  1. What a great show it was ❤️

I finished work earlier than usual but arrived just before the start of the concert.

I had initially won SS tickets in December but got hospitalized just when I had to pay for the tickets so I lost them and ended up with S tickets. I was a bit disappointed at first but I actually really enjoyed having a view over the whole venue and seeing the Japanese fans see Mika after so much time 🥺❤️ It was really heartwarming.

My personal highlights would be Over my shoulder. I had not heard this song live in years 🥹 Also Happy Ending because I love this song to the core and it always give me chills when I hear it live. Tonight was no exception. Elle me dit was very special to me cause French is my mother tongue and I had not sung in French at a concert in Japan in quite a while. Pretty much like the whole concert, it felt like a piece of home in Japan, my new home. Quite frankly, I was pretty nostalgic and emotional during the whole show because of that 🙈 I miss jumping and dancing so much during a whole show… it is not that common in Japan based on the concerts I have been so far…

There was a Japanese lady not far from me that knew all the lyrics. We tried to motivate people around us to use phones to illuminate the venue during Underwater.
Other people had the sale idea and it soon spread to the whole venue🥰

I told this lady after the show to join the MFC 🙈 I hope she will ☺️

Like @tiibet shared on Twitter, people did not want to leave. In Japan, there is usually an announcement to say that the show is over and that people should go home but there was none here and people just kept clapping and asking for more 🤭❤️

It was my boyfriend ‘s first Mika live and he has loved it. We’re eagerly waiting for Mika’s next tour in Japan, possibly with a « arena setting » but intimate, as Mika explained he’d like to do next time 🥺❤️

Due to my late arrival to the venue, I could not collect the M&G pass so I was not sure I could still join the M&G. Once again, thank you so so so much @tiibet and Yuko (I hope I heard your name right) for your help to find everyone.🥺

Mika was pretty tired after the show. His voice was pretty weak. We were told the M&G would probably not last long. When Mika arrived, he told us he had hurt his foot too. But despite that, he was so so patient and kind. He signed things people had brought first and then took pictures with everyone. 🤯

I had not really brought anything to get signed, just a few bath products for Mika because I thought it would be useful to relax after shows. I’m also myself a big bathhouse lover (it’s part of the reason I live in Japan 🤭).

It was lovely to see familiar MFC faces after the show. Due to my living in Japan, I haven’t been able to go to many lives over the past few years. But I’d love to see you again in Europe if I manage to take time off when a live is planned. 👀 I had missed Mika’s lives so so much 😭

I will go to bed now.Thank you so so much for organizing the M&G !! It was really chill and I personally loved seeing everyone see Mika. It filled my heart with so much joy and love.

Also, Naomi, your dress was amazing 🌟❤️

Now off to bed. Oyasumi !

  3. Yes I was thinking that, I'm not French, but shouldn't it be "veut" instead of "veux"? Maybe it's the Dutch iTunes that messed up though, I don't want to point the finger to Mika immediately :naughty:

Yes, it should be "ce qu'il veuT" :) I saw it written with a "X" on Itunes and in the French press... Someone should maybe tell him before all the CD booklets are printed... :aah:

  4. Tracklist incl. bonustracks (I don't know if people don't want to know the tracklist, hence the spoiler):

No Boum Boum Boum.. and only one French song as a bonus track, I think that's a wise choice if he really wants to come back internationally!

He may have done it on purpose but... there is an awful spelling mistake in the title of the French track... :aah:

  5. Oh wow that "lovely fans" sounded really sarcastic! I really hope she didnt read the nasty comments because if she did then Mika isnt happy with it... I mean i think shes one of his best friends and because we are his fans and love him so much we should respect that. Personally i LOVE Dita, i think her performance ws really cool. But even if i didnt liked her why spread hate? I mean it wasnt even a kiss! It is the kind of peck you have to give someone while playing truth or dare when youre 10 :naughty: Mika doesnt like women that way and many gay guys kiss girls a lot so i really dont understand those "lovely fans"

I hope she did not read the comments :mf_rosetinted:

    Some "fans" are really crazy...

  6. Oh I saw someone ask when the hell he was coming to Belgium again cause Belgium loooves him!

Incredible ! Some people should learn to read properly ! :aah:

I still cannot believe he will come twice to Belgium next summer. :teehee:

Really, we cannot complain here... I won't be able to go to Liège (hometown)but Ronquières is not that far either. 7

I mean, it's nothing compared to distances between cities in Canada / the USA.

  7. I was the one asking for a festival in the Netherlands/Belgium in August and I still can't believe that he's coming twice in Belgium this summer. I'll be back from Japan, I think *I may wanna stay there and never come back :teehee:* I couldn't help smiling when Camille twitted that he was coming :wub2:

Really, it sounds like a "Welcome back to Belgium" party to me :aah:

Plus... You may not know the other artists but THEY ARE GREAT ! ;) That may sound a bit boring for people who don't speak French though... Saule is a Belgian singer I've met last year and I really love his new CD. I saw Olivia Ruiz last week in Brussels *OMG...she's a real tiger on stage!* and Giedré is really funny ;)

I'm gonna do my best to pass in June, go to Japan, go to Ronquières (& than to Utrecht :teehee:). That's the plan ! :teehee:

*An awful long way to gooooo* :mf_rosetinted:

  8. One of the better winners :thumb_yello:

In the ESC of old, it was really a song contest, but gradually the acts and the performances started to overshadow the song itself, and then there was the political voting ... As countries started to take it less seriously the quality of the songs deteriorated and it did become just a joke.

I think the songs have started improving again in the past few years, but I would be hard pressed to name a recent winner. The ESC winner still makes little impact in the UK charts.

It's the same here. The last time I seriously watched this show was when I was ... 7-8 ... So, About 10 years ago. That's it.

And I have to say that Belgium won't be a threat this year :mf_rosetinted:
