    1) Relax , unreal song , its as if that song has always existed .. superb

    2) Big Girl

    3) Grace Kelly

    4) Other world

    Relax take it eeeeeeeaaassyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :thumb_yello:

Me too - Relax is amazing & would be a great 2nd single - it has the same easily singalongable(?!!) chorus that Grace Kelly does.:blush-anim-cl:

Does any other worlD refer to the Lebanon do you think?

  2. Hi. I bought my tickets off ebay for the Mancester Academy gig on 27th Feb. (I know, I know, but I couldn't get them any other way & was desperate to go to gig!!).

Anyway, the tickets have arrived today from a 100% seller with a 5 year history. The only thing that concerns me is that the tickets are orange, but others I've seen on e bay are blue. Also mine are numbered in the 800 range, whereas info on the net says capacity of Academy 2 is 800.

    Can anyone reassure me. Thanks

  3. It's tricky one Sunny. To be honest the high activity on your site (& it is a brill site -well done!) at the moment is mostly due to Mika's sudden rise to success & high media profile . Whilst you will allways retain some loyal fans, you will probaly find that the activity tails off after the first few months max & then a fee may put people off (have you looked into whether other sites charge a fee?). I would think that advertising is your best bet even though pop-ups are very irritating they do generate much needed funds. Take the enthusaism of those willing to pay a fee at the moment with a pinch of salt - the reality may be different.

Good luck with the future of the website

  4. I had Grace Kelly on in the car while taking my 15 yr old son to work. When I dropped him off he said 'that song's stuck in my head now'. Picked him up 3 hrs later & was playing My Interpretation & he put it back to Grace Kelly & said 'It's still stuck in my head' so I want to hear it again.

Do you realise how cool it is for my 15 year old to actually say he LIKES something I do - it makes me feel not quite the ancient old bird my kids try & make me feel. I don't care anyway - I love life, love Mika's sound & will be dancing the night away at Manchester Academy on the 27th Feb.

Be happy - life's too short

  5. Oh for goodness sake, can't we just enjoy an artists material without having to debate their sexuality? What difference does it make WHICH way Mika swings - his music is fabulous & that's why we're all here.

And while I'm having a moan - what on earth do those s-----s think they're doing posting photos of their giggling tits, arses etc on Mikas myspace page? Maybe they should listen to the words of Lollipop!! At least I haven't seen (so far) any gay guys posting photos of their bits so they obviously have more self respect than the girls!!:sneaky2:

  6. It seems like finally, Mika will play at Manchester Academy 1. I've got my ticket but no one of my friends is going. Is anyone from the forum going?? Hope to meet people there!

I'll be there too -wouldn't miss it for the world. A note of advice - apparently Academy 2 is 'hot as hell'' even in mid winter & only half full, so dress light!

  7. I heard Grace Kelly on the radio a few weeks ago & it just hit me straight away as one of those BRILLIANT songs. I kept hearing it, but always missed the artist. I thought it might be Robbie, but wasn't sure (I bet he wished it was but I gather he is currently in rehab so I hope he gets the help he needs).

I then spent ages researching Mika on the net & downloaded his album after hearing bits on his MIKASOUNDS website & loved all the tracks (I think Relax is my next fave after Grace Kelly).

I'm a 42 year old mother of 2 & when I was 17 used to spend all Sundays listening to the top 40 on 3 different stations & never missed Top of the Pops. I've been to loads of gigs, concerts etc since then & like what I like when I hear it so my range is very varied.

I would have thought I'd have grown out of chart music by now but it seems not - I still dance around the house while cleaning, rave on about various new bands & LOVE going to concerts. Even my husband (who is not as music mad as me) thinks Mika is great & is going to be a big star & we're both looking forward to seeing him in Manchester Academy on 27th Feb.

Thanks for this web site - you've obviously worked hard & enjoy it.
