  1. Thanks a lot to all, who posted vids and pics!!! :thumb_yello::wub2:

I didn't film or took pics myself, this time I only enjoyed the gig, as it was unfortunately my last MIKA show for a while...

I am still enthralled and at a loss for words. The Munich gig was simply and seriously the BEST CONCERT I've ever been to. It was memorable!

P.S: IMO Mika doesn't necessarily HAVE TO put off his shirt on stage, I'm thrilled anyway...but let me put it this way: WAG was just :mf_lustslow::sweatdrop:

    :naughty:

Thank you so much Nina, they are absolutely gorgeous as always!!! Great quality, I'm a fan of your vids :wub2::thumb_yello:

Thank you too, Nanou, for the pics!!!

Btw: Has anyone else filmed Lollipop or made photos during that? :teehee:

  3. 2 of my vids up so far (still processing, so quality will improve later)

talk before + during SITM, with mika swearing in german :naughty: - didn't catch the part when jimmy shouted "ar...loch" first, but at least i got mika saying it

blue eyes, with a bit of talking about SITM before:

T4P! I could spent an whole evening just listening to Mika swearing, love it - especially in german or when he's using the F-word. Oh, and that he knew how to say "Scheissding" was in fact quite impressive! :naughty:

Thank you :blush-anim-cl: I'm so glad you got your pics signed with your friend, they are gorgeous! I love his t-shirt in the pics, so funny detail!

Thank YOU, appreciate that a lot!! :huglove: We are so happy about our pictures - and we love his shirt as well. "I had a strange dream last night" matched perfect (in a positive sense!) with how we felt the whole evening including the BG thing and backstage m&g. Good choice, Mika :thumb_yello::roftl:

I'm uploading my vids. It takes some time...

THANK YOU - your vids really deserve an Academy Award :wub2:

here's my video of over my shoulder, and the talk before it. that was hilarious, he sat down at the piano and started "i'm gonna sing a song..." and then noticed that he didn't have his microphone stand, and was looking for it. :roftl: i missed that bit, but you can see how it continued in my video - so funny! :lmfao:that's what i love so much, those little things going wrong, and mika laughing and making it even funnier with his comments. :roftl:

Totally agree!!! Hilarious and adorable at the same time ;)

  4. PART 2:

A few comments about the show. First of all, he sounded so good. Of course he sometimes sounds even better, like during acoustic gigs and when he is really concentrating on his singing, but it was a brilliant performance once again. He took more contact to the audience than he did in Hamburg. He was not as smiling and chatty as in Oslo, but he talked and smiled and seemed to be in a good mood. In the end of WAG he took his shirt off, and it felt a nice gesture, if you understand what I mean. I hope he did it because he felt ”this was a great show, I enjoyed it and feel good and hot and I will take my shirt off” and not because he is tired of people complaining the lack of his attention to the audience. Him being shirtless is not that important to me, but um, he does look pretty though :blush-anim-cl: Of course I can see it, there is no point to deny it. And on stage he always knows excatly how incredible atractive he is (he never takes it too seriously though), and that contrast to his shy person after shows is SO adorable, I can’t fight against it, I feel always so :fangurl:And I love his dancing. He is not the best dancer in the world (sometimes he jumps like at an aerobic class and his long skinny legs look even longer and it’s just so sweet). He seems to enjoy it so much, watching him dancing fills me with joy every time :wub2:

Some details. I like BG leg they throw to the audience during BG, it makes people laugh and I think it’s good idea in the beginning of the show. They couldn't use it in Hamburg because there was not space enough for it, but they used it again last night. Yesterday they threw it a bit longer way than they did earlier, but Mika didn’t joke around it as much as earlier. It’s was a lot of fun though. During Dr John he lost his hat. I still think the best Dr John is from Belfast, I haven’t seen that much eye contact during that song after that, but something funny happened with the Dr John coat last night when it was falling (and the band laughed), and it gave the whole song a relaxed start. During GGG he forgot (?) his hat and he had to do some extra movements in the end of the final dance with Imma (or maybe he did it on purpose, don't know). Their dance is so charming every time, they both look so beautiful.

For me there are always a few highlights. During Over My Sholder and I See You I’m in heaven. Honestly. I can feel I’m in a soft and warm place and I can (almost) see those beautiful little angel boys (what are they called?) flying around the venue. Most of them have shy and happy smiles and some of them look even a bit wild and they are flying around and I just listen to his beautiful voice. Nothing compares to that. All I hear is his voice until I hear the audience singing. And at that moment those little angel boys (in my imagination) look a bit scared, even the wild ones. If I could make three wishes I would first wish a long and happy life to my family, secondly that my husband will love me forever even though I'm using all his money for traveling around the world after a pretty popstar and thirdly that people would NOT sing along during songs like OMS and I See You. There are enough other songs for that. Oh, I sound such a horrible person  Also, I wish we could ask him to use less smoke during I See You, because at the most important moment of the show I really can't see him and I would love to because it's a BEAUTIFUL moment :blush-anim-cl:

Any Other World and Happy Ending are my other favorites every time, it happened last night too. I also always look forward LT and I LOVE those new strong sounds, they are fantastic. You do know what I mean? Yesterday he did some chair dancing during Relax, but not as much as he usually does. The WAG intro is incredible beautiful, it makes the live version so much better than the album version. And I must admit I never used to love Lollipop earlier, but now I always look forward to it because of the drumming intro. It’s one my favorite parts during the whole show. I love how he looks a bit mad and I have a feeling that we (he and all of us) share a huge secret. Like we are all a bit mad, and we can understand something no one outside the venue can’t. And then after Lollipop the show is over but at the same time it’s not over, because Kick Ass is not just a song after the show, it’s part of the show, and people wait for it and stay where they are and dance. Love it :mf_lustslow:

    IMG_4263.jpg

And he told his puppet that he loves him, but still he left him to sit in a chair after the show, lonely and abandoned. Sometimes kids do things like that :teehee:

    IMG_4257.jpg

I bought a poster and it was signed but I was hoping he could write something to it, because it's not the same thing to have a signature you paid for. He asked me that "you do know there is signature down there" and I told I knew, but that it's not the same :blush-anim-cl:So he wrote my name to it and after that he gave me a pretty smile. And it was very surprising and made me very happy, because he never smiles at me. Well, maybe those small polite smiles he gives to everyone even he doesn't actually see people, but not real smiles. And I always think why and what's wrong with me, because I have seen how he smiles when he sees familiar people. He smiled at me last summer in Berlin (I have pic as a proof) but usually he doesn't even look at me, but yesterday he gave a very pretty smile, so I was quite happy. Berlin seems to be my lucky city. So see you there next year or year after that :aah:

Also, I had a pic with Jimmy, and it's a funny memory. I look bad in the pic and though Jimmy is so handsome he doesn't look very fresh but we both smile :roftl:

That's such a loveable and honest report!!! I love it - especially the parts I highlighted. T4P

  5. PART 1

I don’t usually write proper reports :teehee: I feel uncomfortable because of my English and there’s no point to tell things other people can say so much better. Please forgive all my funny expressions. I hope you can mostly understand what I'm trying to say.

Somehow yesterday felt really special, for many reasons. I already had a warm feeling after Dusseldorf and Hamburg, and it continued in Berlin. Loved meeting all you guys, you know who you are :wub2: Some people I already knew from several previous gigs and some of you I just met. Just want to tell you that it was a pleasure and I hope we’ll meet many times for now on. Of course we will.

I came from Hamburg to Berlin early in the morning. I was sharing a room with Suzie but she hadn’t arrived yet and it was too early to check in to our hotel room. I went to the venue but saw no one there (some German fans had arrived but they were having a breakfast at that moment). So I did a quick checking to the area and found out that it was not as a relaxed and lovely place as the venue in Hamburg. Lol, I don’t know if people count streets near Reeperbahn as ”a relaxed and lovely place”, but on Tuesday it was like that. The place was full of sex bars with pink signs and naughty pics, but you know, there are not so many people asking for sex at sunny daytime, and streets were quiet and we had a funny and relaxed queueing. Berlin was different, a noisy shoping mall with a lot of people. But, it filled our basic needs very well and I could easily find toilet, coffee, food and a very cheap internet access. Even blankets were sold in a shop next door, but we didn’t need them this time. I couldn’t complain. I spent some time in an internet café and after that I went back to the venue and met German fans. More people started to arrive slowly after that. We met John and he seemed to be in a good mood and later we saw the band arriving. No problems with queueing. We were let inside to the venue at 7 PM and at the door inside security decided to let us run in as wild animals, and it was a bit crowded situation, a lot of people from the end of the queue trying to get to the door. At that moment John (who was standing there watching) said firmly that we are going to use numbers (he is our hero :wub2: ) and security checked our hands.

A couple of friendly ladies from German on-line magazine brought donuts to people in the queue (and can you see, one of them is Blue Sky!!):

    IMG_4236.jpg

I had a very good spot in front row between Craciosa and Suzie and we waited the gig to begin. German fans had lovely red, black and golden outfits and Mellody had brought balloons in the same colours to wave during WAG. Finally the opening act started and I really liked them, saw them in Hamburg too. They were so funny and cute in all their shyness and I really wanted to go and brush their messy hair (my sons have sometimes hair like that). I even bought their CD after the gig and they seemed to pleased people bought their albums and they signed them. Btw, their album cover is incredible stylish in a simple way. Nanou and I were talking about the opening act in Hamburg and our conversation still made me smile in Berlin :biggrin2:

The gig started. I counted that I have seen the new show ten times, and the beginning feels still so strong and effective. I hope David knows how much people like it. He seem to be such a friendly and adorable guy in real life. My favorite part in the beginning is when all the ideas and thoughts start to fill his (young Mika’s) head and it’s all chaotic and it happens faster and faster until he lets it all out and Rain begins. It gives me a huge amount of adrenaline, can’t describe how huge, and it’s just as it should be in the beginning of the show. That’s what we want from his shows, isn’t it? The feeling that we alive. Felt very alive yesterday :naughty:

    TO CONTINUE...

I love your report! Can't wait for part 2. Don't worry about your english, i understand everything you want to say and it's very interesting too :huglove:

  6. I suppose we are comparing amazing to nearly amazing:aah:

Well put - that seems to describe it best IMO! :thumb_yello:

No time for a real report now, will do that after Berlin (I am @work now, definitely knackered but not grumpy at all :roftl:), just a first impression.

I really enjoyed last night: Raised my hand for being a LG and ended up happily as a thin and tall BG in the lovely blue corset. I was too tall for the tiny Lollipop dresses and the corsets didn't fit very well either at the beginning - but Yasmine was so lovely and managed to get me into one :wub2:

During the first part of the show we could join the front row - really "hot" stuff because of our long coats, it was very hot at the venue :naughty: - and after Love today we could watch the other songs until Grace Kelly from the balcony.

Enjoyed the parts of the gig, which I could see, very very much! The only thing, maybe: I would've liked Mika to talk a little more than he did yesterday between the songs, but his 'german' was again so adorable and there were also a few nice "MIKA giggles or laughs"-Moments on stage :wink2: The whole band was adorable as always! It's really worth to not only to look at Mika all the time, but to catch an enthralling smile from iMMa for example (with her stunning dress, love it) or watch Jimmy freakin' out :naughty:

Especially loved AOW yesterday. Awfully touching and emotional, as well as I see you. And his trumpet solo was wonderful, i like the faked competing interaction between him and his guys (he even gave them the finger before starting the trumpet solo again :naughty:) Unfortunately I missed OMS - can't wait to see the vid!!! - and my favorite "Touches you". But i won't complain at all, at least we could hear it from backstage and dance along.

It was great being so close to the stage at the beginning, and have an overview at the end, watching the audience reacting enthusiastically to the golden confetti during WAG! The venue was very small, but seemed very crowded in the end.

So happy that we got to see Mika after the gig for a short M&G with the LGs/BGs and could chat with him and take pictures. I am really thankful that he took his time to do that - definitely not taken for granted!!! One of many things that make him so special and likeable, apart from his musical talent! :wink2:

He wasn't grumpy at all. Knackered yes, but very attentiv and friendly (so was John by the way - i really admire him for his patience). We talked a bit about Kick-ass and he said it's amazing that people stay at the venue to dance and party and that they don't leave before the song ends (btw: after Lollipop we saw him sneaking again at the audience and their reaction to Kick-ass which was played after the show again :wink2:)

Hope I'll manage to post a proper report later und upload some pics.

Was very happy to finally meet some of you yesterday - you were all lovely and fun to be with. Tiibet, it was great spending the first part of the show next to you and I am sooo looking forward to your vids :biggrin2: In case anyone else has made some pics or vids from Love today/Lollipop i would of course be very happy to see them as well! :wink2:

  7. Here are two more vids posted by Petitesser!

They both have Mika talking at the beginning which really adds to the experience:

Happy Ending with Ida Falk Winland - 6:27 of pure bliss:

    Toyboy & Grace Kelly:

THANK YOU! So great to see Ida :wub2:

I LOVE him saying "I kind of ruined the moment!" before Happy Ending :roftl: and especially the quote about the Metro magazine which was mentioned here before:

"Quite frankly, if you're all freaks, I'm ****in' glad to be one too!"

Quite frankly, Mika: i love you for that!!! :biggrin2:

  8. I was the one of the lollipop girls (the green one acctually) and it was so much fun. The tulle part of the costumes were created and sowed yesterday by all of the lollipop girls and Mrs P. There werent enough masks for all of us so the big girls wore mask and we made big tulle veils with sunflowers attatched to them and then sowed them on to the lollipop girls vigs. I looked great and there were also besides green, pink, yellow and white veils.

And then when we dansed during lollipop he came up to me and let me sing in the mic, infront of 3.000 ppl :mf_lustslow:

If anybody has pictures and videos of when we are doing the march, and of lollipop please send them to me. I really want a video of when I sang, and of when I was on stage with him :blush-anim-cl:

Wow, sooo happy for you!! Thanks for reporting :wub2:

What an outstanding experience, can't wait for pics and vids either!

  9. I just got home. Haven't slept at all after last night's gig. :aah: Mika was absolutely splendid! I don't know how he managed to make forget the pain I was in most time of the gig. :wub2: Mika laughed a lot during the gig and made me laugh too. He spoke Swedish and said the same things in English right after. He said that his Swedish was as bad as two years ago. :teehee: I thought it was all right though! He blew out the big balloon I threw to the stage, he he! I was happy and surprised to hear Touches You. This was the first gig for me after the new album came out.

The crowd were awful, just as bad as I remembered from two years ago. Those Swedish teenagers... I can't believe it, after Tiibet had given them numbers and made sure that they get to the front this is how they pay her back... Kicking and pushing as if they thought they could all get to front that way. Crazy! I was next to Tiibet and got my share. I swear that I have never had bruises after a Mika gig before. :boxed: I have never seen anyone faint at a gig either except during these two Globen gigs. Mika's first Globen gig was like this but I gave in then and moved further back. I didn't give up my position this time though, so I'm in serious pain now. It feels like I may have broken a rib, hopefully not! I had my camera with me, but I gave up trying to take any pictures before the gig and concentrated on staying alive instead - and also enjoying the gig as much as I could!

Mika didn't come out after the gig, he was too tired the security said. Oh well, I only wanted to ask him to sing Toy Boy in Vienna since my mother loves it. I wanted to tell him that I'm bringing my family there. Hopefully I will meet him in Vienna. :) He has been singing Toy Boy a lot during this tour, hasn't he?

I decided that I'm never ever going to see Mika in Sweden again. It's just too much pain.

Thank you so much for your report!! :thumb_yello:

But the part concerning the crowd sounds terrifying  Hope you didn't get hurt seriously. Can't understand such behaviour...

  10. Just in case anyone is interested in reading that I'm abolutely mad...

I have to work in Hamburg on 24th of march. But I can't stand to miss a gig that's so nearby. So my friend and I decided to buy tickets for Berlin as well - even if that means we have to jump in the car after work and will arrive only around 9pm at the venue. In our opinion it's better to attend a Mika gig standing at the back than missing it at all...oh boy. And i hope Mika won't be on stage before 9 pm! :teehee:

Hope to meet some of you nevertheless after the gig outside...

Damn it, I'm so looking forward to Hamburg (therefore i took the afternoon off at work, so at least in Hamburg we'll arrive on time) AND Berlin now.

    SO HAPPY :biggrin2:

    Thanks for your attention :roftl:

  11. Just a quick post to give you the links to the videos I took. I didn't have a lot of battery and I saw that Mana was recording a good few songs next to me, so I only recorded a few (no Love Today with the march, unfortunately):

    Any Other World

    Good Gone Girl

    Happy Ending

    Relax

They are still processing, so the HD quality won't be there quite yet :thumb_yello:

Thank you so much for sharing!

Any other world is amazing...i love this vid! So emotional...

By the way, how do you guys manage to film with such a good sound quality? Every time i tried it the music (especially the bass) was too loud and making a terrible noise on the video  Does it depend on the camera or is there a "trick"?!
