Quiet once again in the Aussie Thread. I won't be around for the next three days because of year 11 retreat. Which should be fun!

Not really. But he did say (after I said something self detrimental while doing group work) "that's okay, we still love you".

It's the new model of my camera, which I've been painfully waiting so many months for. It finally came out this week, but I've got to wait a bit longer until it's been picked up by all the stores and the prices start to go down at least a little bit. I'm immediately attracted by the red, because it's bright and new, but a part of me is still in love with the classy black.

I'd say black as well.

Nope. He was invited but he didn't go.

I just got back from my good friend's 16th birthday party. Very fun!

Not quite that extreme, but there is a marked difference. Dishpig and I took the term "whirlwind romance" to such a degree that it is only now, over 4 months later, that my individual life is beginning to resume its normal pattern. (with him in it, of course.) I can't explain it without sounding horribly sentimental or idiotically naive, but the truth is that I think I've found someone to spend, if not the remainder of my life with, then at least a good solid chunk of it.

Okay, I've finished the essay. I'm not 100% happy with it but I don't mind it. The ending is good.

Yes, I've seen Bonnie & Clyde ... several times ... brilliant film , however it was many years ago ... have you not seen it ?? If you have, I imagine it's relatively easy & interesting to comment on ... hmmm, perhaps leaving it 'til the night before is cutting it pretty fine ...

Yeah, I've seen it. We watched it twice in class. The first time was just for general viewing and the second time was for close analysis.

It is interesting to comment on. But it's very difficult to write an essay that my teacher likes. He's a very harsh marker. He is very old (he taught my Dad in when he was in year 12 and my Dad is 46!) and pretty much a genius. I feel very privileged to have him as my teacher but he's hard to impress.

And I just don't like this essay.
