Anywho- at my brothers school they're having a Decade day tomorrow and he came to mn and said he wanted to dress up like Mike and this is what we came up with with all the stuff we had in the house

I started reading the first few pages of this thread and almost cried- Yesterday my brother stumbled across the realeased call from Neverland when he went into cardiac arrest- and I went numb. It never really hit home that he's gone... Because I didn't experience that pain then....idk.. It was hard to listen to it.

Yeah, I just got my license earlier this year, but my parents love having me drive everywhere so I drive up to Austin all the time for our religious meetings and stuff.

But other than that I rarely venture out on my own.

Nice! I've lived in Dallas most of my life. I'm always amused when I stumble upon other Texans. I've not been as far as San Antonio but I plan to try it if I ever get firmer with my driving.

What? You've never been to the Riverwalk or Fiesta Texas?

San Antonio's worth the drive- especially for those two places- I highly recommend it!

I love Austin too and I think I've spent more time in Austin than in downtown SA- I live about 20 minutes from downtown and rarely go over there- lol.

But it annoyed me so much when I went to get it - that it was stuffed in a little corner and there were only two copies of the deluxe edition- I took them both- one for a friend. That was the tuesday it came out. But when I went to the same store a few days ago the had loads of copies on the just released shelf.....

OMG, I absolutely LOVE that flag above his bed! I'd assumed it was a 'one-off' design with a correspondingly high 'exclusive' price tag - but how fantastic to know you can buy it and it's actually a bargain at just £700! (I'm joking by the way! )

i think i should do the same,to overcome my fear of snakes.my previous house used to have snake problems,cobras,pythons,you name it.all of them almost entered the house if it wasnt for us being careful enough to keep the sliding door shut.i had this phobia ever since.

No, I can't keep a pet because my family travels so much. That's another reason I want a snake- they can go up to six months without eating- though I freak out if they do- I was the Teachers assistant for the biology teacher last year and she had a snake named Morticia and she was my favourite animal there and there was a time where she wouldn't eat and it scared me so much!

I want pets though-I used to have a cat in California but we had to leave her behind when we moved to Texas - Turtles are so cute! me and my friends caught a turtle at a pond around here and named him Fuzzy because he had algea growth on him. But we couldn't keep him

but snakes are so..slithery and scary i always run eventhough the snake's in a cage,which is like 500m away from me seriously if i ever went to neverland ranch i would've stayed away from his snakes,haha.

Lol- that's what I thought- until I actually touched one and then I fell in love with snakes. I want one so bad! (I actually capitalized Bad at first- )

I was reading a book by Charmian Carr and in there she mentioned a time when Jackie Onassis came to see Mike about his book. Unfortunately, Charmian and Mike lost the snake in Neverland and ran around the house trying to find it before she came over- lol I think it was 7 feet- I like the littler ones that you can hold in your hands

Ok so what happend with the library CD- they didn't even fine me! I was shocked! The guy was a total sweetheart and he said it was likely that it was broken before I got it-( I didn't bother to correct him) and that he was glad I bought it to his attention- I think he just saw how nervous I was LOL

I live in the U.K england, (yorshire to be precise) and shipping a cd is pretty cheap I mean I sent a very large envelope stuffed full with loads of stuff for my good friend keti (from here) in serbia a while back & it only cost about £3.80 so posting a cd to most countries won't cost much

You could always phone them and tell them that it's damaged. If you only got it yesterday, I'm sure they'll believe you. Or you could go in. My library's usually good with that sort of stuff.

It only messed up once were for about a week or so - the records wouldn't stop and it's keep spinning even after the record was done. Hmm.. my first record was Panic! at the Disco's Pretty Odd and Cobra Starship's Kiss My Sass and Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon- the rest are just a bunch of eclectic ones. I want Thriller though!

I think I'll buy Bad and give it to them- that way if they don't want/need it- I could keep it! I so paniced at first - but after that initial moment I calmed down and screwed my head back on right- lol- BUt I've never broken a CD like that before- for fun, yeah, but not a CD I listen to
