  1. If I'm not wrong, this is the movie that will have 2 parts.

    :punk::punk:.

I thought it was the next one.

Speaking of movies...I watched the first one the other day and seriously had not seen it in over a year. I knew all the words. It's not like I can quote it sitting right here (some I can) but while watching it, I just kept saying the lines before they came on. I couldn't help myself. It was weird. I guess it shows how much I used to watch that movie when I was younger. When I got it, I literally watched it everyday after school.

  2. i was reading this really boring political book and came across the name Herbert H. Humphrey! haha i thought that was really funny for some reason:naughty:

    It's actually HUbert H. Humphrey...but I won't hold it against you. :)

He was Johnson's VP and was almost president, but Nixon beat him.

  3. Helloooo potter fans!!! ahh i've missed you'll so much these past two days:tears: haha....:puke:ewww i hate those jelly beans so gross, i had them once and will never eat them agains haha.

    so anythin' magical goin on?:naughty:

Just thinking about jelly beans makes me want to vomit, I hate them so much. :naughty:

Anyway, I love, love, LOVE Harry Potter. SOOOOO excited for the new movie.

  4. No I pretty much feel the same way. :fisch::naughty:

I almost wonder how Nick feels with Joe getting most of the attention. I say that because Nick was suppose to be the one with a solo career but him and his brothers recorder some songs and played it for the label and they signed all of them. I guess at first Joe didn't want to sing but as we see that has changed. Joe also was the one that got a staring role in Camp Rock but he wouldn't do it unless if his brothers were written in, so that's why you only see Nick and Kevin make a couple appearances.

The other thing I find sad is that a lot of people really don't seem to like Kevin. I see sooo much Kevin hate :tears: just because he's older and apparently isn't as cute as the others. Pfff. They're so wrong. :bleh:

I thought he was the star in Camp Rock from the commercials that I saw. I wasn't sure though because I've never seen it and didn't want to say he was and sound stupid. :naughty:

Actually out of all of them, I think I'd like to hang out with Kevin the most. I don't particularly find any of them attractive, but I saw them on Rachael Ray when their mom was on the show, and he seemed to be the coolest.

I think Joe would make a gorgeous girl, though. And I think Nick looks like the little girl from the Pepsi commercials from awhile ago. I'm not bashing them or anything, that's just what I think when I see them. :)

  5. You hear women so often calling guys pigs...and I could've just said women are pigs, too, but why not spice it up and call them a different barnyard animal?

My point being, there are plenty of men out there that are pigs and there are just as many women that are pigs as well. I'm just not a big fan of the whole "Men are pigs" thing, obviously.

Okay, I got it. :naughty: That's what I figured, and I completely agree.

  6. I don't really know a lot about the Jonas Brothers but whenever I see them on TV or hear about them, it's normally focused around Joe. Is he like the center of attention? Even on that cover...he's in the middle looking straight into the camera while the other are obviously on the sides and looking elsewhere. Maybe I'm looking into it too much, but with the body language, it looks like the Joe is the star. :naughty:

  7. I'm getting my hair cut too. However, I need to make some money before I can. Mommy cut off my funds, and I am on my own. I've always worked and paid for things here and there (car, half my trip to Europe) but my mom would cover my hair cuts and things like that. NOT ANYMORE. I gotta pay for my book fees and my new school clothes/supplies too. Life is so rough. :naughty:

It's so funny how stingy I get when I'm spending my own money. Another life lesson.

And looking back on this thread, Sarie, Aunt Gwendolyn gets me every time. :wink2:

  8. For every male pig, there's a female cow, IMO.

I don't understand the female cow thing.

Honestly, I wear a sports bra 95% of the time. I don't have big boobs, and I'm always doing something that is related to physical activity. The regular bras that I do have are Victoria Secret. They're overpriced and probably overrated but I buy into it.

  9. I like when girls have boyish sounding names...I think it's cute.

As far as hating names, I don't really hate any specific name, just when the parents try to get cute with the spelling. I don't care if they're a little creative, but when you can't even read the name, I think that's just ridiculous.

I really, really like the name Keira. Not just 'cause of Keira Knightley, though that was the first time I ever heard it. Also, McKenna, though I know a lot of people around here are naming their girls that. I do know a girl name Kymra which is like Keira. Also, when I was in elementary school I was best friends with this girl named Kadeisha, pronounced (Ka-DEE-Sha). I always liked her name, it was so unique...her parents were from Trinidad and Tobago, and I think that's where the name came from.

Without a doubt, if I were to ever have a girl the name Layla MUST be in there. I won't be talked out of it. It's probably my favorite name, and it probably stems from my love of Eric Clapton. :)

  10. I saw it last night at midnight as well. There were five showings and ALL were sold out. It was really a good movie. Heath was even better than what I'd thought he'd be, and I think the rest of the audience agreed because he was very well received. Honestly, I was captivated whenever he was on-screen and when he wasn't, I was hoping he'd be on-screen soon. They left it open for another and I know that a worry for the film makers and actors is how are they going to top Heath's Joker as a villain. I think it was Christopher Nolan who said Heath probably wouldn't be topped. That sorta hit home when you realize Heath won't be around for another.

All in all I was very happy with the movie and especially Heath's performance. From watching it myself, I realized it's not because he's gone that there's ALL this hype (some, yes), but because he really does give a great performance. He completely freaked me out.

When I was watching the movie I was so into it, I never really even thought, "Heath's dead." Until the part that I assume Melanie is talking about.

  11. What the hell? I wish I was rich enough to be on My Super Sweet Sixteen (though, it would have to be "Eighteen" - I'm past 16) 'cause Mika would sooooo be my musical act. And all I would have to do is just ask "Daddy".

If you've never seen the show (consider yourself lucky) but then this won't make sense.

  12. I looked up on the imdb board for it, and it seems to be a definite go. They will keep everything Heath got done, but apparently will have other actors fill in - Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell.

  13. Just been thinking alot about him lately :(

It's been I think 6 months...and now Batman is getting ready to be released and I'm ready to celebrate his last performance, though it will be difficult.

    I will cry!

It's not his last performance. He still has one more, doesn't he? The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is still on and will be released next year sometime. I'm actually looking forward to this film one a little bit more than The Dark Knight and am very happy that they have found out a way to keep all that Heath had filmed. I just hope they can tie it all together.

Anyway, I am very excited for The Dark Knight. To be completely honest Heath's Joker totally creeps me out from what little I've seen, meaning he did a great job. I'm sure he'll at least get nominated for an Oscar and depending on the other films this year, he may even get it. Not to sound mean or anything, but I think it weighs a little bit heavier that he's dead as far as who gets the Oscar (not taking anything away from his performance as I haven't even seen it yet, just my prediction).

I suppose once these last two films come out, it'll seem a little bit more real (to me) that he's gone because there won't be any more of his films. I mean, it doesn't really feel like he's gone (as a fan, obviously for his friends and family it does) because it's not like I saw him every day or had any type of relationship with him. I'm just a fan, and I only know him through his films so since he still has more left, it's almost like I have to remind myself he's dead. That may not make sense, but oh well.

  14. Rafael's a badass. :wub2:

He had me sweating it out though. Jeez, I started watching the match at 9 AM, and it didn't get over 'til around 4:30 PM. My whole family was watching it. I've converted them all to be Rafa fans. I had my mom jumping up and down, screaming when he won.

I think Federer is obviously a great tennis player but I am SO GLAD he finally lost besides the fact that I am a huge Rafa fan. I think some of Roger's true colors came out during the match. I know he's well-known as a classy guy which I still believe he mostly is, but is it really that hard to be a class act when you're constantly kicking everyone else's butt? I've noticed just in the matches versus Rafael, Roger can get a little heated, which, granted, a lot of tennis players do. However, I was put off when he yelled at the crowd to "Shut up!" because they ooed and awwed during a point. I may be biased because I play sports where the crowd purposely makes noise to distract you (like while shooting a free throw in basketball) or even when the other team tries to distract you (chanting while you're up to bat in softball) Anyway,I don't remember Rafa ever complaining about a crowd being too loud. Also, when Roger started complaining about Rafa taking too long to serve. I'd have to agree with him but I also have to agree with John McEnroe when John said that then Rafa was serving for the second set isn't the time to starting complaining about it/correcting Rafa.

Anyway, I am really happy for Rafael. I think he even started crying a bit when he was sitting down after the match. You could tell how much he wanted it. Also, his English is so much better, I could almost understand everything he was saying. However, I do think he gave a shout out to his girlfriend but I'm not sure. I thought I heard her name and then they cut to his parents and his mom looked really surprised and looked over to where Rafa pointed out that his other family members were. I'm not for sure on that though. He is a very private person. Though, I have seen pictures of her. She's gorgeous.
