    These new dates make me think about how strategic you have to be. Behind a click there is a whole plan for that day or several if you live far away. I will give a round of applause to those who do it several times.

    Something about it sounds familiar to me, at first I thought the line "feels like I'm falling" sounds a bit like the chorus in Kodaline's 'Perfect World', but after listening to that song again and Mika's snippet they're not quite the same. The melody does remind me of something though, it's going to bug me until I figure it out! 😅

    I had the same feeling, it reminded me to an 80s song when I heard an electric keyboard, could be any song from that decade really.

    I was having an existential crisis about getting a job. I was thinking "I'm in my twenties and I still don't have a real job" but at the same time I didn't want to, cause a lot of things about it makes me anxious.

    So, I spent a few days constantly feeling down (which is weird of me), and feeling like i was running out of time (not true). The good thing about it is that I was able to enjoy other sad Mika songs I didn't like so much before.

    Now I'm fine, I remembered i can bake and cook many things and i can try to work on my own. Yes, it's harder, but you can make your own rules. let's see how it goes.

    Of course he can't go to every country, but if you think about it is pretty obvious where he's going to do the next concerts. I hope I'm wrong, as you said he's more independent now.

    You must have been really excited, the feeling you get when he mentions your country is amazing. At least he used the word tour with yours, he only mentioned mine once, more than ten years ago.

    Yes, that can happen too :doh: I think the strategy is to start with the famous songs to make sure they recognize him at least, and then go with something more recent.

    I don't know if there's already a thread about this, if that's the case let me know.

     

    When you want your friends to know about Mika what do you choose to show them?. Your favourite song?, favourite live performance?, a funny moment?, a fun fact? :what:

     

    In my case I would like them to be interested and say "show me more", so I take my time to pick the right thing(?). For now I've been sending them videos from the philharmonic and some facts that they can relate. To be honest, sometimes they like it and sometimes they don't care, I think I'm slowly getting there.

Imagine the shock after it was released, I remember we had many intense discussions here on this subject  :aah:

    I also prefer the old version, the one from the album doesn't let me enjoy it that much. I think he kept the song as his little experiment.

    It also looks good with his hand tho... it's fascinating  how adding his hand like that makes the photo a lot more personal than just posting a pic of the flower, as I would probably have. Maybe he has not only enrolled in classes for philosophy and languages while in lockdown, but also for social media management? :naughty:

    I think that could be from seeing the paintings at the museum
