He gets very mad and verbally abbuses people, and throws stuff and I've just given up! my life its horrible I can't go on. but I must. I'll never do anything to drastic, but I maybe really want to run away and I know it'll make it worse, but again, so scared. Awww honey that's awful. You mustn't run away though sweetie cos it won't make anything any better. No one deserves to feel scared in their home, is there anybody you could talk to about how you feel, maybe another family member perhaps or a family friend? Of course, you can always come and talk to us here cos we all love you and care about you. All the best in however you deal with this situation but please please don't run away I'm saying this cos I care about you and you're my friend running away won't improve anything.
