  1. It tells me that "Love Today" is corrupted. Is anybody else getting the same problem?
Love Today is corrupted for me as well.
Maybe the problem is not in the files themselves but in the zip? Anyway, I've uploaded another one, only Love Today.

    http://www.sendspace.com/file/opoc88

Watched it, loved it and downloaded it, got a problem.

Thanx kaatje, that's exactley what I needed. :thumb_yello: Don't know what's wrong with that zip-file. Some can open it, some can't.

  2. I thought the capacity in Amsterdam is also 8000.

EDIT: Wikipedia is showing a capacity of 5500 :bleh:

    I thought exactly the same :biggrin2:: 8000. Although http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heineken_Music_Hall says 5500.

You can bring earplugs, but they won't be necessary. Sound engineers should stick to the concert rules and keep the sound at a maximum of 100 db, far below ear damage.

A little backpack/bag is usefull. Or a coat around your waist and something to eat and drink in a plastic bag you can throw away after the concert. NOT THE COAT, just throw away the plastic bag. Keep your coat with you. You want to stay in front of the stage, not in front of the cloakroom:roftl:.

Time to meet? In Westerpark we arrived at 12:00 and it was already crowdy. 11:00?

€6 or €10 for parking?? All carparks in the area use the same prices. I hope a maximum of €10 per day, since we will be there all day :naughty:. Westerpark was €22 for a day

Please don't forget to practice the flashmob dance :dance_man:

  3. Floor, you work in a zoo, wonderful! Thank you for filling us in about the flamingo :thumb_yello:.

It seems like we will have enough food during queuing, we will be hungry because of practicing for the flash mob all the time :biggrin2:.

Alexander in body paint. That is possible. It is easy to paint an egg. I do it with easter :biggrin2:.

And anybody who isn't dressed up will get an 'Alice-body-paint'. Any characters left? Well there 52 cards in the game :naughty: We'll think of something.

  4. HI i'm looking at booking Tulip inn amsterdam riverside does anyone know it

at all before i take the plunge:thumb_yello:

I know this hotel. Tulip inn is a good hotel, but the location is even more outside the city then HMH. No bus or metro will take you there in a normal way. Especially at night it's not a good place to be (read: safe).:bash::bonk::boxed::tears:

If you're by car it's okay, you can easily reach the hotel. :drive::boing:

I suggest a hotel closer to the city. See one of earlier posts in this thread with a bunch of hotels:

  5. That's an amazing idea! Really funny! I am seriously considering wearing clogs under my white bunny outfit :roftl:.

Have to tell you a fun story. Every year my company has a kick off in the Heineken Music Hall. And every year there's a 'Employee of the year' competition. This year some strange guy won, a security-nerd. He's in the middle of the picture :lmao:

    clogs-in-HMH.jpg

The group behind him won 'Project of the year'.

  6. I checked, there is a train going from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena (there's the venue) it takes about 15 minutes, no transfers and it costs €3,50 one way :thumb_yello:

I checked this site: www.9292.nl its a site for public transport in holland.

    I checked some more:

    Schiphol-Amsterdam Central Station €3.50

Amsterdam Central Station-Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena €2.50 by train

Amsterdam Central Station-Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena €1.64 by Metro 54 to 'Gein'

  7. Just posted in Twitter (livenation.nl)

    LiveNation_nl

Mojo Concerts has marked EDITORS and MIKA tickets sold by touts invalid. New tickets for these shows are now available on www.livenation.nl!

Processing by translate.google.com (you may laugh about the translations) :lmao:

    Maps Editors and Mika canceled

    monday 08 maart 2010

Mojo Concerts has about 1,000 concert tickets Editors (May 1) and Mika (May 7) that were canceled were bought by black merchants.

The purchase of these cards for the sole purpose of profit by selling violates the Terms of Mojo Concerts. The canceled tickets are now available again to the normal rate.

    The cards are now canceled, were from 12 companies (24hourtickets.nl, 4alltickets.nl, Easytickets.eu, ltaticketservice.nl, Pepetickets.nl, QQ-tickets.nl, Ticketunlimited.nl, Ticketforsale.nl, Tickets123.nl , Ticketsnederland.nl, Tickets4u.nl, Worldwideticketshop.nl).

On www.ticketsenconcertkaarten.nl all numbers are listed on cards that are no longer valid. This site is also what steps the ticket buyers can take against the traffickers. Mojo Concerts advises clients of these companies develop relationships with these intermediaries and to demand the money back because the cards not purchased access.

Mojo Concerts militates against for years by selling its structural tickets. This is because more visitors are forced to pay for the concert ticket as the ticket traders deliberately creating shortages. Since more than one years on regular ticket purchases and analyze suspicious transactions removed. There are already several other steps such as conducting litigation, political lobbying, setting a maximum number of tickets per purchase and a major information campaign to inform visitors to websites through which tickets can be bought.

There are other transactions under the microscope and it is expected that the coming period more maps of various events are canceled. Buy why only through the official presale www.livenation.nl address.

For more information see: www.ticketsenconcertkaarten.nl or you can buy the best concert tickets: www.weetwaarjekoopt.nl.

    Everybody check your ticket

  8. According to Hitkrant (dutch youth popmagazine) Mika stays in this hotel when he is in Holland (although the hotel's own website doesn't mention him in their celebrity section) http://www.collegehotelamsterdam.com/index.php/en/home.html

We should go there too! (start saving everybody!!:wink2::biggrin2:)

Do you have hitkrant, it's a teenager magazine. Or are you actually still a teenager inside :teehee:.

But it's very well possible Mika uses this hotel during gigs. After the concertgebouw gig last year we saw Martin walking in that direction (the rest of the band already left by car). I offered him a ride, but he said he would go for an evening walk. I think it was only 5 minutes walk.:fisch:
