work,of course.
From Friday (likely in the afternoon) until Monday morning.
Not so much time for my first visit in Paris, but it's ok if we are even given the possibility to travel these days. Keep crossing my fingers!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I was actually thinking about this the other day: people who haven't seen him performing live with an orchestra yet, you're not ready, you just can't imagine how powerful it is.
I still remember almost 5 years after all standing ovations the audience did spontaneously in Florence, just wow
I feel thrilled about these shows! It will be my first time at some Mika symphonic concerts and the first time for me in Paris as well. Also, I hope I will be able to meet some of you in person!
So I'm really excited about the whole thing!!

I knew it would be impossible....

Also Promiseland is an interesting choice, even though It's quite difficult for me to imagine the symphonic version, could be interesting but I'm not sure if I'd like it (at least as much as the other songs, of course it would be still great to hear it )...
It's hard for me to imagine Promiseland in a symphonic arrangement... maybe because in my head it's quite a "plugged" and electric song! I must confess that I still hope for him to release the Arabic version of it with Mashrou Leila
6 minutes ago, mellody said:Yes, it's likely that you will have to buy one or two other concerts in addition to Mika's. As I said, you can just try on the website to see what works, but you'd be able to get tickets for other concerts for about 17€ or so, and in the subscriber's rate the Mika tickets also aren't 80€ but you get a reduced price for them, so it might be worth it. You don't have to take the option if you don't like it, but I'd advise to at least have a look at it and consider whether you'd prefer that to possibly missing out in the MFC presale if too many people try to get a limited amount of tickets, and having to rely on the general sale.
Yes, it's definitely worth a try. Especially if the MFC presale gets too many requests for a little amount of available tickets.
Too many people are hungry for live concerts, it's understandable at this point. And for the moment these are the only two confirmed nights, so the request is really high, even from abroad.
I just want to keep my feet on the ground, not to be disappointed if I can't get them, or if I won't be able to go because of the pandemic... but, we'll see. You can't complain if you don't even try! 😂
29 minutes ago, dcdeb said:So many questions about an MFC presale that we can't answer yet! We'll post as soon as we have confirmation with all the details that we hope will answer everything you want to know!
Thank you so much for all the effort in making this happen! 🙏🏻 We'll wait for further details 😉
