This is really good news, although i think it could be a close call looking at some of the people hes up against in the categories, fingers firmly crossed!

Do not buy tickets from londonticketshop, they are a fraudulent website that takes your money but does not send you your tickets!

 

I found this out the hard way after buying 2 mika tickets and paying over £100 and never recieving them! This website causes huge dissappointment and cost!

 

The tickets were supposed to arrive on saturday but they never came i sent them several emails and did not get anything back. When i searched on the internet to try and find a contact number i came across this article

I realised that i had been ripped off. I luckily paid for them on my credit card, i immediatly rang to try and stop the payment, they have a clause that you can challenge payments for products that do not meet your requirements, so because the tickets have not arrived i may be able to get my money back.

 

Luckily because i found this out today it was not too late to get tickets else where. I have now managed to buy 2 tickets from a buyer on ebay, who now cannot attend the concert and wanted to sell their tickets on, these were half the price that londonticketshop wanted !

 

I hope by telling you this i can warn others to go no where near this web site, i wish there was a way we could close it down to save others the cost and dissapointment!!

Update - I found out today after a long battle (since november 20th!)with London ticket shop that i have been refunded all my money back! Not only that my credit card company told me that they are going to make an official complait because of the amount of people who have had problems with this web site.

I feel i have won a small battle for everyone who has been ripped off by them!

Sorry but for reasons to save Mika from a load of hassle in the press, as we are aware that paparazzi nose around here from time to time, the answer to this stays between the MFCers who were there that night, and a few trusted ones who weren't.

I found the best thing to do is not to ask personal or intimate questions that intrude on his private life, and avoid questions he's constantly being asked over and over.

Keep it light and funny, and as I found out, word them VERY carefully to get a light and funny response.

Hey Steph, I 've been asking Mika random questions at the end of all the gigs, funnily enough that night at Birmingham was the first night.

It started as just one, about whether he would play Dr Who or not, but it soon became something I did at the end of all the shows up to Plymouth, when he started getting ill and not staying long.

I'm doing it again at the London shows, but as with all the others, no one, not even Andy the lovely cameraman, will know the question until Mika hears it. It is for him after all.

It drives everyone crazy, the not knowing, but it's fun seeing Mikas reaction, it's great to make him laugh.

Well done for even being able to speak! Cant wait to hear the next question and answer.

As for me i think i might give up trying to start threads, not been too sucessful so far.

Ok when i went to see Mika in Birmingham on the 23rd November i was lucky enough to meet him, it was like a quick 2 minute thing and it all went very fast and i struggled to get any words to come out of my mouth, which now i feel totally embarrassed about!:eek:

Anyway i was telling my friend about it the other day and she asked me something which got me thinking, if i could ask Mika any totally random question at all, what would it be?

So i thought about it and i came up with some really random things that came into mind, if i was ever to just bump into him again and have a casual conversation.

Some of the ones i came up with-

What is your favourite colour?

If you could be a colour what would you be?

What aftershave/spray do you wear?

Where if anywhere, would you most like to go in the world?

What is the one thing you have to do before you die?

(Pretty bad examples really!)

So basically if you could ask Mika one totally random question, what would it be and why?

(Might be good to stay away from the controversial topics and stick to random things/ and i ve done a quick search i hope no one has posted a similar post, if they have sorry)

Thats cool! another girl keeps asking me if I've had any late xmas presents thro the post like a 6ft 3" size box as I said I was upset he wasn't under my xmas tree on xmas day! All the kids know who much I love Mika! Kids are great aren't they?

I work in a school too and as it was raining the other day we had to stay in at lunchtime, the kids I look after are 5-6 year olds, I started talking about Mika, most said "whos Mika" but one little girl says I love Mika he sings the Lollipop song so I had them all drawing pictures of lollipops! His next generation of fans!!

Im a primary school teacher and i am confident that Mika has no worries about future fans, if my class are anything to go by, when i met him in November they were all very jealous and i had to dedicate a whole afternoon to talking about it and showing them the pics!

These are wonderful stories that remind us why we all love him soo much!

The last year has been really difficult for me and Mika's music has helped me to work through the really difficult patches in a way nothing or no one else can.

His private life is his own business, and we, as nice, sweet and incredibly smart and loyal fans, have nothing to do with that, and are not supposed to discuss who Mika should or should not date...

Hi, i can completely see your pointand agree mostly, i too would be secretly very gutted if it did come out that he had a girlfriend/boyfriend. However i also feel i would like him to be happy more than anything else, and if did meet or has met someone, i wouldnt stop liking him or anything like that because of it, and i would be pleased to see him happy.

I would also like to think that he has chosen to keep that part of his life a private for other reasons that just to keep his fans happy.
