Ooh, so many pages! I am never going to be bored again:bleh: Thanks for all the welcomes! Yeah and I'm pretty sure I don't actually need them. Even the optometrist said my vision was fine but he couldn't figure out why my eyes have been killing me for the last month and making me look like this --> constantly. He told me to get some of those cheap magnifying glasses from the chemist for reading & the computer. They're maybe helping a teensy bit but I'm worried that if I really don't need them that they'll just screw my eyes up even worse in the long run. On the other hand I really like wearing them because they are pretty. Kooks you say? This is totally embarrassing but I don't know any of their music. I swear I am in such a musical black hole. I went for years and years listening to the same old bands that I've liked since the mid nineties. I am finally, like in the last 18 months or so, getting around to listening to different music again. I must go and check them out. God, that is such an embarrassing admission. Me too. They didn't have it at Sanity though, even though their website said that they were getting it to them. JB is better anyway, Sanity was just closer. Yaaaaaay! There are DAAS fans here! I love you. Finally somewhere I can complain about how DAAS Kapital STILL not being on DVD and not being met with a blank stare and a "What? Who cares?"

Yeah I guess it is kind of asking for trouble. They just look so cool in photos though! I'm sure if I end up in hospital I'll change my tune lol, it was given to her in love, I promise! When my Mum first brought her home I took Oliver, that's my son, over to meet her and the first things he said was "Mum, there is something wrong with that cat. She has a flat face!" Then the name stuck. She is just about the cutest cat in the world though. Thanks!

Hi! Nice to meet you too! lol, well I am known as the insane one amongst my friends so I'm sure I'll feel right at home! Ooh, cool I was wondering if there were others from Melbourne here. Yay for not being alone! That sounds good to me! My day has been spent trying to decide whether or not my new glasses are any good. I have come to the conclusion that I like them because they are colourful but I'm yet to be convinced that they are helping my vision at all which means that I will continue to keep the eye drop industry in business for at least a few more weeks by going through more bottles than could possibly be healthy. Oh yes, you will soon learn what an exciting life I lead

Ooh, your kitty is so beautiful!! That's a great photo. That looks SO cool. I love bee photos but I'm allergic so I'm always scared to get too close I took an ok one the other day but it's nowhere near as good at yours. Fun! thanks:wink2: Yes...I PROMISE I will post in the Aussie thread, I just had a quick look and I have no idea what anyone is talking about but I promise I will say hello in there as soon as I have finished here I know, it made me so angry. Apparently the neighbours of the people who owned him took him to the shelter because they wondered why he was always outside all of a sudden and the owner said that they didn't want him because he can't hear. I have no idea why that would be a problem, it's not as if cats ever listen anyway! I suppose it's their loss though because he is the sweetest & funniest little kitty and I'm sure he has a better life with us than he would have with people like that anyway.

Don’t worry about me… I’m always way too shy to begin with but I’ll be good once I get to know everyone and once I have a chance to spend a decent amount of time having a good look around, it seems I am only ever online for 5 minutes at a time lately I will check out both of the threads you mentioned, chickadee. Thanks! Oh, and I think my Mika loving husband is kind of on his way too being just a tolerating husband too... He just saw me on here and said "Mika, AGAIN?" Lollipop Love- lol, well I don’t know whether any avatars I make will be worth taking but you are welcome to yoink whatever you want from me! I have plenty and I’m always making more. Hi! I’m new here. Before I say anything I need to thank racinghourse83 and dcdeb for helping me fix my account up. I joined a few weeks ago but I couldn’t get my account activated and they helped me out because they rule Ok, so my name is Pam, Pamela, Pammy… Your choice but most people call me Pammy. I live in Melbourne with my Mika loving husband and 4 year old son who runs through the house on a daily basis singing Love Today & Lollipop. We’ve trained him well! The main things I love in my life apart from the two I just mentioned are my crazy deaf cat, Bowie; my new Nikon D90 camera; making icons on Photoshop (although I am new to that and therefore pretty crappy at it) and of course Mika, oh and Jarvis Cocker from Pulp and Nick Cave... Obviously I have a bit of an obsession with tall, skinny musicians Anyhow, I am a bit shy so I may be a bit slow to get posting but I am happy to be here and very excited to get to know everyone.
