    Um I honestly couldn't tell you how fluent I am, I've never conversed spontaneously with a Welsh person, only in exams and brief exchanges with people. The GCSE I am doing is called 'second language Welsh'. And I'm not failing it, so I could probably hold a conversation.

    Just realised I wrote an essay there for you. :naughty:
