  1. I know. It just feels as though it was a final straw to let myself falter like that' date=' and it opened my eyes to needing to figure things out on my own for awhile.[/quote']

Totally understandable! I mean, I'm not trying to stop you from leaving or anything! I think it's great that you want to straighten out for a bit! I just don'e want you to beat yourself up too bad over something petty.

  2. At this point in time' date=' I feel like I'm getting detached from my online friends if even a little, so spending money on something was like violating a contract with myself. I swore I wouldn't because it means the absolute world to me to be able to take my trip. It shows me where things are heading, and that's one of the main reasons why I'm taking my little break from internet dwelling.[/quote']

Yes, but you also have to keep your immediate happiness in check. It wasn't a huge investment. You still have plenty of money left over!! Your trip will work out if you just keep your eye on the prize and push in that direction until it happens. Nothing can stop you if you stay focused! But you also need to make sure you are making yourself happy in the process.

  3. It's the opposite. For a few days' date=' I felt so guilty that I would break down in tears. Sounds dramatic because it is. I'm a drama queeennnn[/quote']

No, no, no! I totally understand!! I always get that way around the holidays. I just feel like I don't, I don't know, deserve that much happiness or contentment. I understand that yours is different, but trust me. It's a very similar emotion.

  4. Because I know that there are too many times that going with my gut and not thinking again have messed things up.

    But I don't want to get bitten. Plus' date=' it's only been 3 days.[/quote']

That's true. Everyone would live impulsivly, and that would really start to suck after a while.

THEy WON'T BITE YOU IF YOU'RE SLOW. QuIT BEING A PUSSY.

  5. Hey. My mind is a strange place.

Either that or they become completely wild and spout opinions all over the place whilst not really comprehending what they're saying. (I do this often enough to realize I'm describing myself)

Don't. Real men wear pink... at least that's what my grandpa's shirt says. So I figure he's cool enough.

As much as I want to believe this is true, I can't. The world is full of oppression, from public school to social media. Everything just seems to be carbon copies of the next, and anyone to stand up against these feelings are inevitably shot down and forced back into the mold that society has set up to give the illusion that everything is under control.

Percy has a orange chevron printed food dish. Nobody will f*ck with him.

  6. You think I'm nuts? Aww' date=' that's sweet. :hug:notgonnamakethisdirtynotgonnamakethisdirty

I agree, wholeheartedly! The point of having an opinion is to express how you really feel, not to go along with everyone.

I haven't seen his cage so I'll take your word for it, but it can't be THAT bad, can it?

I can only imagine what you were thinking. :aah:

True opinions are so hard to come across now days. It's such a shame that so many people are oppressed so harshly as children and teenagers that they can't even branch off as adults.

It isn't HORRID, but it still isn't manly! Poor kid. I could always raise him as a girl... He would never know the difference.

  7. I had to nag you for days to listen to Marina. Ahahaha. xD

SEE THOUGH?? You're open minded. No one likes my opinions. Especially when it comes to racism and junk like that' date=' because I can't say anything without coming across as... I don't know how I come across. :aah:[/quote']

Now I adore her and yeah maybe you aren't as nuts as I think at times. :aah:

I love your opinions because they aren't sugar coated! Like, you don't say sh*t to appease people!! I hate when people do that! They say things just because someone else wants to hear it! What's the point of saying anything at all if that's the case?

  8. I know that in context that's a compliment' date=' but I can't help thinking I should reevaluate my life's decisions at this point. :lmfao:

this actually turned kind of into a rant so I'm just going to cut it down below so no one else has to bother with reading it ok

That men's opinions on abortions should count and people making a huge deal out of this Paula Deen saying the N-word thing should stfu and that people that are ever offended by comedy are ridiculous and in denial about some things and that marriage is rarely necessary and that people who think abortion is a waste of human life need to get some serious education and *breathes deeply*

Nah, bro. It's your nagging that has opened me up to some pretty cool stuff!

Jeez! You have a lot of opinions flooding at once!!

I do agree that the men's opinions on abortions should count. They put just as much 'effort', so to say, into making the baby as anyone else. While they do not have to physically carry it, they still are emotionally tied to everything in the same way as the woman.

I didn't know there was any Paula Deen drama, so yeah.

Marriage isn't always necessary, but it certainly helps seal a relationship, among other factors. My grandparents have said that if they hadn't gotten married when they did, they wouldn't have stayed together. Depending on the people and circumstances, it solidifies relationships and gives them something to fight for. That's the soul reason my parents got back together. They had something to cling to.

Growing up in a Catholic household, abortion was never a very debated subject. You just weren't supposed to get one. Period. However, now that I know exactly how it feels to be pregnant with a baby you didn't want, I have a different view. I think if you find out right away and don't even think twice about it, abortion is the right thing for you. However, it could never turn out well if you second guess yourself. If you for one second think you shouldn't do it, don't. It will f*ck you up mentally and emotionally in ways you shouldn't have to experience. In some cases, abortion is the correct thing to do (ex. rape, pregnant at 14, serious medical conditions that would eliminate the child's chance at a livable life, etc.), but it all depends on the mother and father.

Yeah. That's just the tip of the iceberg.
