After not being in school for a lot of the two years (not my fault), doing most of my coursework last minute, and a lot of revision in the last weeks, plus 6/7 weeks of worry, I PASSED EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I even got an A!! So I now have a total of 10 GCSEs - 1 A, 7 Bs and 2 Cs! Ack, I'm so happy!! Anyone else get their results today?

And if you got A Level results last week, share! =D

Doesn't Team Jonas cost money?

Yeah... As much as I love JB, paying something like £20 a year so you can enter a cometition for M&Gs and get a pack thing (which apparently takes months to arrive) strikes me as a bit OTT.

Those still after tickets, there'a an extra competition on Facebook with fifty up for grabs (not sure if it's one or a pair). The link won;t work for me but it had better by tomorrow!! Closes at 3pm tomorrow =)

Apparently, they give out standby tickets. Well, they did for Calvin Harris. So I'm going to join on the 'standing outside in hope of spare tickets' if I don't win any =)

You know, I actually was on a call with the Ticket Fairy earlier this week,

and asked her this same question.

 

She told me she (yes, she's a she ) was trying to work something

out and get some iTunes tickets for you very loyal and

dedicated MFC members, but she had to work out a few details.

 

So we've been waiting to hear back from her -- she told us that we'd

get an update today.

 

But... as fairies are known to be flighty (no offense, ID3), not surprisingly

we have NO NEWS yet.

 

So the bottom line is -- the Ticket Fairy MAY pay the MFC a visit with

tickets for the iTunes Festival... or she may not.

 

So don't go rushing out and booking flights and hotels and whatnot,

because the Ticket Fairy has been known to be... um... well, she can't

always be as magical as she wants to be...

 

But do keep checking back here to see if the Ticket Fairy has waved

her magic wand and sprinkled some pixie dust all over the golden hues

of the MFC...

How do you know in wich place(1st,2nd,3rd etc etc) you are related to other people's points?

Where it tells you how many points you have, your ranking is about it. The little box is on the right, underneath your username and account on Mikasounds

you know, I think the presence of the champagne in the sentence is just to make it more appealing (as if it wasn't already ) .

Until when will we keep validating and gain points?

Well, apparently the top prize is only to be a one off thing, and I would think the signed artwork etc is limited to a certain number of winners, but I would think that some of them are unlimited (e.g the meet and greet because for every show, there would be some form of after party) so I suppose it would go on until Mika either gets bored and comes up with something new (though I get the feeling he'll just add new prizes) or stops realeasing new music, and stops touring, since it doesn't mention any kind of 'sell-by date'.

Can you not print-screen on the rotated picture, then use paint to save it?

I just thought of something - this champagne meet and greet or whatever it is, will it be for over 18s only? Not that I'd get the point in under a year and a half, but it seems a little unfair on the younger fans.

I can log in fine... What browser are you using? Also, the usernames at MS are case sensitive. Meaning that Becky, BECKY BeCkY, becky, etc. are all classed as different users. It's the opposite here. You could log in as any one of those caps/lowercase combinations of your username with your pasword, and be directed to the same account. =]

I'm logging in with my email though =/ Gah. I'll try later. Thank you, though =)

Um, I entered in one place (where it says 'if you don't have Facebook' on the entry site) and it said you aren't notified if you;ve won tickets until 7 days before the gig. In some cases (i.e. Tia's, therefore Facebook) it doesn't count, but with any luck on the 24th July a bunch of us will come on going 'Ahh! We have tickets!!!' =)

Gah, I called the Roundhouse, and they said 'don't buy them!', which luckily I haven't gotten around to doing (though I'm under the impression that after she accepted my offer, she's gone off and sold them to someone else), so I'll just have to pray I'll get tickets properly. Grm.

A friend of mine who went to a former ICA show said they did check the ID at the entrance.

And usually at gigs children have to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Still many questions marks about July 31st and how it will work.

Can't wait for tickets to be auctioned, I haven't been really extravagant -or decadent - for a while, am missing it ...
