    I can't say it irritates me because I don't even care what people say about Mika muchless Justin Bieber. But I do agree it's a bit hypocritical. I don't think the people who criticize him know anything about him except that they don't like his music, which is exactly the same basis people use to hate on Mika.

     

    JB seems like a decent kid who had a dream and he's giving back as much as he can because he's grateful that his dream came true. He is ridiculously good to his fans. He speaks to them on Twitter, he follows them, he tells them literally every day how much he appreciates them. His people go out and surprise fans sitting far up in the stands by bringing them down to the front row. They hand out tickets at the gig to people who could not afford to buy them.

     

    Is he as talented as Mika musically? No. But so what? Girls like him because he's cute and he plays the role of pop star better than just about anyone in the world at the moment with the possible exceptions of Beyonce, Gaga and Katy Perry. Get over it.

    I remember several years ago this guy was in accident and there leaked an info that he died. So, in YT comments appeared a lot of RIPs for our Mika :boxed: It was awful :sneaky2:

     

    And it's just today a guy from India asked me what music I listen. Of course I told him "MIKA!", totally forgetting about this Singh :shocked: Guess what I've read in answer? :aah:

    Because the honeymoon has to end some time. If it's any consolation Mika will occasionally buy you champagne and chocolates for your anniversary and you will feel fangurly again for a bit :wink2:

     

    I really look forward to watching you guys have champagne and fangurling ! The bartender will probably role his eyes and hand me a coke though. :teehee:

    I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this but..:teehee:

    For some reason, I feel like I'm not as crazy and fangurly about Mika as I used to be. I still love him but the fact is, up until this year whenever I saw a new Mika article or picture I'd go, "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK :excite:"

    ( New song? Don't ask).

     

    Now, I say "Oh, that's nice. Good for Mika."

    Why is that? Anyone else feel this way?

    i had a dream last night. he came to our place and all of my family were there, i introduced him to all then we went out to show him around and he enjoyed it! then he had a show in one of popular restaurants,after that he promise us to have a big concert here!:mf_lustslow: i told him i will work on my music lessons till i'll be one like you and he said i will support you...:blush-anim-cl:

    if it's one of those scanners where you have to put the paper on it to scan instead of making it go trough the scanner (if you know what I mean) you can scan it in 2 parts! I did that too with my drawing! :thumb_yello:

    and i'm very curious to see it! an art exhibition wooow!!!!!!

    I was studying Russian, with headphones on my ears (obviously there was only mika's songs), when suddenly my two roommate screamed at the same time: "Dorotaaaaaaaaaaa, Mikaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ". I was: "what, where, how?". It turned out that after many months of waiting, some (maybe not some but one of the biggest) Polish radio station finally decided to play Elle Dit Me :D Apparently the presenter said something before the song, but my friends werent able to say what specifically ,because they're began carefully listening to only after the magical word "Mika":naughty:

     

    so,Mika finally on the Polish radio station :biggrin2:

    she let me wear two of her necklaces (not the one in the picture, but similar :wink2: ) and my boss is telling me not to give it back, cos she's in love with them :naughty:

    Hi all :bye:

    it's been a year since I've joined MFC but this is the first time I post any of my artwork here :wink2: mostly cos I don't think it's all that good, and usually they are just doodles and sketches, not real pictures.

    I'm not a painter, I couldn't make a portrait if my life depended on it, so I never even tried to draw Mika (or maybe I just lack the enthusiasm for the artist, since most of it is gone to his art :wink2:), but, I loooove illustrating songs, so here's my latest illustration:

    it's actually one detail of a much larger picture that i drew some time ago, in pencil, so I just played with it in photoshop last night and this is what came out of it :)

    I called it Lollipop, even tho it has nothing to do with Mika's Lollipop girl :naughty:

    i have indian ancestors and there's a large indian-descent population where i'm from, so you can imagine i was exposed to a *lot* of indian music! not really my cuppa tea, but i do have some nostalgic faves like this
