    My hubby translated the part about Mika filming. He accidentally snipped Ben Stiller's pinky while filming and he was the only one who screamed "F***". Stiller was very calm and said it will heal. Mika also says his part was cut due to change in plot and he's cool with that.

    It's so amazing, and when closing the eyes to avoid being distracted by his god-like face, you can realize how good his voice is in live..

    hahahaahaha that's a good description because he is looking better with age (ages well like a good wine). Honestly when he was too skinny with messy hair, I couldn't watch his MVs :fisch:  

    YES I am shallow :naughty:  BUT when we saw him in Hk in 2010 I was blown away with his stage presence and his long skinny legs in the tight white jeans :mf_rosetinted:

    To be totally honest, my perception was that Ben Stiller was totally caught off-guard by the question. I'm sure he was expecting lots of questions about Zoolander and possibly some about his personal life, but for a random Mika fan to pop in with a question about what he probably thought was a throw-away cameo? I'm sure he wasn't expecting that sort of question at all! So I don't think his reply was ironic or nasty or nice at all... I think he was basically trying to come up with AN answer of any kind at all that wouldn't seem totally ignorant of what he'd been asked. Just the way I saw it. :dunno:

     

     

     

    Jealous of *me*? Whatever for? :blink:  I wish I had something to be jealous of! LOL!

     

     

    You know, this is something that I struggle with, actually. What I want for Mika does not seem to be what Mika wants for Mika -- he may have wanted it at one time, but I really don't think he does any more.

     

    And I have to get over that. I think maybe he IS happy with the way things are now, and he's not as concerned with breaking in the US or even in the UK now... he's content with the level of success and "fame" he has, he realizes that it's enough.

     

    On the one hand, I'm happy for him -- many people never reach that point in their lives.

     

    On the other hand, selfishly, I'm sad -- the less he puts himself out there, touring the US, the UK, making more music, the things that *I'd* like to see him do, the less likely I'll see him here, and the more likely I'll have to continue to travel if I want to see him live. And, to be honest, the more likely that I *won't* see him at all. :sad:

     

    It's difficult really, because I originally thought that he would take the whole world by storm and now he seems content with just a very small part of it. But it's not my life, is it? :dunno:

     

    and now it looks like China is his next direction, am just so envious of Italian and French fans  :swoon:

    I feel like I should learn a new language but a linguist I am NOT :facepalm:

    Already checking out sites for items to bring along.

    We need to keep it simple, not loads of stuff, it gets too confusing and distracting.

    In Korea, the fan club had placed the items (In Busan was the sun/star) which was stuck behind each chair. In Seoul the streamers were put in small bags in each chair with instructions . Otherwise it doesn't work well as collective action.

     

    Maybe for London have multi coloured stars? Looks great when phone lights up behind  :mika1:

    Yep, that's what the news said! I'm excited! :yay:

    However, I'm not sure if the video will be available for viewers outside China. Even it's available, it may not be free, and I'm not sure if they accept international credit cards.

     

    It's so tough when things happen in China, doesn't include the rest if the world  :(

    But I am glad this opportunity has happened for him

    Haha,that girl is Jason's wife,they both work at TVB(a television in HK) :) I saw Jason and his wife after the gig in HK too! Jason had interviewed MIKA in a programme when MIKA went to HK to did a show for the 1st time in 2007.So I think they became a friend after that :wink2:

    I'm so sorry. I'm so late. Becase i hesitated to write a review my poor english.  So, i decided to upload only my videos.  

    But, i can tell you that was a great performance. Mika , he was right in front of my nose. <3  I arrived here around six thirty a.m.  But, i coudn't imagine like this. When he taken my cell phone during the sining " Underwater", i was so happy. And, he brought my korean freind's hat, hers red handkerchief and a lamp shaped candles. ^^

     

    This day, everything was perfect!!!   Thank Hong kong mika fans for welcome us. X

    Sorry, this is my thought, not report of Mika gig.

     

    The venue "NHK hall" is a memorable place for me, I've been there at David Bowie LIVE in 1978 ( Station to Station tour ) and 1992 ( Tin Machine ).

    Those memories make me sad.... :sad:

    In 1978, Bowie was 31 yrs old ( younger than Mika in 2016! ) the concert was incredible and one of unforgettable gigs for me...

    When Mika sang "Good Guys", the song reminds Bowie again...

     

    Mika's concert was awesome as always, he made us HAPPY and satisfied all of audience !!

    I felt sometimes Mika's voice is being metamorphosed .... but, he sang perfectly. Happy Ending a cappella was amazing.

     

    Hope he will sing on some songs from LITCM.

    and "Hurts" was aawsome ! ( but, I love an album version )

     

    Especially I have to write, Mika's Japanese speaking was very good !!

    His speaking Japanese made us smile.

     

    The reality for singers is that their voices get deeper with age.  Maybe that's why he said he does plenty of vocal exercises.

    What is the his secret to learning languages? Maybe he has been studying :)

    It's just different people having different opinions about a video, and based on what I heard from other MFCers, I'm not the only one feels that there is something unpleasant the way Ben Stiller talked about mika. Why do you react like I'm a monster? :dunno: It's so not worth a fight.

    Ditto Yang! So unpleasant when some get edgy on this forum. Even up till Dec Mika was talking on French radio about the movie! There is a Chinese saying for this "no face (respect) to Mika" for the free plugging.
