We know that it's AND and not ON. But we're not sure what stars ON stripes means then. We have one idea about the location, but not sure.

Someone mentioned that on twitter, but I didn't saw that I lost points when I entered a wrong code. Just wanted to know for sure.

Once upon a time on april 2010 we hid a code. They are looking for a 13-digit number to solve the puzzle. 13-digit = only numbers right? Question: do you lose points for every time you put in the wrong code?
