I'm in Aalborg, I flied here yesterday. I've waited this trip for two months. Today I went to see Nibefestitval.dk and I saw the news. I'm so sad that I can't describe it.

Mine has now arrived to Finland but it is still 600kms away... and I've moved to new apartment AND I'm going to Denmark (to see MIKA!) so I guess my parcel is going to travel around Finland few days...

you're sure? have you read that you'll have to pay additional taxes? it's in the help section http://www.hmv.co.jp/help/index.asp , "overseas customers". i wonder how much those will be...
There is some extra costs when I buy something online outside EU to Finland. In CD's, movies, computer games etc. I must pay 22% VAT when the packet arrives to customs. BUT in Finland (maybe other EU countries too?) if the VAT is under 10 euros they will not charge it! So if my order is under 45 euros there will not be any extra charges. In some goods there are some additional customs charge but I haven't buy anything that has it. I think the customs of your country will provide the information for this

) that in Japan every cd and every single has so much extra songs and better booklets than same records in Europe -

I've just seen the video on the German TV channel VIVA. It's the same that was uploaded a while ago on youtube. I think it looks kinda 'retro' - LOL
As if they had not planned to make a video out of it but just followed the demand and got something together in short time...
It's not bad, I like the colors and the cartoon style has recognizability value. But somehow...you know - I just missed MIKA a little
I saw the video today, it was on Relax single which I finally got. I'd read this comment before so I had a clue what to expect. (I didn't watch from Youtube because I was waiting my single
) Relax is my favourite Mika song, and it is in my All time best songs TOP 10 list. When I saw the video was a little sad. It looked so cheap and like it was made in hurry. Like you said, I missed MIKA! There was anyway something peaceful there, it would make really well as a screensaver in my computer! Maybe I should try it -
My fave Finnish band is HIM - I just love all of their songs. Of course Ville mostly sings in Englisah, but I also love it when he sings in Finnish (like in the songs he did with the Agents, Yö, Tehosekoitin...).
Moreover I absolutelly love Apulanta, Uniklubi and 51 koodia!!!
But I also like most stuff of CMX, Kotiteollisuus, Don Huonot, van Hetzen broters, Nightwish, Disco Ensemble, Technicolour, the Crash, Stratovarius, the 69 Eyes, Apocalyptica, Charon...
Wow, you listen much more Finnish music than I do!
How do you have got all that music? I guess internet has something to do with it
I've seen many of those playing live in festivals and I think Finnish bands are really good in this summer festival touring thing. They really know how to keep 20.000 people happy even when they are drunk and tired (both, band and audience..) I've noticed that I'm not into HIM but I really like Ville's voice. The latest hit "Summer Wine" is really beautiful! ...
Oh and if you like Charon, do you like Senteced or Poisonblack? They are quite similar.

I got today my (German release) Relax single. There is said that "songs written by Michael Holbrook Penniman". Maybe his real name in passport etc. is Michael. Like because I myself have quite long first name so in some occasions I shorten it
If I must do multiple signatures (I'm not famous but my name is needed in some papers because of my work.. ) I use shorter name. The longer name is for relatives and passport control -

Which Finnish rock band do you know? I've seen them quite many later even though I'm not a fan of Finnish music
The headline for the festival was The Prodigy. They didn't know that in summertime in Finland it will not get dark at night! They wanted to wait for it and because they were the last band for the last day, people started leaving home, they had to catch trains etc. Prodigy did well but the antmosphere was really weird, people wanted to see them but even more they wanted to go home

Well I saw Rasmus 1996
and their name was Rasmus then, without "the". They were really nice and friendly boys when I met them after the gig. They played in really small stage in Ilosaarirock festival. For all TR fans, exclusively for you, pics of Lauri and Eero, year 2001

i dont speak finnish but do any of you like the rasmus? i live in califorina and they never come here. they are one of my favorite bands.

I liked them 10 years ago (I got their autographs after a small festival gig 
) but now they are too popular! Radios play their songs too much so I'm too tired to them. But they are doing really good job around Europe You're from Mtn View? I've been there

Näkyi olevan nyt kaupoissa se Q-magazine, jossa on Mikajuttua. Ilmeisesti se on jo tuonne News-osastolle skannattu, en oo vielä käynyt katsomassa.

Mut aamulla se on jossain good morning america(tai jotain sinnepäin) 8.30 am sitä aikaa joten miten se voi olla samana päivänä Ruotsissa : o menee yli minun ymmärryksen.

Toivottavasti se keikka ei peruunnu tai jotain :s

NY:n ja Ruotsin aikaero on jotain 6 tuntia. Eli jos se esiintyis 10. päivä vaikka klo 14, pääsis lähtee Ruotsista klo 18.00 -> lento kestää 8h -> perillä New Yorkissa 02 Ruotsin aikaa, mutta 20.00 New Yorkin aikaa! Teoriassa on mahdollista että se heittää Ruotsissa päiväkeikan ja NY:ssä iltakeikan, mutta ei kyllä siinä oo mitään tolkkua, ihan tajuton aikataulu ja sais kyllä jotku kiertueorganisaattorit kaivaa pihalle kuopan ja mennä sinne istumaan sillä tuo on jo ihmisrääkkäystä vaikka olis kuin Mika joka on täynnä energiaa

Helposti kudottavia (nelosen puikot) ja pesua kestäviä (ei kutistu) lankoja on ainakin Novitan seitsemät veljekset. Niitä löytyykin melkein joka marketista, mutta värejä ehkä pitää vähän hakea.
