I am currently temporary custodian of my grandfathers medals.

My cousin marched with them this morning.

oh he has lots, mine only has the one that everyone gets after being in for 5 yrs, i just question wether ppl like your grandfather would roll their eyes at the way the boys"celebrate the anzacs" coz they really do get so rotten drunk they get kicked out of everywhere, most of them are just trainees here, i just have these images of the diggers at the local rsl thinking "these boys know nothing"

I thought about taking the kids into the city to watch the march, but it was too much effort!

 

Did you have a good birthday yesterday? What did you get?

i got a jean paul perfume off my boy, took me out for tea, mum and dad are gunna be visiting in a few wks so will get the ones from them then, its mum bday today so she has to wait for hers 2. It was a very good bday, i have lotsa issues with anzac day and how drunk the AJs get, so once i got out and was drinkin with my friend he made a comment bout needing to go home early coz of today and that wrecked the nite, (but to be honest i was waiting for him to make a comment)

Its coz its the day of the yr that means the most to him and it doesnt involve me, i went and drank with them last yr, but felt outta pl.

but ive had my coffee and my cranky pants are off and ill suck it up and say " it was a real good bday, definitely the best meal ive had since i moved here"

im being the good army spouse, and um doing nothing, slept in, didnt watch the march and will prolly kick my bf outta the bed 2nite when he comes home so drunk he cant stand up

but if he dies overseas i WILL march every yr with his medals (i told him that last nite )

or as i like to stir him with.. "ill walk with ya badges"

i suggest OD that u hire the movie chopper and a least watch it twice

my bf talked to the real chopper yesty but didnt tell me coz he didnt want me to know he was in town buying my bday present, i only found out coz i was all "no fake chopper is doing a show 2nite" and he was all "real chopper was in town yesty" i had heard he was in a town near here the other day anyway i believed him coz "real chopper" had no ears

and at least i know he got my bday present

omg we were on the fourth page, thats terrible.

my mums cat is called milo, my bf actually named his cat "bast" which apparently is like the greek queen of cats or something like that, but it just gets "cat" constantly. i wish id called my cat "missy" as in "mischief" coz im always saying "get down from there missy, what are you doin missy" but oh well corny maltezer it is

hahaha! "tear to be able to eat them faster youself" more like. I love maltezers

i named my kitten maltezer, coz someone said call it kitty cat coz its a kitten and we call the big cat "cat" but kitty cat sounded like kit kat and i was like "nah i like maltezers better then kit kats" and thats how my kitten got its ridiculously cheesy name

ive eaten far too many maltezers today, and im full but i keep eating them coz its a big packet "tear to share" it says, i never share it

Yes, we have Creative Playcentre, but I've never used it for anything. Hubby's the techy one so I don't usually know how to do anything much. Actually getting into Mika, I'm developing a whole new skill set:naughty:

hey chickadee, my post has nothing to do with yours i just read ur reply to one of mine ages ago so am replying to this one

um yeh im still around occasionally i found i had nothing to contribute to most conversations and the longer i stayed away the less i knew what was going on, but now i am unemployed and "a lady of leisure" i will most likely be back on here a lot more, untill i run outta money and have to live on the street and have no internet

how have you been? and what real life things have kept you from us?? (nothing bad i hope)

i worked at the one in wagga, they still dont even have the self serve registers there yet ( last time i checked) i refuse to go thru the self serve ones coz ppl need check me out chik jobs

i used to hate the things to get the cd covers off, when i worked at big W.ankers they only had like 2 for all 14 registers, and then at kmart they had lots, but lots of them were broken

actually i was annoyed with her comment, i thought "as if she hadnt tried that already"

Oh my God! Yep that was me. It was probably register 7 (possibly register 3 because I was on there for 15 minutes), right? I can't believe I didn't recognise you because I've seen a few photos on your myspace. I was kind of annoyed today so I hope I was friendly to you (I was, wasn't I?)!

im not sure what register it was, u were having issues getting those stupid security tags off a quilt, i had the brown and blue top and the ugly red head with me, and i bought printer cartridges that had been marked down, yes u were friendly, i wasnt very friendly, but i only slept 3 hrs last nite so i was in my own lil world all day

im not 100% sure but i think SD served me at big W ankers today, and i didnt even search her out i just went to the shortest line, and it was a tall skinny blonde girl called sarah and i thought "u look familiar, but im not gunna embarass us both so ill keep quiet"
