  1. How old are you? How long has it been since you first listened to his beautiful voice?

  2. Nice! I see there's a bunch of people from everywhere around the world who love him as I do... Have you ever been outside Europe?

  3. Thanks for the welcome! Where are you from?

  4. Thanks! Everyone seems to be nice with each other here so far... Where are you from?

  5. Hi, I'm new too. I signed up yesterday. Where are you from?

  7. I got this "Grace Kelly" 60% "Billy Brown" 60% "Lollipop" 50% "Any Other World" 45% "Love Today" 45% "Relax (Take It Easy)" 40% "My Interpretation" 40% "Stuck In The Middle" 35% And above all, it says that I scored as Billy Brown. Which fits, as right now I'm between a cautionary wife and loving another man...
  8. Thanks to everyone for your welcomes, and yes, I've just discovered him... I feels like I've discovered America in 1492... He's amazing. The thing that caught my attention the most about him is his freaking amazing vocal range. I'm not a singer, but I love to sing. My vocal range is Eb2 to B4 or C5, but he can really hit the 5th problem-less. That left me shocked. Anyway, thank you everyone again, and please, don't hesitate to PM me if you got any questions about me, or just wanna get to know me a little bit more.
  9. Thanks, we'll talk later. Sweet dreams :)

  10. I listen to everyone except Hip-Hop. I don't know why, but I don't quite like it... Most songs it's "I like it" or "I don't like it", no matter the genre it is, but some genres in particular are just not for me...

My favs are Whitney Houston, Bonnie Tyler, MIKA (****ing love him now...), The Who, Stacy Francis and Rachel Crow (The X Factor USA season 1), but as I said, it's not about the singer, or about the style or genre, it's more about the song for me

  11. I've never given drugs a try, but I'm sure I can tell what it feels like... Thank you both for welcoming me, and BiaIchihara, I'm a HE, not a She. Just saying. hahahahahahahhahaha never mind...
  12. Well, it's big... If you feel like shopping, you should go to the border with Uruguay. There are Free Shops, and they're incredibly cheaper than your every-day shop. If only wanna shop, Rivera's your next stop. If you feel like shopping, but also like jumping into the water, Chuy, in Cerro Largo, to the North-East of Uruguay is your city of choice. There are other places with Free Shops, but they're not very cool. Basically bus stops next to the road, where you can shop and gotta wait a lot to get on the next bus...

Apart from Mika, any other favourite musician?

  13. OK, you're not bad. It's understandable. As my teacher used to tell me a few years ago, You can communicate with mistakes, but people would get the meaning anyway. That's your case.

Have you thought about coming down here, to South America?

  14. NICE!!! Pero te enseñan español de España o español de Latinoamérica? No vale usar el traductor de Google... jajajaja

  15. Yes, regular lessons and also Cambridge exams. I've passed the First Certificate this year with 81%. What about you?

  16. Spanish, but I love English and I believe Spanish is very boring... Our language is only beaten by English in words because English has all the technology-related words, but for example, every verb has of course 1st, 2nd and 3rd person, plural and singular; but also there are tenses. Each tense is a single word. And it's not like English where you put more words to form a tense. In Spanish, each single tense means one more word. All of that lead to a total loss of interest from me in Spanish. English is useful, simple, and everything sounds nice when you say it in English.

  17. I've only crossed the Uruguay River once, and went to Concordia, in Argentina. Also, living in the "Frontera de la Paz" (Border of Peace, Peaceful Border or something like that) as it is commonly called, I've been in Brasil up to 2 to 5 km my whole life more or less till I moved to Montevideo. Other than that, nothing. I don't even know much of Uruguay. In Rivera I can be your tourist guide, in Montevideo I can be you broke GPS, and the rest of the country is yet to be known by me...

  18. Yes, we are in South America.

If it was on me to choose, I'd been born in NYC, and by 35 I'd be the owner of the Montecito Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, from the Las Vegas NBC TV Show... Don't know if you know it. But for now it's Montevideo with me.

Depending on the area in which you live, it can get really hot, or really cold... For example, a few days ago I had to wear long-sleeved a shirt because overnight it was like 15ºC, from 25 to 30 the day before... Remember we're in summer now. It's nice here. No hurricanes, no tsunamis destroying nuclear plants, no volcanoes destroying half of the city, no 9.0 earthquakes... It's almost perfect, except for the part that we are insignificant to the rest of the world.

  19. I was born here and I've lived my whole life here. Here in Uruguay is not very common people to move out of the country... I was born in the Uruguay-Brasil border, in Rivera. In 2010 I moved to Montevideo. In which part of England were you born?

  20. Hi, I'm Nahuel. Thanks for the welcome. Where are you from?

  21. So, I guess everyone knows at least one song that you listen one day and you think "Oh, I know that one. I don't know its name, but I've heard it before." Well, in this case, that song was Grace Kelly. My mum went to bed and left the TV on Much Music. Suddenly, Grace Kelly starts and it got my attention. I listened to it, downloaded instantly, and then I spent the rest of the night listening to it over and over until I almost fall asleep on the keyboard. The next day, I couldn't turn my computer on 'cause it's a little bit old and it gives me trouble sometimes... When I managed to turn it on the day after that, I thought "If I liked that song, he's gotta have more songs I like, right?" Well, long story short, by the end of the day I had 27 Mika songs on Winamp, and which one of them I like the best is yet to be determined... I'm a big fan of Whitney Houston, and I used to spend the whole day listening to her, but Mika's amazing... I spend the whole day listening to him and every time seems to be the first one. Anyway, I haven't got much more to say, as I've known him for like... 4 days so... Hope to hear opinions and everything.
