Ho una domandina per voi... Mika vi ha mai "deluso"? (Ammesso che sia lecito essere delusi)
Alcune persone qui mi hanno confidato di essere rimaste deluse dall'averlo visto in mutande a casa Mika
o magari dall'album "The origin of love" o da altro... voi che mi dite?
Non sono sempre d'accordo con le sue scelte, ma parlare di delusione mi sembra esagerato. Per contro, in alcune circostanze sono stata molto fiera di Mika, quindi il bilancio è sempre positivo.
Se parliamo della manciata di secondi in boxer a CasaMika, non vedo nessuna volgarità né malizia. Per quei pochi istanti, le mutande sono state un costume di scena. Erano adeguate al contesto e non gratuite, e in ogni caso la volgarità non si misura solo in centimetri di pelle scoperta.
Quanto a OOL, io ci sono molto aaffezionata. Forse perché è uscito in un momento un po' buio per me, o perché è stata la prima occasione di vederlo dal vivo. Certo, è stato un disco di svolta ma resto dell'opinione che sia stato anche e soprattutto un disco di crescita personale e di maturazione

Comunque su facebook stiamo iniziando a preparare il regalo di Natale per Mika. Siamo già più di cento fan italiane a partecipare! Sarebbe carino se partecipassero anche i rappresentanti italiani di MFC. L'unione fa la forza. Sarebbe bello vedere un regalo nato dalla collaborazione di nuovi e vecchi fan.
Ho visto, e sono molto tentata: l'idea è molto orginale. Il problema è che ho poco e tempo e non sono esattamente una persona creativa, però ci sto pensando.

Mika on a giant screen is worth the cinema ticket for sure,and I'd be pretty curious to see the outcome: I could hardly understand the meaning of some elements during the gig (the butlers at the beginning, just to say), perhaps the final editing makes the show more organic.I can only rely on a DVD release later, I highly doubt I can travel to France in October.

He came on stage, put on a pair of white gloves and silently greeted us using “mika” sign language. It was his sensitive, elegant and inclusive way to acknowledge and thank the Coro de Manos Blancas (White Hands Choir) of Friuli for their performance.
In Trieste, opening for Mika, besides the sister duo Xylaroo - whom we have become fond of - there was an orchestra of teenagers and young adults with disabilities including a choir of deaf-mute children choreographed with white-gloved dancing hands. And as only Mika can endorse, their ideal of inclusion means creating the right conditions, identifying what people can do, and developing that.
Once again we cannot but be proud of Mika.

It's a shame that no one introduced the Coro de manos Blancas and its mission

Before the show a small orchestra, a chorus and a group of kids sang two songs. The kids were wearing white gloves and they were interpreting the songs in the International Sign Language. I think that Mika was impressed by their performance

I must admit that I was a bit nervous, after the mess that happened in Genova. Now, I can't say that everything was perfect, but we were introduced into the venue in small groups, so there was no need to run, and most of the people arrived quite late, when the gates were already opened: they could enter immediately and take their places right at the bottom of the audience, no one pushed because the rows were completed one by one as people arrived. At a certain point we were forced to stand up and go towards the stage in order to make room for the people arriving, but despite of being well packed I can say that most of the audience were made by well behaved persons who only wanted to enjoy the gig, we were all singing and dancing and nothing bad happened (well, a few girls fainted but I think it's not a surprise, after a few hours standing in full sunlight at 35° C).
The gig was great, I really like how some songs have been re-arranged and I'm happy that the setlist has changed, even if it's not perfectly matching my personal tastes. I'm happy Billy Brown is back, but I've never been fond of Big Girl, just to say, and I miss Origin of Love. Of course Mika is not only a musician and a singer, but also a showman and it's really funny seeing his reactions to what's happening around him (the green bug thing, for example) and listening to his little stories, including brand new ones about Billy Brown and Lollipop Girl
. I was really happy to be with Pupaclaudia, Atlantica and other two friends, and also to have my sister and my nieces among the audience. Sharing your deepest feeling with trusted people is a priceless bonus

I'm not surprised they managed to do it, because security seemed to be pretty lax. I could have a had a pan in my backpack too for all they knew, because they didn't even look at it.
I don't know if at some point the security got tired of checking, but our backpacks were opened and inspected when we entered the venue

The mistery of the pan is not solved...
Why a person in his right mind should bring a frying pan to a concert?
And he/she was in the middle of the crowd! Not in first row where usually people give to popstars any kind of object!
At the next concert we will see lampshades, sewing machines, screwdrivers or colanders?
The more I think about it, the more I am persuaded that the whole thing was made up
Anyway the whole story strongly echoed De Andre's "Bocca di rosa"
(a song about a prostitute arriving at a small village and being chased by the local wives)-

I can’t believe this gig was almost one month ago
. I didn’t plan to write a report at first: people at home read Twitter and Facebook and watch Periscope so they already know what’s going on, but there are a couple of “thank you” that I want to share publicly, the first one to Atlantica, who lived the magic with me, beared my husband’s troubles and helped me selling my spare ticket. The other one is for a couple of girls of MikaWebSite.com who spotted us outside the venue and kindly gave Atlantica and me a rosette pin.I took some pictures, nothing special but I share a few of them: they are probably the worst I took, they are out of focus on Mika, but you already have a ton of pictures of that night, instead I thought they can be interesting ‘cause someone here can spot her/his face in the front rows
.What else? Maybe I was expecting a different set list, with many more French songs, but on the whole it was a great gig and it was nice sitting and enjoying the gig without people pushing from every side and with a nice view on the whole stage (apart form a huge mobile camera partially covering the stage every now and then
, yet we still must be grateful otherwise no TV broadcasting of the show would be possible)
