Oh don't even worry. i've had a Mika party before and it was sortof like the sarcastic example from earlier It was great though, cause we're so pathetic. First of all, we dressed for the occasion. This is my friend Katie who even tapered her pants and bought a vest for the occasion then we made Mika figurines out of colorful playdough! It was great

I'm probably just going crazy with some conspiracy theory about how cruel the team is being to us, taunting us with being logged in without adding anything new. I don't care what most of the comments say since 95% of them are "Ohhhh mikaaaaa plz come to (some random country) plz plz plz i luv u soooooooo much" not that I'm bitter or anything...

OOH! yeah, that gave me a good idea! We should try to break that record of "most users on at one time" on his birthday!

Oh I just refreshed the page and thought I noticed that the number of comments had jumped. Maybe this lack of a new vlog/blog is just making me go crazy! i know it HAS jumped from when I went to bed last night (about 8 hours ago) and when I woke up thismorning (about an hour ago) haha

oh this is so cruel! Someone is approving comments as we speak (or in some cases, as we "ooommmm"), but still no new blog? Do you think he might actually go 24 hours without a new one? *gasp* We're so spoiled that we can't wait a whole DAY. What did we do BEFORE MS got redone?

So... with Mika's birthday just around the corner, I thought it would be interesting to hear how everyone is celebrating it. I for one, requested the day off of work like 3 months ago, just to make sure i could have a rockin' party. After all, you're favorite obsession/object of your stalkings can only turn 25 once, right?! So we can talk about what we're doing, the activities, the cake, the festivities in general. We could also probably get some ideas from other people! So.... GO!

haha okay! Well as long as we're planning on it, make sure you get Grace Kelly encore where he talks about how he can never hit that G and how he's really not the one doing it on the radio. SO funny. I love his expression when he puts his hands up to show that it's not really him.

Were you THERE?! or did you just see the videos of it? I was there... *sigh* best night ever. I feel so selfish cause i want him to tour the US again, even though he deserves a break... although it wasn't doing ME any good while he was off touring Europe!

I'm having a whole birthday party. haha that's really sad. But yeah, we're gonna play with Tomagotchis, watch wonderpets, watch Live in Cartoon Motion, and of course, have a dance party to LICM. It's gonna rock. i requested the day off of work like 3 months ago! haha But back to the subject of the blog... i just think it's funny that of all the things he could have shown us in syria, he shows himself making a puzzle, then some stupid (albeit adorable) argument about the car? haha. i love how whiny he is but we still love him. It's just like he said, he was raised as "quite the Parisian brat"

Exactly. Even if it does mean fewer, and less frequent blogs, I'd rather have the archive be filled more with wonderpets exposés, and youtube videos that he found interesting. I understand that ultimately, it's up to him, but i can still complain here!

I completely agree with that. Sorry to offend any Katy Perry lovers out there, but from what I've heard, analyzing her lyrics would be a pretty short process. really. There's not much substance there at all. Plus, can you really call Usher or Justin Timberlake "artists"? I would call them mere performers. They don't even write their own music, do they?

It's sad, but true. Sad to think that there are so many mindless-drone type fans who just want to agree with everything he says. I mean, I LOVE him, and I respect him as an artist, and a musician, as a genuinely thoughtful/analytical person, and I can CERTAINLY appreciate his style . I'm considered obsessed by everyone who knows me. but I don't agree with EVERYTHING that he says, and it doesn't make me any less of a fan!

yeah, and they called him a freak! Grrrr. Also, I totally agree that they should just have their own blog. If Mika finds them interesting (for some strange reason ) he can feature them in a post, like he featured the other artist that he uses on background music.

ha HA! Yeah, like I said, there's gonna be some automatic resentment against anyone who gets to collaborate with Mika, but still, I don't think I really want them on his blog. Good to hear that maybe I'm not the only heartless one. But I want cute vlogs, and to see more youtubes that intrigue Mika, THAT'S why i come to his blog, not to talk about Katy Perry.

Hmmm... this kindof bugs me though. I don't really like them (could DEFINITELY be a jealousy issue) but i don't think that their stupid reporting on worthless celebrities like has a place on Mika's blog. is that just me? Am I just heartless? Or is anyone else a bit peeved... I thought we were drawn to Mika because he WASN'T like all the stupid crap that is popular today.

Honestly. I'm pathetic. I keep trying to think of things that I have to do on my computer, just to have an excuse to go refresh the page every so often (as in... once every couple minutes). haha. sad

Don't worry, there's not a new one as of 30 seconds ago. I check about once ever 6 minutes! lol. I think their whole website is just being slow. And I like to think that's because he's uploading? haha. Could just be that we're all getting antsy without a post in the last 24 hours! lol

oh my gosh. i love that he is so addicted to blogging. really. I mean, it seems like there's a new post every 4 hours or so. I also love just knowing that right now (or atleast within the last couple of hours) he was swimming. We talk about Mika being spoiled because he's getting shoes delivered to his house, but as far as fans go... we're pretty spoiled too! i don't know of many artists who keep their fans as up-to-date as Mika keeps us. LOVE it!

Oh okay. The reason i framed the question that way is because I got it all ready to go, and then when I hit "submit" it told me I had to be logged in in order to publish a comment. But I guess we'll just have to wait! Thanks for the help, guys!
