"MIKA will win. He is just too good." Super producer MARK RONSON already

predicts he will lose the Best British Male gong at this year's (08) Brit Awards

    to GRACE KELLY star MIKA.

  2. "Lemon" is a common euphemism for "lesbian".

Uh oh, my lemons was for lemons. You can't even like your fruits as fruits nowadays?

But I kinda see where it comes; a man is hitting up a woman, I bet some

lesbian could be lemons. It just makes me angry cause that makes

you a lesbian if you're being all "lemons" for some idiot in a bar.

"Lemon" is for "lesbian", what's "apples" then for?

    Lets vote

  3. AI, voi ei...

Mutta hei, eihän sitä etukäteen tiedä jos vaikka jotain (Mikaa) järjestyy. console.gif

Mä oikeestaan tykkään tästä verkkasesta tahdista täällä. Ehkä just verrattuna muuhun foorumiin...

Mika-rintamalla liikaa liikettä ole ollutkaan viimeaikoina.

Aika hyvin AI muuten toi sun youtube-video menesty; se tulee heti toisena vaihtoehtona jos hakee "Mika Interview".

    Melkein vuosi siitäkin.

  4. Christine, why is the wizard pic on the myspace page gone? It doesn't show anymore in my comments. I want it back :tears:

I second that! :crybaby: I want my Mika :poster_spam: to stay on my space.

Never met the appleman...probably never will. I'm not a true apple, so I'm here by default.

I think Im neither, sometimes I feel a bit like a lemon, at least I eat them a lot I often get to hear.

Also Im a bit shy to post on the whole forums these days, except the last two weeks that I've not even been here a lot... compared to what I used to.

Im gonna change my name here soon - as I've been over a year now.

That's just how good I am to come up with any profile name.

Im tempted to be something wizardy, but I'll spare them names to a special someone. :naughty:

    And yes, where's Kata?

  5. Speak, what even on the Sun there are spots... You - the Sun! The fine Sun giving to us warmth... The Sun , together with music, giving a part of the soul. And I do not see spots... My eyes blinded light from you!

I am surprised, that I do not notice these holidays... Influence , dear MIKA is so great on me, that all holidays grow dull and become insignificant... Darling MIKA Itself all has eclipsed !

Very beautiful! Happy New Year, poet Lena! :wink2:

  6. its probly already posted in one of the 200 pages.. but i couldnt be bothered to check.. so this is it just incase:biggrin2:

That's basically the interview where it all started...

But hey, it's funny, why not post it on every page? :naughty:

    This thread really never dies.

    :roftl:

My tamagotchi's battery ran out. :( I need to buy a new one..

This thread really makes me a good mood.

    And damn the electricity. :sneaky2:

  7.

Hello to all the new people I haven't met yet! (Not you, Greta. :wink2:)

    --Jack

Is this me? ... hello anyway! :]

    Oohh, deserves to be over-quoted.

I know from how that apple smiles, must be coming a good (apple) year.

Jack, what a magical story! I see no age revealed for the kind and fine wizard...

IMO Luna could be anything from 10 up, in fairytales age doesn't always matter (in general I was talkin about). :sneaky2:

Vally, how delightful to hear someone being that happy! :bleh:

  8. Perez! Can we have someone else too? Like a manager? :naughty:

    Okay...

Where do you see Mika in 20 years?

Which Mika stories on your site have you sneaked up from the fan club?

Which animal would you prefer dressing up to a Mika gig?

Which song in "Life In Cartoon Motion" would describe Perez the most?

  9. Yay! Happy anything to everyone!

Im gonna spend this week around christmas tree anyway surrounded

by icons of Jesus and friends - my granma's painting those.

    Celebrating Joulu (= christmas).

Now inspired of this I want to go outside with a "Yule Goat" to make a "wheel of

sun" and burn it celebrating the sun. Oh and I'd love to make some Yule beer

too - celebrate the pagan yule and northern roots.

    Wheel of sun

    Yule Goat (of straw)

Few centuries ago we had no crappy christmas glitter so when we put a new

clean layer of straw on the floor in home, we also made the Yule decoration out of

    the straws.

Carved of wood with a knife

    image002.jpg

    "Himmeli" (out of straws)

    I only found this:

It has also been suggested that Jól is derived from the Old-Nordic

word for wheel: Hjól, the theory being that the wheel of the year has come

full circle, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. There have been more

attempts at explanations than one can shake a stick at. Certainly the exact

meaning of the original word is something we shall never know.

Have a happy, relaxing wheel, pagan EnFa and everyone else!!!

  10. I honestly cannot imagine ANYONE wanting to do that on Christmas day when they could be at home being normal, especially if they are working like crazy constantly, but whatever.

    Hmm, I wouldn't mind to. :|

I hope it's not live though, because Im not gonna see it until next year anyway (maybe). :wink2:

  11. I think I shouldn’t be the one either looking for intellectual discussions.:naughty: As you all know English is not my first language and I have already got myself in to trouble by misunderstanding or not being fast enough when it comes to use the English!

In my language I am used to jump in to any kind of discussion, but maybe I should be a little more careful here?:mf_rosetinted:

Nah, just take part, many of us have the same problem.

Correct the missunderstandings if needed and learn more of the language as doing so.

Im only loading you cliches and feeling like a tw*t here but that's (too damn) easy for me as a non-native.

So maybe we'll gain some more lovely things like fine wizards... :bleh:

  12. there is an apple, with a gun pointed at it.

What is he trying to say?

Yeah, but lets point out it's a bit off detailed. It could be a door handle as well, or a spoon or a cat. :|

:roftl: I have to agree with you there. I think it's a generational thing. I know the young/middlings don't want to hear it because they were exposed to different concepts growing up, but for some of us it really is fairly black and white.

You can give it whatever label you want or insist that it's impossible to label, but I think "the question" is whether Mika is attracted to men or not. Although in my mind that's always been a given so it would be much bigger news to me to hear that he's attracted to women.

There once was something of Mika in a Finnish metro paper:

    "Ihannemaailmassa ei edes keskusteltaisi

    homoseksuaalisuuden hyväksymisestä tai hyväksymättömyydestä.

Päätellen kysymysmäärästä, minkä olen saanut Billy Brown -kappaleesta, emme todellakaan elä ihannemaailmassa."

And you may want a translation, directly goes something like this:

"There wouldn't even be a discussion of whether homosexuality is accepted or not in my ideal world.

As a conclusion for the amount of discussion that I've received of my song, Billy Brown, we certainly do not live in my ideal world."

I have no idea where is this from and how much of it has been modified after he (may have) said so. Just thought I'd share this mind-exploding reveal... :|

The man just publicly praised people for stalking him at his house but we're not allowed to talk about his music here.

Ssshh, watch your steps with that "m" -word!

And why exactly am I supposed to care what Mika thinks about the contents of these threads anyway? It's not Mika's forum, it's the Mika Fan forum. If he wants to start posting here then maybe he can have a say.

I support the idea of Mika (officially) joining. Just to report stuff, or anything.

The objections I've most heard (read) goes roughly that it would change our way of behaviour here.

Would be surprising after all, as he might have been sneaking the site already.
