About the lyrics of One Foot Boy

I'm not a native English speaker. Sometimes I got really confused about his lyrics.

 

I love One Foot Boy and just thought that it might be about a boy who has only one foot. But recently I was reading the lyrics and trying to figure out what it is really about.

 

And I think it is about a boy who is only one foot in height!

 

Especially after reading this thread.

I think it is about a imaginary creature who is one foot in height and eleven stone in weight with a gross look. Mika is trying to get him off from his mind on his shoulder but he is always there. This makes more sense than that a boy has only one foot, isn't this?
