lol yeah a lot of people told me about this episode... I have to find it May 21st ugh that's tooooo far away!! lol I know it's the easiest way to take care of her ... but I can't wait to see her little face I've heard about so many tricks to speed things up but I know people who've tried them and it doesn't always work...

Not always true... my sis-in-law's first born was 4 weeks early... and her second was 1 week late!! but it seems all my pregnant friends are giving birth after their due date! This generation will be late for everything!

me too!! I'll post pics for sure :shocked: I think my birth was the only time in my life I was on time . I was due on Sept 25th and that's the day I was born!

11 days!!! I can imagine how you were feeling! I hope Rosalie won't be that late!

May 10th, 2010 Well!!! My due date is..... TODAY!!! but so far, no sign of Rosalie wanting to come out! I think she's too warm and cozy in there... or maybe she's a girly girl like her mommy and taking her time to get ready, making herself gorgeous and all... or maybe the snow we had yesterday freaked her out and she waits for the weather to be nice and warm again!! Pregnancy is a wonderful thing, I loved it, it's such a special journey... but now I can't wait for it to be over!!! The last weeks seem longer than the whole pregnancy!! My back aches, my belly is huge and heavy, can't get into a comfortable position in bed, can't get a good night sleep, I'm out of breath just putting on shoes, I walk at 1 km/h and I go to the toilet every freaking two seconds... So yeah, I've had enough of it now lolll!!! But the main reason I want it to be over is that I can't wait to finally meet my little girl!!! Can't wait to see what she's gonna look like!!! I'll keep you guys posted!!

May 9th, 2010 Rosalie's room is finally ready!! The only thing that's missing (besides her of course ) is some decorations on the walls... they're kinda naked for now! loll

April 21st, 2010 37 weeks and a half pregnant, my belly is now huge!!! The end is near, although I feel like I'm gonna be pregnant forever lol!! It feels good to be on maternity leave, I can now get some rest... finally!

April 12th, 2010 Wow, my bf's mom made Rosalie such a beautiful gift!! She knitted all this kit herself, it must have taken her hours!!! The blanket is folded in 4 on the pic, so you can imagine how big it really is! When the cold weather comes back, Rosalie will be so cosy in this little ensemble!! The wool she used is so soft!

April 9th, 2010 OMG......... today was my last day at work!!!! What a relief!!!! I am now on maternity leave for a whole year!!!! The last weeks at work were very tiring, I am so glad it is over... But it doesn't mean I can get some rest right away, there are tons of things to do to get ready for Rosalie's arrival!!

March 31st, 2010 Looooooooooooooooookie what arrived in the mail!!! Thx to my friend Marilyne who had this onesie custom made for my little girl!!!

March 24th, 2010 Belly is getting bigger and bigger!! I'm now 33 weeks and a half pregnant, here are some pics! I'm getting very tired now at work, can't wait to be on maternity leave!

Wow SO sorry for the uber lack of updates!!! I've been so busy at work in my last weeks there, and then it was a big sprint, getting everything ready and trying to get some rest in between! thx!!! yes time flies by so fast!! it's weird though because time flew by very fast but at the same time, I feel like I've been pregnant all my life lolll! it's like now I have a hard time imagining what it's like not to be pregnant... she is due TODAY actually lolll!! but so far, no sign that she wants to come out of there! thx!!!! omg no!!! lolll as much as pregnancy is a wonderful thing and I loved it, now I'm getting quite sick of it lolll! thx!!!!

March 21st, 2010 OMG what a suprise I had on that day!!! It was an ordinary sunday morning... my bg and I went to have breakfast with one of our friends. We took our time, and then went and buy a stroller for Rosalie. Then my friend gave us a ride home and my bf invited him to have a cup of coffee at home before leaving, he was going studying. When we got in front of our place, I saw that our little gate was opened... which was strange cause I ususally make sure I close it. At first I thought the mail man must have left it opened (happens sometimes) but that didn't make sense since it was sunday (no mail on sunday). Then I told myself it must be someone walking down the streets and didn't make much of it... then when I got to the front door... You see I have my front door and then another door inside. And that other door was opened. I was dead certain I had closed it before leaving in the morning. Then I saw somebody's shoulder inside. My heart just stopped... I was sure I was being robbed!!! I was sure there were some burglars in my house!! I told my bf: omg there's somebody inside the house!!! But he said nothing and just pushed me gently... I repeated: I saw somebody inside! So he said: just open the door!... the door wasn't locked. So I opened the door and I saw baloons and decorations everywhere!!! My family and friends were there and they all went: SURPRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISE!!!!! I t was my baby shower!!!!! WOW what a surprise!!! My sisters and my mom was in the hallway, I peeked my head in the living room and there were almost 30 of my friends and family inside, all smiling at me! Boy they got me good!! I didn't suspect this at all!!! What a great day it was!!! It was a girls only shower, so we could ooooo and aaaaa all we wanted. We played some games, there was tons of food, fabulous cupcakes, I had a terrific time!!! I received so many beautiful gifts, I still can't believe it! My sisters and my mom were planning this day since january!! What a great family I have, I'm so lucky!!

March 15th, 2010 I had my 3rd ultrasound. It was necessary to verifiy if my placenta was positionned higher because at the last one it was too low and that may lead to complications. But, great news, it is now positioned high enough so all is fine!! It was great to see my little girl on screen again, I wish I could have ultrasounds everyday!! The image wasn't very clear though since she's bigger now and the amniotic fluid is thicker. She is estimated to weigh 4 pounds, and if she continues like that, she might weigh 7 our 7.5 pounds at birth, which is perfect Here she is, we can see her little face (yes I know, it looks kind of freakish on this type of picture lol!) and her arm and hand are above her head, resting on it. She looks like she's saying: oh no!! you've got to be kidding! Here you can see her profile, and she has her legs all the way up over her head! The ultrasound technician was impressed with her mad gymnastic skillzz!!

Thanks all!!! Actually, didn't have time to complete my update... 10 weeks to go was on March 1st... now I have almost 34 weeks completed... so a little more than 6 to go!!!!
