Same here plenty of time for us two yet though!!

well, I have to confess, I haven't even started with Smith episodes yet, I'm catching up from the start... I'm a HUGE Eccleston fan, but I'm very curious to see Smith as well Tennant is cool, but I guess I fell in love with the show while Eccleston was Doctor, so he's still my Doctor no1

 

but, enough about Doctor, let's brainstorm ideas for episodes

Well, I hate to put a damper on it, but Doctor Who kinda lost it's magic for me since Stephan Moffat started writing it (when Matt Smith started). I miss David

Does anyone like Matt Smith? I think he's doing really well and I've got used to him now.

Well, I like him and I've got used to him too, but, to me, I don't think he'll ever be as good as David I don't think it's his fault, he's a brilliant actor, it's just how his character, and in fact the whole new series, has been written. Stupid Stephen Moffat I'm sorry, I just really do think Doctor Who was waaaay better with Russel as the writer. I loved the episodes Moffat wrote before he became the main writer though

I love Doctor Who and the show should be back in March or April. I've often thought they should invite Mika onto an episode.

He could play an alien who can control people by using his voice. When he sings, no one can resist him.

Some of the girls were joking that if we all pretended to disappear and no-one posted for a while, Mika would do something (like a naked gig ) to get us interested again. GingerLujka said we might even get a Doctor Who episode based on it and it went from there

What I would like to know is how you native English spoken people tell the difference between nice and kind, in an everyday manner?

Would you say nice is polite and kind is good?

 

Maybe some nice and kind wizard would find its way in here clear it up for us curious strangers?

I didn't think there was much of a difference between kind and nice I suppose being kind is probably more sincere then being nice, as when you're being nice you're doing it more to be polite and when you're being kind, you really want to help or be nice ( ) to someone because you want to help them rather than to make yourself look good. Basically what Mika said confusing
