    I think that the goal is not "being popular again" but being popular in a different way. I think the goal is to find a way to introduce an artistic world that has changed compared to the past and that many people who followed him before, did not know . To reach this goal, popular television is a very effective way, because it gives you TIME, the time it takes people to really understand who you are. And to accept new and different things that will come. People to change their minds is not easy, but with popular television it is possible.     What really annoys me is when someone posts about a hundred tweets to Mika, which are like... "Please follow me back Mika," or, "marry me Mika," or, "come to (whatever country)."

    It drives me up the wall.

    He can't start following fans, that would cause rivalries. He won't marry anyone, he's spoken for already, and he does his best to visit different countries. They could tweet once to encourage him to come, but multiple tweets are likely to just put him off.

    I like very much the behind the scenes of everything so thank you for sharing!

     

    I don't like they manipulate that way the recordings so that it seems that jenifer has more people, what's the point?

    I always have the feeling he's not unsecure, he's just playing and acting that way for fun. I enjoy it as well.

    When it comes to serious stuff he seems to know what to do and he likes to point out he has his own mind. For instance, at a certain point Jenifer was saying that Mika would fit to a certain contestant becausehe likes sensitivity and mika told her something like "I know what I like on my own" . Those weren't the exact words, I don't recall them, but the meaning was that.

     

    I just finished to watch the saturday episode, I'll write here some jokes I enjoyed so that non french speaking people could enjoy them as well:

     

    Someone, perhaps Garou, told a contestant her voice was like "dentelle" . I suppose he meant the decoration of sexy underwear or anyway something like that.

    But since dentelle means lace Mika (and me too, actually) thought about that white stuff old ladies use to have in their homes, and went a kind of "why are you saying that? This is not beautiful, my granny uses to wear it":aah:

     

    Speaking of granny: he told that Pagny wasn't fair telling the guy he's a favourite cause that way he acted like Mika's grandma:"mika you are my favourite" whenever she wants him to do something for her. :naughty:

     

    Then he told that this (the coaches) is a jungle. Jenifer is Bagheera. Pagny is Sherekhan and garou is Baloo and of course he's Mowgli

    The others told that mowgli has too much grown up ....

    And he said that he got teached by animals (referring to the other coaches). And pagny said : this mika boy is crazy

    Later when garou tried to speak, mika didn't let him singing the song of Baloo and dancing like him.

     

    Thank you so much, your translation really helped me understand a little bit more of the last episode. I had understood the part about the jungle, but the one about "dentelle"... that, I had no idea whatsoever :aah:

    It's great that Underwater is doing so well and not just EMD and 5-7 year old songs.

     

    I found a torrent of the entire show and downloaded it last night. It is 1080p high def so it's a huge file and I can't share it but if anyone knows about downloading torrents I'll post a link later. You need torrent software and to register an account and be able to download at high speeds or it will take forever.

     

    I really am amazed that they would air a popular show like this on a Saturday night for many hours. This is unheard of in North America. I really can't spend 3 or 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon watching a poor quality stream that's for sure. :aah: I don't know if I'll be able to stick with this show but I am going to have to download these torrents rather than watching live so I would recommend it for anyone in the same boat. I think if I can't replay bits while I'm watching I'm not really going to be able to fully understand what's going on anyway.

     

    The link to to download the torrents would be extremely useful for me, because I won't be able to watch the show live, either... So thank you in advance, Christine :huglove:
