We have called him so for about half of his life lol (well we... I didn't know him by then and I was an adult and he was a child by that time...so)

But I was to say he cancelled the Budapest festival and I had bought my plane ticket and a friend was to welcome me there as I'm from France... and now... but well...

I'm not angry: Mika is not supposed to be perfect, I prefer him human. Anyway, I would forgive him anything, so... Mika/Mica first, if he's fine, I'm fine... If he thinks he has to, I trust him.

I'll see him somewhere else wherever it will, I just want to see him and I will probably not even realize if the sun switches down as I'll only have eyes and ears for him.

He said his real name was Mica. Now I try to write it like that!

On the Mikasounds SS it says you have to put your copy of LICM into your computer in order to join. Does anyone know more about that? Do you need an English or American version to get in?

Mine was working, the link opened and I could download the 4 presents and access to the site and register as a special guest. I'm in France.

There are few times that I enjoy talking to the artist as much as listening to their music. But this happened with UK singer Mika.

Admittingly, his music is not for everyone. It’s a bit psychedelic, perfect for a Cirque du Soleil soundtrack. But, lately, with all the emo I’ve been listening to, it’s nice to hear something happy.

 

Born Michael Holbrook Penniman, the 23-year-old’s influences range from Japanese anime Cowboy Bebop to Marilyn Manson. He pens songs as character studies: “Most of the interesting characters from everyday life are the underdogs and are the outsiders, and I like to dress them up in these amazing clothes and paint incredible backgrounds behind them…I like to take reality and make it a lot more livable.â€

 

When I asked Mika what his Top 40 favorites were, he had to stop a second and look them up. He recognized Rihanna and that was it. This is ironic because I just interviewed chart-topper T-Pain, but refreshing as well, because Mika is different.

 

And he recognizes this difference and attributes it to his success, saying that the worst thing to be is mundance.

 

He performs Saturday and it should be a fun show, a bit like a circus.

And waiting for his in front of the backstage doors it seems a good idea, but please just make sure Iceman don't notice you or you won't be able to get closer. Then what about wearing a shirt or a T-shirt with the Mika's angel logo on it.... and about OFFERING HIM ONE !!!!!

I think Website is a good idea!

If we have a website, we can report to a manager of MSC, and of MIKA's Official site.

I can make a Japanese branch site.

Many Japanese can't read English, but I'm sure there are many people like to be MIKA's angels.

So if I make a Japanese branch in Japanese, it will work!

Also in Japan MIKA is not very famous yet, coz his CD isn't released yet.

But after it's released I bet many Japanse people will love MIKA!

In fact I have a Japanese blog (it's a just daily journal, but I'm keeping writing about MIKA),

and many people come to my blog for searching for MIKA things!

 

What I think is:

- making MIKA's Angels in Japan banner and let member put it on their websites oe My Space, it's a duty for them!

- making a member page having links for their websites or blog and so on.

- making member banner having number like.. "#59 MIKA's Angel in Japan"

 

I think members here come from different countries, and if they make branch site in their own language, it will work.

 

What do you think?

 

 

BTW we are having MIKA's concert on July 30 in Tokyo Japan.

I'm gonna go there, and I'm planning making a small poster of MIKA ANGELS,

and I DO hope I can give it to MIKA!

Is it possible to meet MIKA after the concert waiting in front of the backstage door?

I have no experience to do such things, but I found many people met him and took pics with him.

If it's possible I'll be able to give MIKA the poster of us!

In France, in "Le Grand Journal de Canal +" they've managed to talk about Mika again this evening: in a interview, they were showing pictures to Alain Chabat for him to choose who he'd rather be and one was of Mika.

They mention Mika almost everyday, they always find an opportunity to show or make people listen to him.

And in every documentary there is at least the intro of one of his songs here and there!!!

The problem is that when I should study I can't focus, so usually I come here...but in these days my parents controll the pc...and since my head is still with Mika these are the the results

What is second life? *everyone looks at me as if to say 'idiot'*

Second Life is a virtual place where businesses are built as in real life, you can have a free avatar and make it look however you want.

A lot of french politicians and some artists have their own headquarters there.

You may live without a house but most people buy some, and Islands or grounds. They build their own house or have it built.

There are some murders too, not a lot, but it's like in real life.

You can make friends and you have sort of a puppet you use to talk to others. I had one who looked like me (very similar) but now it looks a little like Mika.

Real money is involved too, you can get a job, make real money. In fact there are lot of interactions between this virtual life and the real one.

I guess I have less than you lol it's a free account too. Then we may camp to get some money, we can do that and leave the connection open.

Then if someone knows how to make curly hair, I'm interested,, because I've tried to make my avatar look like Mika and I just couldn't manage this.

Imagine if Mika comes and visits us there !!!!!

I'll go somewhere and send you the address so we can meet there, ok?
