-Jennie-
Okay so I know a lot of people here have done quite a bit of travelling and I was wondering if anyone had ever used the company BUNAC? I'm almost certainly going to be working in America over summer as a counsellor at a camp and the most common 3 companies to go through are BUNAC, CCUSA and Camp America (but from what I've heard BUNAC is the most cost effective/well organised etc. ) So I was wondering if any one had any first hand experience using any of these (although my sisters used Camp America before so I'm pretty clued up about that one;)) I know BUNAC is pretty popular around the world...especially Australia/New Zealand. Or if anyone's already done this or something similar and has any advice? My sister's told me everything from her experience but it's always good to get a few different POVs! It's usually the camp that choses the staff rather than the other way around but I'll add that to the list of preferences I have, thanks. Once you register to do this they give you a list of THOUSANDS of camps across the US and we basically have to apply/beg to as many of them as possible and we have to accept the first one to respond. Luckily though I know about 10 or 15 people who have done this over the years and every single on said it was amazing so...hopefully wherever I end up it'll be fun

-Jennie-
Okay campy-camp it is then. You can chose whether you want to be placed at a traditional (campy-camp), specialist, religious, girl scout or special needs/disbled camp so I'm going to opt for traditional as my first choice Plus I'm presuming there are more of these about and there's more chance of getting placed that way I'll probably do a trek for a few weeks when I finish (to blow away the little bit of money I actually earn) so that's gonna be the next decision once I find a camp! I have a feeling this is going to e a bit distracting from my exams this year...
-Jennie-
ALSO has anyone ever used Trek America or Green Tortoise for treks/tours? I know TA are good but they're much more expensive than the others.....
