  1. Uuuh!

  3. Ciao a tutte!

    Baci!

    Un'altra appassionata di balletto!

  4. Thank you :) No, they didn't sold out yet. Do you think that when they sold out we will know how many tickets they are?

Thank you very much! :D i will check both.

Why do you think there will be no queue for the golden circle pit?

I think they HAD TO put a standing area, how could you just stay sat during a Mika concert? XD

If you buy the Golden Circle Pit you have a good spot in any case. Of course you can arrive in advance and get a better place but this is up to you, while if you take the other standing places the earlier you start queueing the closer to the stage you end up.

  5. Hi ^^ I've read the previous posts and I haven't seen an answer to my doubts so here I am ;)

I'm thinking of buying the tickets for this show but I'm very undecided between the golden pit ticket and the normal one... I've never been to a Mika concert so I don't know what's better between being in the frontal part or in the middle of the crowd. Also because the golden circle pit seems quite smaller than the standing area, so if I could stay in the frontal part of the "normal" area would be more or less the same... What would you suggest? If someone has already gone to a concert in Anfiteatro Camerini, is there really a big difference between the two areas?

I've got another question (if it's stupid, please forgive me): is buying tickets from ticketone or from zed the same?

    Thank you very much! :D

Zed live is the local promoter, Ticket one is a reseller. I suggest you to check both, because they probably apply slightly different sales and shipping conditions.

I attended several gigs at PSB in the past but this is the first time I see a standing area there. I bought the Golden Circle Pit because I don't want to spend the whole day queueing (it'll be in July, we may have 40° C!!!), but I have no idea if the GCP is a really tiny area as shown in Ticket One map. The square is actually quite a big one

  6. Grazie mille a tutte

  8. Hi guys, as we usually talk in english here in the forum (apart from the MFC International board), would you please change the conversation back to english, or at least write an english translation to your posts? Thank you. :flowers2:

As for me, I'm currently considering whether to still go to this gig or not. Actually I wanted to connect it with a family holiday at the beach, but as we want to save money now for buying a house some time in the next few years, it might be a good idea to skip these plans. Well, I guess there's no hurry yet to decide, I'll think about it a few more weeks. :teehee:

I understand, buying a house is such a huge project, and it deserves the priority. Besides, I'm not used to plan my holidays 7 or 8 months in advance and the whole thing is really weird to me.

Anyway, if you need more info feel free to ask  :wink2:

  9. I tried to call and to email Zed live to ask about a homeward bus, but I had no reply.

The only information that I got at the tourists' bureau is that usually Zed live decides whether to arrange the bus or not only at the last minute, based on how many requests they receive (minimum 7 requests, at 5,00 euros per person). This is of course an informal statement, considering that comes from an external agent.

If someone is interested, two car rental companies are available at Padova railway station (a compact car costs about 80,00 euros per day).

Eventually, during the summer daily buses leave from Padova to Jesolo (with intermediate stops to Caorle, Eraclea and other minor places) and to Sottomarina.

The timetable will be published by the middle of June.

  10. I read that usually after the concerts in that place there is a bus from the venue to the train station of Padova and we have to book our place online. It should costs 3 euro.

I called Zed live before sending my post in order to check if they will arrange the bus this year, but they were still on holiday.

Considering that there's almost no place to sleep in PSB and no public transport during the night, the bus thing would be a good idea. The only problem is that it will probably leave immeaditely after the gig. I mean that if you want to hang out with your friends or try to see if you can meet Mika, the bus will not allow you to do so but of course this is a personal choice.

Is there a parking area near the venue? My daughter and I will come by car...

There is a big parking area near the venue, but you don't have to worry because there's dedicated staff who'll show you where to park. And ask you 5,00 €   the whole little town of PSB will be closed and you'll pay 5,00 € for the parking wherever you will park.

  11. The first thing that needs to be said is that the venue is called "Amphiteather Camerini" but is actually a half-round shaped square.

I have found a list of accommodations nearby

In any case, these places are at least 1,5 km far from the venue therefore only a couple of them can be reached by walk when you are on your way back.

Other possible, not too far, places to stay are

but you'll still need a car or a taxi.

There is plenty of hotels downtown in Padova, of course: you can check the full list here

Once you are in PSB, there's a big supermarket where to find food, drinks and other basic supplies

  12. First of all, how to reach the venue: the easiest way is by car, motorway A4, exit "Padova Ovest".

If you arrive by plane (Venice and Treviso are the nearest airports) you have to come to Padova first, and then catch the bus, or a taxi, to Piazzola sul Brenta.
The bus to PSB leaves from the bus terminal integrated to the railway station, so the same instructions are valid also for people arriving by train and the trip is approx. 30 minute long.
(A note for French fans: you can easily reach Padova from Paris and Dijon by the night train “Thello”)
There are several ways to go from the airports to Padova, the cheapest one is by bus, but you can consider also the bus-shuttle Airservice.
    The costs are:
    VENICE-PADOVA
    BUS: 8,50 (including one suitcase)
    SHUTTLE "Airservice": 33,00 €
    SHUTTLE "Landomas": 30,00 €
    PADOVA-PIAZZOLA SUL BRENTA:
    BUS: 3,70 €
    VENICE-PIAZZOLA SUL BRENTA:
    SHUTTLE "Airservice": 60,00 €
    SHUTTLE "Landomas": 60,00 €

    TREVISO-PADOVA
    BUS: 6,00 (luggage NOT included)
    SHUTTLE "Airservice": 40,00 €
    SHUTTLE "Landomas": 40,00 €
    PADOVA-PIAZZOLA SUL BRENTA:
    BUS: € 3,70
    TREVISO-PIAZZOLA SUL BRENTA:
    SHUTTLE "Airservice": 62,00 €
    SHUTTLE "Landomas": 65,00 €

The shuttle must be booked in advance (usually they ask also the flight code and arrival time), the fare becomes a little cheaper the more people you book and if you book at the same time the trip back to the airport and it will take you to your hotel directly.

Bus tickets are available at newspaper kiosks, tobacconists and on board (at a higher price, though)

I have sent and e-mail to the local taxi company in order to know if you can book a car in advance, because there's no way to go back to Padova by bus after the night.
They don't accept advanced bookings, and the fare is 50,00 € approximately from PSB to the railway station.

  13. The nearest beach is Sottomarina di Chioggia, about 70 km far from Piazzola sul Brenta. Honestly not the place where I spend my holidays, we usually go there only for day trips. You could go to Jesolo, if you like to hang out in nightclubs, or to Caorle (120 km) or Lignano (150 km), if you prefer quiet places. Probably the best place nearby if you have kids is Cavallino, close to Jesolo.

  14. Thank you so much !   Edit: For France, PP are 11,70 € on Feltrinelli.

I bought it on Feltrinelli. They asked me my fiscal number, I don't really know what it is. I think I don't have one because I still live with my parents, so I took one of them. I hope it will work  :teehee:

Well, there's not a big price difference between IBS and Feltrinelli after all. I think they asked your taxpayer number (in Italy we have one since our birth) just to have an additional control key in case other customers have the same name and surname as you. I don't expect any fiscal consequences considering that you are a person and not a company  :wink2:

  15. I don't know if I'm in the good topic for my question, so sorry if I'm not  :fisch:

I'm searching the italy version of NPIH special edition and I was wondering if we can buy it outside Italy. Except on Amazon.it because it is really expensive, I mean 10€ more than the international version. Thank you  :) and merry Christmas

    You can try IBS

    CD € 18,81 + PP € 8,80

    or Feltrinelli

CD € 17,59 + PP TBA (you can choose the delivery method and see the cost only when you order, but in any case before you complete the purchase: you can cancel the order in case the shipping cost is too high)

  16. Ciao a tutte/i :)

Grande artista e grande persona :)

raffaellavicentiniOver the past two days, Mika visited Lebanon with UNHCR. He met with Syrian refugees, went to their houses, saw the desolate conditions in which they live. He listened to their stories, sang with them, ate what they cooked for him. And he also played with the children!

So nice to see these two little twins playing peekaboo with @mikainstagram at @unhcrlebanon reception center in Beirut this morning!

I quote this picture because it's super-cute and heartwarming, but I'd like to say thanks to everyone collecting all the videos and stuff and posting them here. This UNHCR campaign is something we should all be really proud of.

  18. saskia and me got our tickets. :thumb_yello: i hope that this time i'll be able to combine the gig with a nice beach holiday, to make up for the fact that it didn't work out for me for cattolica this summer. apparently golden circle is already sold out meanwhile, does anyone know how many tickets they sold in this category? and as it's a festival, will there be several artists that day, or is it an one-artist-per-day festival?

i also understood the fb post that way, that it is just the last gig they announce in 2015... maybe team mika (or at least those of them who take care of gigs) will be on christmas holidays from tomorrow? :dunno:

It's only one gig a day.

Generally speaking, I don't trust Zed live that much. In the past they used to add seats during the ticket sales, changing the numbers of the rows, so I don't know what to expect about this "Golden circle pit" or whatever they call it although looking at the map it should be a tiny area.

On the other side, the location is stunning.

  19. Grandi ragazze!!

  20. Yes, they are insisting every day more and more and now also X Factor (It wasn't enough the "ship" invented by them), Elio, and Fedez is okay with it, obviously. A stupid joke now is become a promise, for them. Italians like very, very much trash. Welcome to Italy, dear Mika! Maybe now it's time to say again a loud NO (and learn to not talk nonsense in live television without thinking before). I really hope they too are joking (but the precedent of the completely groundless Batman and Robin's skit doesn't bode well) and/or he doesn't let people push him around, but we'll see what they and he'll do.  :dunno:

It's not fun at all and I want to explain why. Until two/three years ago, Mika wasn't considered that much by the media and journalists in Italy, without much respect for him and his music, and their articles were full of the usual cliches about him. Then, after TOOL, but especially when they and the people, in general, saw his personality, his professionalism, his way of behaving, especially his class and his kindness, his sense of humor and irony, without vulgarity, also, and this is very important in Italy, his normality in being gay, things have changed. When there was the presentation of the Swatch designed by him and Yasmine, there was a service in a TV news, and among the many people there weren't only (young) girls, but many adults, and some of those interviewed said they were there because they liked Mika and he had conquered them because he was a genuine person, a good and clean (of behaviour) guy, a gentleman, as well as being a very good artist. And each time he's been a guest on the radio or on television, especially in RAI and LA7, and also with #rompiamoilsilenzio and his other social engagement campaigns, to inform about dyslexia and against bullying, we have seen and heard this, they like and respect him, media and public, not only the fans. He's promoting now his repack album with an important and beautiful symphonic album to prove to be able to do much more than "simple" pop songs. Why ruin this, and for what? For a trash performance in a trash duet with a popular rapper with a lot of teenage girls as fans (but who buy only Fedez's albums and songs and not Mika's music)? The final of XF, of what should be a serious TV show, will be broadcast also on CIELO and MTV8 and will be at the Forum in Milan, with a lot of public there, with VIP guests and more TV viewers. More adult public and adult media and press journalists who aren't his fans. We want him to be taken seriously as an artist, or even simply as a person, or not?

I see that there is a big difference between France (The Voice France, Le Prophète and Téléthon) and Italy.

I have a totally different preception of things. First of all, there have always been teenagers in Mika's audience, but a few years back he was considered in Italy almost a "radical chic" singer. I remember good reviews for all of his albums and his international background being constantly fostered, not to mention that he had a column on "XL" and was a guest at "Parla con me" (the host, Serena Dandini, is considered one of the main radical chic and feminist TV authors in Italy).

I'm actually quite happy he said that stupid "we'll sing it naked", and I'm happy he was rude to Fedez the week before.

It all gave me the feeling he's still alive and he's not playing a role anymore, since he has no more contestants and has nothing to lose. He's being genuine and spontaneous and I think this attitudine will bring him more audience in the end.

I am aware that teenagers are just curious and gossipy, and that maybe they are more interested in Fedez than in Mika, but we've all been teenagers before becoming grown ups so I cannot blame them for something that was started by someone else.

I don't know if Mika and Fedez will sing naked, but we are speaking about a TV show being aired at 9 p.m.: if they do something, it will probably be 10 seconds of their perfomance and in disguised costumes (do you remember Katy Perry all dressed in flowers?), they have stage designers, costume designers, makeup artists and everything's need in a TV show. You can be sure it will not turn into a porn thing and will not upset people at home.
